The periorbital region is one of the first areas to show signs of aging, such as wrinkles, flaccidity and periorbital hyperpigmentation. This area interferes with facial appearance causing tiredness, sadness or hangover. The present research had as objective to analyze the information on professional national cosmetics that will be exhibited in the event ESTETIKA, 2019 and its natural assets destined to the treatment of the periorbital area. Methodology: This was an exploratory, quantitative and documentary study, whose object was to study cosmetics for the studied treatment of the companies participating in the event. As a criterion of sample inclusion, were the information of the cosmetics intended for the topical treatment of the periorbital area of professional use, of the companies exhibiting and sponsoring the event. And exclusion criteria, cosmetics not intended for periorbital treatment and cosmetics not intended for professional use. For the analysis, the information obtained was classified, followed by the tabulation process using Excel® software Microsoft Office 2013®. Results: The results were expressed by the descriptive statistics in absolute frequency. We investigated 20 cosmetics for the periorbital treatment produced by the researched companies, with a diversity of 74 assets. Of these, the majority (63,4%) were of vegetal origin, predominating the pharmaceutical form cream (35%) and liquid (35%). Plant extracts (51,3%) and plant extracts (48,7%) originate from plant extracts (n = 37). Conclusion: A variety of mechanisms of action of plant active substances present in the investigated cosmetics were verified through the study. It is probable that this diversity of mechanisms of the assets for these treatments are necessary to treat the complexity of factors that affect the peiorbital region. There is little information available regarding the etiology and treatment of the eye area. Further studies are suggested.
