One is the wrinkling of the complexion. Many people are uncomfortable with the appearance of wrinkles and look for alternatives that can soften them. Radiofrequency produces an immediate contraction of the collagen fibers promoting stimulation of the fibroblast in order to obtain a new production of collagen, elastin and extracellular matrix by means of thermal energy. Electrolifting produces the stimulation of the synthesis of collagen and elastin, making the junction and reorganization of the fibers to soften the expression lines, which allows the displacement of the protein from the skin itself through the inflammatory process. The aim of this study was to evaluate the radiofrequency and electrolifting results in the treatment of wrinkles in the periorbital region. Sixteen women between the ages of 40 and 60 were selected and divided into two groups. Group A underwent a radiofrequency session and group B underwent an electrolifting session. The participants were photographed at the beginning and after 30 days of the application and the wrinkles were measured with a pachymeter at the beginning and after 30 days of the applications to analyze the results of the techniques.
