dc.description.abstract	ABSTRACT The present monographic research aims to analyze the employment relationship in the futsal of income, crossing the jurisprudential understandings about the labor relations existing between sport entities and athletes. To do so, as well as to the level of research, exploratory research was used, since it has the possibility of greater familiarization with the subject, exploring the contracts celebrated in the futsal modality and the labor relations existing in the sporting scope. As for the approach, qualitative, due to the inductive analysis that is carried out, evaluating concrete cases and studying the positions on the sports legislation, as well as the jurisprudential interpretations on the pacts executed in futsal of income. The procedure used to collect data was the bibliographical, studying various works, articles, electronic media and doctrines, as well as the documentary research, used to investigate the judgments of the Brazilian Courts, with the purpose of analyzing the decisions handed down under the law and the grounds used. In the research, the reality of futsal was investigated, studying the particularities of the Sports Law, aiming to know the judicial understandings pertaining to the modality. In this way, it is possible to conclude that there are divergences in the judicial decisions concerning the employment bond in the futsal of income, with different interpretations and applications of the Pelé Law. It is perceived the need of legislation that regulates in an effective way the peculiarities of the sports modalities that other than football, in order to achieve greater legal certainty. dc.description.abstract	RESUMO A presente pesquisa monográfica tem por objetivo analisar o vínculo empregatício no futsal de rendimento, perpassando os entendimentos jurisprudenciais acerca das relações de trabalho existentes entre entidades desportivas e atletas. Para tanto, quanto ao nível de pesquisa, utilizou-se pesquisa exploratória, pois tem a possibilidade de maior familiarização com o tema, explorando os contratos celebrados na modalidade futsal e as relações de trabalho existentes no âmbito esportivo. Quanto a abordagem, qualitativa, devido a análise indutiva que é realizada, avaliando casos concretos e estudando os posicionamentos acerca da legislação desportiva, bem como as interpretações jurisprudenciais sobre os pactos executados no futsal de rendimento. O procedimento usado para a coleta de dados, foi o bibliográfico, estudando diversas obras, artigos, meios eletrônicos e doutrinas, além da pesquisa documental, utilizada para pesquisar os acórdãos dos Tribunais brasileiros, com o objetivo de analisar as decisões proferidas no âmbito do direito desportivo trabalhista e as fundamentações utilizadas. Na pesquisa, foi investigada a realidade do futsal, estudando as particularidades do Direito Desportivo, visando conhecer os entendimentos judiciais atinentes a modalidade. Desta maneira, conclui-se que há divergências nas decisões judiciais concernente ao vínculo de emprego no futsal de rendimento, com diferentes interpretações e aplicações da Lei Pelé. Percebe-se a necessidade de uma legislação que regulamente de maneira eficaz as peculiaridades das modalidades desportivas que não sejam o futebol, para que assim, se alcance uma maior segurança jurídica.
