dc.description.abstract	This research had as general objective to analyze the history of CRM in aviation, seeking to understand the several generations through which this tool has passed until reaching the original format, and then through the data survey to discover whether after the implementation of CRM as a mitigation tool of errors, in fact it has proved to be valid for the reduction of accidents, and to analyze if there are points that can be improved so that more people change their attitude and start to apply the concepts of risk recognition and mitigation, so that there is more and more moreover, an aviation with a high safety index. The approach used to collect these data was bibliographic research, with qualitative and quantitative character, through official documents on aviation safety training and on investigation and prevention of aviation accidents, books and periodicals specialized in the subject, among others that are related with the same as aerospace medicine and psychology in the field of aviation. At the end of the research it was possible to reach the conclusion that from the comparison of the absolute numbers of takeoffs and accidents, since the implementation of the CRM, as a way to combat the error and awareness of the personnel involved in the various sectors that include aviation, the incidence of accidents and aeronautical incidents have declined in a very expressive way, thus proving to be an extremely important tool for reducing loss of life caused by human errors.	en
dc.description.abstract	Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo geral analisar o histórico do CRM na aviação, buscando compreender as várias gerações pelas quais essa ferramenta tem passado até chegar no formato original, para então através do levantamento de dados descobrir se após a implementação do CRM, como uma ferramenta de mitigação de erros, de fato tem se mostrado válida para a redução de acidentes, e analisar se existem pontos que podem ser melhorados para que mais pessoas mudem de atitude e passem a aplicar os conceitos de reconhecimento e mitigação de riscos, para que se tenha cada vez mais, uma aviação com um alto índice de segurança. A abordagem utilizada para o levantamento desses dados foi de pesquisas bibliográficas, com caráter qualitativo e quantitativo, através de documentos oficiais sobre treinamento em segurança na aviação e sobre investigação e prevenção de acidentes aeronáuticos, livros e periódicos especializados no assunto, entre outros que se relacionam com o mesmo, como medicina aeroespacial e psicologia no campo da aviação. Ao final da pesquisa foi possível chegar à conclusão que a partir comparação dos números absolutos de decolagens e acidentes, desde a implantação do CRM, como forma de combate ao erro e conscientização do pessoal envolvido nos diversos setores que abrangem a aviação, a incidência de acidentes e incidentes aeronáuticos diminuíram de uma forma muito expressiva, se mostrando assim uma ferramenta importantíssima para redução de perdas de vidas causadas por erros humanos.	pt_BR
