Artigo Científico Acesso embargado LED e laser de baixa potência no tratamento de acne vulgar: uma revisão sistemática(2017) Bem, Sara Valgas de; Nunes, Taynan MendesThe vulgar acne is a common dermatosis caused by the inflammation of the pilosebaceous follicle, generally in the region of the face, thorax and back. Its origin is multifactorial and acomete mainly the teenagers. It is characterized by isolated or joint lesions that define the type and severity of acne. Amongst the main treatments for the vulgar acne are the peelings with hidroxyacids and the photodinamycs therapies that associate LEDs and LASER of low power. However the studies that compare the effectiveness of the treatments are scarce. A study of systematic revision of scientific literature was made, with qualitative approach that had as objective to analyze the results of treatment of vulgar acne using LED and LASER of low power. For this studies of the experimental type in human beings had been searched who aimed at the treatment of the acne with different associations of LED and LASER of low power. As results had been found in the search a total of 141 articles in the sites of online search Academic Google and the Web of Science that has been included in the study. After reading of the headings, summaries and whole text, had been excluded 123 articles that did not correspond to the study and remained 18 articles for analysis. It can be concluded that the LED and LASER therapies most used in research were the association of blue and red lights, proving to be effective in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
