The radiofrequency uses the thermal effect to make the contraction of existing collagen fibers and also stimulate a new production of these fibers and elastin, its parameters of use still remain as a source of study. The objective of this study was to analyze and quantify the effects of a treatment program of 4 Tonertm Spectra radiofrequency sessions with different application intervals in the improvement of signs of aging. Thirty women aged 45 to 60 years were evaluated. The volunteers were divided into two groups, group A, which received sessions with weekly interval, and group B, with biweekly intervals. Both groups were evaluated at the beginning and at the end of treatment with subjective evaluation instruments (facial evaluation protocol and satisfaction scale) and objective (measurement of hydration, elasticity and wrinkle size through the Soft Plus device). The collected data were stored and classified using Excel software Microsoft Office® 2016. The same software was used for statistical analysis, expressing mean and standard deviation, absolute number and proportions. A T-test was performed to compare the means, with a level of statistical significance of p <0.05. There was no significant difference between groups.Artigo Científico Acesso fechado A influência do dmae associado à radiofrequência no envelhecimento cutâneo facial(2017) Henrique, Suzane Figueiredo; Martins, Monique DomingosAbstract: The interest of the people for a young skin, free of wrinkles and spots is increasing, from this, the search for cosmetic clinics, cosmetics and differentiated treatments have been growing more and more.
