dc.description.abstractThis research had as general objective to understand the influence of fatigue, provoked by the long working hours of the crew, in the communication within the operational context in commercial aircraft. In order to outline relevant aspects contemplated in the theme, a synthesis of the factors that influence the occurrence of fatigue in aeronauts was presented, the relevance of communication on board commercial aircraft and the main elements that relate to fatigue and communication, seeking to understand the the way they relate. It was characterized as an exploratory research with bibliographic and documentary procedure, through books, articles, regulations and laws. Through a descriptive research with a qualitative approach, at the end of the research, it was observed that the individual under conditions of fatigue presents changes in the temporal organization of speech, in the fluency profile, variations in voice parameters, among other indicators related to altered communication. It was also considered the relevance of the application of the CRM precepts in cabin communication to mitigate the harmful effects that fatigue can present to the exchange of information. Thus, the non-observance of working hours and rest periods, among other elements that contribute to fatigue, make human factors a considerable source of contribution to the occurrence of unintended operational deviations. It was concluded that fatigue has a great influence on the cognitive abilities of the human being and the individual affected by this disease, especially the aeronauts, will have great difficulties in maintaining communication within a high level of assertiveness, which consequently can bring damages to the flight safety.en
dc.description.abstractEsta pesquisa teve como objetivo geral compreender a influência da fadiga, provocada por longas jornadas de trabalho dos tripulantes, na comunicação dentro do contexto operacional nos aviões comerciais. De forma a delinear aspectos relevantes contemplados no tema, apresentou-se uma síntese dos fatores que influenciam na ocorrência da fadiga nos aeronautas, a relevância da comunicação a bordo de aeronaves comerciais e os principais elementos que tangem à fadiga e à comunicação, buscando entendimento da forma com que se relacionam. Caracterizou-se como uma pesquisa exploratória com procedimento bibliográfico e documental, por meio de livros, artigos, regulamentos e leis. Por meio de uma pesquisa descritiva com abordagem qualitativa, ao finalizar a pesquisa, observou-se que o indivíduo sob condições de fadiga apresenta mudanças na organização temporal da fala, no perfil de fluência, variações nos parâmetros de voz entre outros indicadores relacionados à comunicação alterados. Considerou-se também a relevância da aplicação dos preceitos do CRM na comunicação de cabine para a mitigação dos efeitos nocivos que a fadiga pode apresentar à troca de informações. Assim, a não observância dos limites de jornada e períodos de descanso, entre outros elementos que contribuem para a fadiga, fazem dos fatores humanos uma considerável fonte de contribuição para a ocorrência de desvios operacionais não intencionais. Concluiu-se que a fadiga tem grande influência nas capacidades cognitivas do ser humano e o indivíduo acometido por esse mal, em especial os aeronautas, terão grandes dificuldades de manter a comunicação dentro de um elevado nível de assertividade, o que consequentemente pode trazer prejuízos à segurança de voo.pt_BR
