Monografia Acesso embargado Docentes do ensino médio: análise de alguns indicadores educacionais relacionados aos docentes do ensino médio nos estados da região sul do Brasil no período de 2013 a 2017(2018) Caetano, Letícia LocksThe present essay has as main goal analyze the teaching aspects of the states from the Southern region of Brazil: Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul. In order to discuss this much debated topic, a brief introduction on how we can define education was initially done, according to great authors like Saviani and Giardinetto. Right after, aspects of high school education and their current curricula will be exhibited, focusing on the last three years of the final stage of Basic Education of every individual that is part of Brazilian schools, intending to prepare these young people for social life and for the labor market, dealing with matters related to their everyday life, as well as expanding them through scientific knowledge. The High School is the phase in which the presented teachers are inserted, being that the main objective of this work, which is to present the educational aspects based on the data of the National Institute of Studies and Educational Research Anísio Teixeira (INEP) and other research sources of the same relevance as well. In the face of the current devaluation of the teachers, who face a great deal of barriers in their professional and private lives, such as the level of teaching effort, career plans of the teaching profession, regularization of the teaching staff in the schools where they work, remuneration and teacher training, historical series are presented in order to recognize aspects of the teaching reality through these data.
