Its purpose is to define a training plan for the company. The research has exploratory, descriptive, qualitative analysis case study. The data collected are of primary and secondary nature. This work will demonstrate the importance of training in organizations. To speak of training is to speak of the preparatory process to develop skills, knowledge, attitudes and behaviors in the employees of an organization. Training is an effective way to add value to people, the organization and customers. That's why trained people increase the productivity and profitability of the organization. Organizations have been working to provide learning opportunities for their members. In the development part, it can be understood as a broader concept, in terms of stimulating the personal growth of employees. With globalization and such a competitive world, people need to prepare for the challenges and competition, so training is essential. Successful companies invest a lot in training their employees to produce more and better quality, thus achieving a guaranteed return. We know that human capital is the greatest asset of organizations, so training can be directed from the simplest employee to its chief executive, making it a vital issue for the company.
