dc.description.abstract	This study has as its theme the condemnation of Brazil by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights: study of the case of work in a condition analogous to that of slave in the Fazenda Brasil Verde. The general objective of the work was to study how the judgment of Brazil occurred in the Fazenda Brasil Verde VS. Federative Republic of Brazil, analyzed before the Inter-American System for the Protection of Rights. The methodology used for the study used as the method of approach the deductive and procedure the monographic, of the type of case study, the research being exploratory, being the collection of data performed by bibliographical and documentary research. As a result, it allowed the study of slavery and the evolution of slavery, and of the International Labor Organization conventions dealing with slavery and forced labor. As a result, it enabled the understanding of the concept of Human Rights, of its generations, and, in the end, the study of the specific case of Fazenda Brasil Verde workers before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. With this research one can know the concepts of slavery, bondage and the historical evolution of the condemnation process of these practices; to understand the functioning of the inter-American system for the protection of human rights, including the concept, historical evolution and functioning structures of the system; as well as to know the Fazenda Brasil Verde case, and, finally, to identify the actions imputed to Brazil to comply with the condemnatory decision of the case studied.	en
dc.description.abstract	Este estudo tem como tema a condenação do Brasil pela Corte Interamericana de Direitos Humanos: estudo do caso de trabalho em condição análoga à de escravo na Fazenda Brasil Verde. O objetivo geral do trabalho foi estudar como se deu o julgamento do Brasil no caso Fazenda Brasil Verde VS. República Federativa do Brasil, analisado perante o Sistema Interamericano de Proteção de Direitos. A metodologia utilizada para o estudo utilizou como o método de abordagem o dedutivo e de procedimento o monográfico, do tipo estudo de caso, tendo a pesquisa caráter exploratório, sendo a coleta de dados realizada por pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Como resultados, permitiu o estudo da escravidão, da servidão e da evolução história da escravidão, e de das convenções da Organização Internacional do Trabalho que versam sobre escravidão e trabalho forçado. Ainda, permitiu como resultado compreender o conceito de Direitos Humanos, das suas gerações, e, ao final, o estudo do caso específico dos trabalhadores da Fazenda Brasil Verde julgado perante a Corte Interamericana de Direitos Humanos. Com esta pesquisa pode-se conhecer os conceitos de escravidão, servidão e a evolução histórica do processo de condenação dessas práticas; compreender o funcionamento do sistema interamericano de proteção dos direitos humanos, incluindo a conceituação, a evolução histórica e as estruturas de funcionamento do sistema; ainda, conhecer o caso Fazenda Brasil Verde, e, por fim, identificar as ações imputadas ao Brasil para o cumprimento da decisão condenatória do caso estudado.	pt_BR
