Artigo Científico Acesso aberto Desafios e caminhos das relações de consumo no meio digital(2018) Barros, Bernardo Gosaric deThe present work aims to develop a comprehensive analysis of the challenges faced within the digital economy in order to help develop an efficient adaptability that allows the construction of inclusive, intimate, active, continuous and multilateral consumer relations. The study was divided in stages according to the idealized structure for the research, aiming first a qualitative informational synthesis on the objects exposed in each one of the topics, followed by quantitative expositions accompanied by expositive analyzes. It begins with a brief qualitative exposition about the technological beginnings that propitiated the advent of the internet, approaching its history. Subsequently,elucidate quantyqualitatively the development of this environment and its transformative impact in the real world, directly affecting personal, professional and commercial relations, contributing to the creation of a new environment that translates elements and aspects from the real to the digital, exemplifying, analyzing and discussing the transformative evolutionary variables of this environment over the years. The following analyzes and discussions address the influential factors in consumer relations, making them exclusive, the preponderant dissatisfactions and anthropological social links that can contribute to the development of inclusive, intimate, active, continuous and multilateral consumer relations through of efficient adaptations in the offer of products and / or services.
