However, this sector is linked to the great use of natural resources and consequently environmental degradation. Considering this scenario, the concern with sustainability in all stages of a construction cycle of an enterprise has become a matter ruled by several organs, which seek to achieve a sustainable balance in harmony with the economic system. Since there is a growing demand for strategies aimed at minimizing environmental degradation, large organizations have developed alternatives for minimizing the impacts generated on the environment, which are based on the creation of Environmental Management Systems (EMS) focused on rationality of the natural resources that aim at the preservation and conservation of the environment. In this context, the objective of this work is to propose an environmental consulting firm specializing in the implementation of environmental management systems in construction in the Tubarão city, Santa Catarina, through a business plan. The proposal was developed following a pre-established roadmap by small business SEBRAE in the booklet- Como Elaborar um Plano de Negócios. The main product of this study was the company's idealization ARIZ SOLUÇÕES AMBIENTAIS E ENGENHARIA. It is a company specialized in business consulting to the construction industry that provides issues related to sustainable construction and environmental management systems, seeking to advise construction companies in the process of implementing an environmental management system with a view to certification for greater visibility of its business and social and environmental commitment. The marketing and consumption strategy of the products are described according to their use. The industrial processes necessary for the correct operation of the industry are described so that the implementation is simple and light. The quality control present in the various segments ensures that the safety and reliability of the glass produced can be recognized nationally. All environmental management ensures that the company, before and after implementation, manages the least environmental impact in the municipality that will be installed. Being today the 4th biggest plastic producer in the world, Brazil lies in a delicate position regarding the destination of this residue. Recycling comes in this context as a great alternative to reverse those effects, reduce the generation of CO2, and limit the use of necessary resources to the packaging and other consumer goods’ production. However, its application still happens in a very reduced way in the country, which needs more efficient management of solid waste, requiring a major effort in this sector. With that in mind, this present work was idealized with the intent of studying the technical and economic viability of implementing an industry to produce garbage bag and resins from recycled post-industrial waste, in the South of Santa Catarina. Thus, important aspects were listed for the development of the company. The chapters dedicated to Strategic Planning and Marketing describe the company’s plans for creating a strategic identity, choosing the location, market study and strategic positioning. Basic Engineering dealt with the description of the raw material used, process variables and equipment. Safety Engineering was responsible for describing the Regulatory Standard, adopting safety measures based on the mapped risks and elaborating the Good Manufacturing Practices handbook. Environmental Engineering made waste management planning, besides being responsible for necessary licenses. In the Quality Management section, the tools used to manage that meet the company’s standards were described, as the quality policy established and the parameters for control and quality assurance in the processes. With this range of information, we can analyze the financial viability and determine if the company will be able to remain in the market in order to generate profits for its investors. The study was divided into stages so that the understanding of the project would be facilitated. It started with the market analysis. The following was the design of the equipment to be used in the process of production of the caustic soda and its by-products, as well as the balance of mass and energy involved in these steps, continuing with the description of the process and the composition of chemical products. This has been done, the quality management and environmental management systems appropriate to the business plan described above, the classification of the industrial sector in accordance with the current legislation and the necessary steps to obtain the licensing Environment, in addition to the health and safety management system of work from the applicable legislation in the country. This study presents, respectively, a strategy plan to gather market and marketing techniques to promote the product, featuring the target audience and competition already in function at the market. Following this, a more technical analyzes is presented, including not only the engineering decisions but also the technologies around the productive process. After that, the quality control of the business comes to place, presenting the best methods and procedures to achieve maximum quality at the final product. Next, the legal requirements to such project were covered, as far as legislation, and the total impact the enterprise will cause at the environment. It is about the production of lactic acid from whey. We are trying to find a resolution for the whey, because it is harmful to the