Currently, the widely used temperature control method is the on-off flame of the gas cooker due to its availability and ease of implementation. This work seeks to implement a PID temperature control using electric resistance heating. This implementation consists of developing a control system using Arduino that performs a PID control using a solid-state relay. The plant where this system will be implemented is made up of an 18 liters stainless steel pan with a false bottom to separate the grains from the must, a low-density resistance of 1600W and a hydraulic pump. The resistance distributes the dissipated power at the bottom of the pan avoiding the caramelization of the wort, while the pump will circulate the wort aiming the homogeneity of its heating. A control system with Arduino, sensor and solid-state relay was developed and tested in the plant, through the PID control it was possible to reach the desired degree of precision