environment and more polluting than untreated domestic sewage. The project was piecemeal and ordered in a way for clarity. Strategic management and marketing were first established in view of their commitments and duties to society and the environment. Quality management has also been established, which is vital to maintain the monitoring and recording of the quality activities results, evaluating the performance and recommending necessary changes in the process so that the requirements and / or standards of the quality can be identified, as well as documenting how the project will demonstrate consumer compliance and satisfaction. In order to have quality products, one must have a good engineering structure, with quality equipment, trained employees and seek to be always updated. Recycled polyester fibers in turn are gaining space in the textile industry due to the concern that the high levels of petroleum explored to obtain synthetic fibers entail in the environment. The nonprofit Textile Exchange has challenged more than 50 textile, clothing and retail companies to increase the use of recycled polyester by 25 percent by 2020. To date, Textile Exchange has stated that the process of obtaining recycled fibers has provided the following benefits were: 2,868 million bottles diverted from the landfill, 1,849,464 MJ saved in primary energy demand and 122,823 kg reduced CO2. In order to take advantage of the incentive of the textile industry and to seek new alternatives for the reuse of the bottles, the present project has the objective of studying the feasibility of the implantation of an industrial unit for the recovery of PET bottles for the production of polyester fibers in the north of Santa Catarina. The upward movement of this sector is the result of influences caused by the media and social networks, especially the beauty tutorials indicating the easy of use and the results obtained with the product used. Women stopped using makeup and cleaning as a routine and took care of themselves for pleasure, valuing their skin and hair and men lost the stereotype of no vanity and are becoming as vain as women. Coupled with the growing growth in the toiletries, perfumery and cosmetics market, the demand for natural and vegan products has grown considerably. Therefore, it presents the project of the installation of a vegan cosmetics industry in the south of Santa Catarina, analyzing its financial viability. In strategic and marketing planning, the company's image, location, manufactured products and strategies for market inclusion are elaborated. In marketing the product is disseminated, the creation of a set of ideas and strategies for sale. In engineering, the production process and the equipment list are described, the sizing and calculation of the production process area and the description of each process are performed. In environmental engineering, a sizing of an effluent treatment plant is created, licensing and the correct disposal of waste are addressed. Safety engineering creates safety measures and working conditions by doing a risk assessment. In guaranteeing quality control, the necessary indicators for the product control, the manual of good manufacturing practices and the quality tools to adapt the process and solve the problems are elaborated. The detailing of the project site and the application of good manufacturing practices explain the operation of a cosmetic industry and the relationship of the manual of good manufacturing practices. This product has been produced already in Brazil for some time, from sugarcane, which has raised the Brazilian indices of production of first generation alcohol. However, an alternative is second-generation ethanol, produced from cereal crops bagasses's, such as rice husks. Nowadays, the main purpose of the rice husk is generates energy by burning it, however can also be used to produce second generation alcohol, since it has a considerable amount of cellulose, which makes it perfect to the process of biofuel production. Thus, it is presented the proposal for an installation of a biorefinery in the state of Santa Catarina, using lignocelluloses biomass coming from the rice processing industries. The present Course's Completion Project presented to the Course of Chemical Engineering of the University of the South of Santa Catarina, was divided in specific areas for a better understanding. It begins with strategic planning and marketing, which is a methodology capable of establishing the direction that must be taken by the company, with the objective of integrating it into its operational environment. Followed by quality management, which is a managing focused on the quality of production and services of the company; Basic Engineering, which understands and designs all the necessary requirements for the company's implementation, focusing on the production process; Environmental Engineering, which aims to plan an adequate management, either by solving environmental issues or preventing possible negative consequences related to production processes; The safety engineering, which goes to anticipate the risks of accidents and therefore trying to minimize them. Finally, the economic planning, that identifies the expected benefits of an investment to verify its implementation’s viability, analyzing the costs and benefits of the project.Plano de Negócio Acesso fechado Projeto de viabilidade econômico - financeiro para implantação da Bright Shapes no município de Tubarão/ SC(2018) Fernandes, Matheus TuraniO presente projeto tem como objetivo analisar a viabilidade econômico-financeira para fundação da empresa Bright Shapes em Tubarão Santa Catarina. Na primeira parte do projeto foi feito levantamento de dados e estudos sócio econômicos do município de Tubarão e da região da AMUREL onde é pretendido instalar a futura empresa. Em seguida foi elaborada a caracterização social da empresa onde foi criada a razão social como “Bright Shapes Ltda EPP”. Depois foi criado o nome fantasia que será utilizado pela empresa como Bright Shapes. O seu regime tributário será o simples nacional e a empresa não terá sócios. Nesta parte também foram elaborados a missão, visão, valores, o público alvo, a estrutura organizacional, os objetivos empresariais a médio e longo prazo, os pontos fortes, pontos fracos e estratégias competitivas. Foi realizado um estudo de mercado no município de Tubarão para conhecer o perfil de potenciais consumidores que a futura empresa pode vir a ter. Também foi pesquisado e estudado como surgiu à prática do skate e sua história no Brasil. Com isso também foram analisadas quais podem ser as oportunidades e ameaças do ramo. Para obter o perfil dos potenciais consumidores foi desenvolvido e aplicado uma pesquisa de mercado no município de Tubarão, onde foram realizadas 172 entrevistas. Com a pesquisa 37% das pessoas falaram que praticam skate, e destes 42 pessoas compram 1 ou 2 skates por ano. Os potenciais consumidores são pessoas de ambos os sexos na faixa de 12 a 45 anos que andam de skate ou que querem começar a praticar o esporte. Com a realização de pesquisa dos principais concorrentes, foi possível identificar que não existe nenhum concorrente no estado de Santa Catarina o que é um fato muito positivo e atraente para abrir a empresa em Tubarão que foi o município escolhido. Os fornecedores foram pré-selecionados dois para cada tipo produto que será usado, a empresa irá testar estes no começo para escolher qual terá melhor desempenho nos produtos. As estratégias de marketing foram elaboradas de acordo com os “4 p’s”: produto, preço, praça e promoção, e as formas de propaganda foram criadas de acordo com o produto, os ideais e valores da empresa. A análise técnica descreve a parte mais importante, pois caracterizou os produtos da empresa descrevendo como será produzido cada um deles. Foram descritas as operações e rotinas, o processo de produção, de compras e de vendas. Nesta sessão calculou-se também a capacidade máxima de produção, de 32 por dia, o que leva a produzir em torno de 640 por mês. Foi feita a seleção de equipamentos, móveis e utensílios, a criação do layout da empresa e definida a localização. Para a implantação da empresa, será necessário um investimento inicial de R$ 399.207,37 sendo 100% adquirido através de fundos próprios do único proprietário. Os custos fixos anuais correspondem a R$ 244.809,00 no primeiro ano, R$ 260.895,00 no segundo ano, R$ 275.275,00 no terceiro ano, R$ 288.465,,00 no quarto ano e R$ 305.857,00 no quinto ano. Computa-se um faturamento bruto de R$ 272.098,00 já no primeiro ano, tendo um crescimento gradativo e obtendo um valor de R$ 490.9053,52 no quinto ano. Através de análises financeiras calculou-se o ponto de equilíbrio, lucratividade, rentabilidade, valor presente líquido, taxa interna de retorno e o payback da empresa. O ponto de equilíbrio inicial foi de 129,36%, que caindo gradativamente chegou a 88,08% no quinto ano. Quanto à lucratividade, nos dois primeiro anos apresentou-se negativa pelo alto valor investido inicialmente e passou a melhorar a partir do terceiro ano de atividade. O primeiro ano apresentou prejuízo na lucratividade de -20,42%, o segundo ano -0,60%, o terceiro ano 7,04%, o quarto ano 7,43% e o quinto ano 7,18%. No primeiro ano a rentabilidade é de -13,92% pois este é o ano de abertura onde são feitos os investimentos iniciais. O segundo ano já traz uma rentabilidade menos pior, com -0,56%. No terceiro ano a rentabilidade atinge o primeiro percentual positivo de 7,69%, no quarto ano de 8,60%, e no quinto ano de 8,81%. O cálculo do valor presente líquido (VPL) obteve um resultado negativo de R$ 19.503,37 e acabou superando a taxa mínima de atratividade e demonstrando que o projeto é viável.. A taxa interna de retorno (TIR) teve um resultado de 20,43% ao ano, conseguindo superar a taxa mínima de atratividade, que é de 17,00 % ao ano. Na primeira etapa foi realizado um estudo socioeconômico coletando dados, na seqüência foi elaborada a caracterização da empresa, as estratégias de marketing, e por ultimo a analise financeira para viabilidade.Plano de Negócio Acesso fechado Projeto de viabilidade econômico-financeira para a implantação de indústria de laticínios(2020) Kons, Thiago LochO presente projeto tem por finalidade analisar a viabilidade econômico-financeira da empresa Laticínios Kons, na cidade de Grão-Pará, Santa Catarina. O projeto se deu início com levantamento de informações inerentes ao planejamento da empresa, elaborados a visão, missão e valores, definido o público alvo, a estrutura organizacional, os objetivos da empresa a médio e longo prazo, os pontos fortes, pontos fracos e as estratégias competitivas. Após isso, foi realizado um estudo de mercado, com informações primárias e secundárias. Realizaram-se análises e estratégias. É definido aspectos técnicos como a descrição e caracterização dos produtos a serem vendidos, demonstração do layout do laticínio e o fluxograma das tarefas, seleciona-se os equipamentos a serem utilizados. Por fim, realiza-se o levantamento e avaliação econômico-financeira com a avaliação econômica.
