Artigo Científico Acesso aberto Análises das influências positivas e negativas quanto da presença de sambaquis em áreas de desenvolvimento urbano: implantação de loteamentos urbanos(2023-06-07) dos Santos Gonçalves, Lucas; Bernardini Duarte, JéssicaA presente obra demonstra critérios, conceitos e os métodos de um estudo com o objetivo de supor a viabilidade no uso de um sambaqui como área de construção, focando em análises apenas de cunho financeiro e de desenvolvimento demográfico, utilizando de orçamentos para residências com um pavimento e múltiplos, que por sua vez, compõem a maior parte do mercado. No decorrer deste trabalho, foram considerados conceitos básicos de avaliação para embasamento teórico, esclarecendo os métodos de avaliação, a elaboração de um orçamento de obra residencial e como realizar a pesquisa de dados estatísticos. Com todas essas informações, foi possível criar elementos necessários para o entendimento teórico de uma avaliação e comparação de orçamentos entre os tipos de residência. Por conseguinte, foi elaborado um estudo de caso real considerando um condomínio com imóveis em madeira e outro em alvenaria, com o objetivo de ter a informação do quanto seria proveitoso para o bairro/cidade caso fosse possível a utilização daquela área para construção.Artigo Científico Acesso fechado Determinação de parâmetros geomecânicos de solos residuais a partir de incorporação de resíduos de porcelanato(2018) Vieira, Eduardo; Silva, Luiz Henrique LapaA pavimentação se mostra algo essencial para o desenvolvimento socioeconômico de uma região, principalmente, pela facilidade que a mesma proporciona no transporte de mercadorias e pessoas. Juntamente com a realização de obras de pavimentação, vem a utilização de diversos recursos naturais, os quais são limitados e necessitam atender algumas propriedades geotécnicas prescritas em norma, para que possam ser implementados na execução de uma rodovia. A expansão dos solos utilizados nas camadas de sub-base da pavimentação, é um dos parâmetros norteadores para a qualidade e durabilidade dos serviços. Neste sentido, este trabalho incumbe-se em utilizar o resíduo de porcelanato através de misturas solo/resíduo, no intuito de verificar possíveis alterações de propriedades geomecânicas e redução da expansão. Para tal, foram moldados corpos de prova com diferentes teores de mistura solo/resíduos, e comparados com as propriedades do solo no estado natural. Os resultados demonstram-se pouco significativos quanto às alterações das propriedades ora analisadas.Artigo Científico Acesso aberto Fontes de Energia Renovável no Brasil(2023-06-20) Pickler, IsadoraA eletricidade foi algo que surgiu há muitosséculos, o ser humano começou utilizando a energia do seu próprio corpo e do sol, logo em seguida foi para as fontes de energias não renováveis. Com a evolução foi percebendo que poderia utilizar fontes renováveis, ou seja, que não se esgotam. Esta monografia tem como objetivo estudar as energias renováveis, sendo elas: a hídrica, solar, eólica, biomassa, biogás, oceânica e geotérmica. Para fim disso será realizada uma revisão bibliográfica, que citam e explicam sobre o tema. O objetivo deste trabalho é mostrar para as pessoas o quanto a energia renovável é forte, e que existem várias fontes da mesma, demonstrando e afirmando a partir de autores. Acredita-se que as fontes de energia renováveis irão dominar o futuro. Os resultados obtidos foram os melhores, analisando o tema nota-se que tem muito futuro, e que aos poucos essas fontes irão predominar. Para área de engenharia civil é extrema importância pois ela é muito utilizada na construção civil, o intuito desse trabalho é fazer as pessoas enxergarem que a energia renovável vale cada centavo do seu investimento.Artigo Científico Acesso aberto Gatilhos geotécnicos para escolha do tipo de fundação(2019) Borges, Alan dos PassosThe purpose of this work was to enable possible observers to observe comparative observation regarding the soil composition of the city of Tubarão in detail, soil resistance and its geomechanical interaction between soil types and types of foundations to analyze the behavior of the even to dicover the generation of geotechnical triggers to choose the most appropriate type of foundation. The methodology used is based on the aplication of technical standards, bibliographic references and quantitative data collection related to the geotechnical date of the city of Tubarão SC. From the raw data the geotechnical letter of the study region where the research was applied. The use and application of mathematical models to represent the behavior from different types of soil existing in the region, so as to understand what is acting and that we are able to generate the triggers.Artigo Científico Acesso fechado Investigação das principais diferenças em obras de pequeno porte com e sem acompanhamento de profissional habilitado(2018) Silveira, Lucas Casartelli; Silveira, Leonardo CasartelliThis work aims to compare the cost difference and techniques between small works with and without engineering projects regarding the costs of repairs due to lack of follow up. Analyzing through a scientific investigation the main characteristics of a small work without the accompaniment of a civil engineer, based on a recently executed work and using the data found to make a comparative analysis between the costs with repairs due to the lack of accompaniment with the initial cost of the work. As a result, the premise that the cost with a qualified civil engineering professional will raise the final value of a building, even if it is small. This concept needs to be re-evaluated, because at the end of the studies an increase of approximately 5% of the total value of the work was presented in structural repairs, even if the work was new, and had less than a year. However, even with the increase in the final cost of the work, not all repairs can be made, due to errors made in the concrete manufacturing process, leading to the understanding that not hiring an engineer could lead to irreversible damage to the building, even after the necessary repairs have been resolved. Leading to understand that hiring a civil engineer ends up becoming the most financially and technically feasible way of avoiding additional expenses and future problems regarding the performance of the building.Artigo Científico Acesso aberto Investigação do uso de resíduo cerâmico como material cimentício suplementar para produção de cimento CP IV para concreto(2019) Zeferino, Joyce Ferreira; Costa, Antônio ClésioWith the development of technologies, the reuse of leavings in the construction sector has improved relevantly. As cement is one of the most widely used materials currently and, on the other hand, has a high emission rate of pollutant gases, it is proposed to reuse materials that can offer improvements or present alternatives to use it properly. This study sought to find a sustainable way to improve the characteristics of the final product with a supplementary cementitious material. This residue, coming from white ceramic tiles, with the purpose of standardization, from grinding to its application, obtained results in a satisfactory final product. The aim of this research was to evaluate the applicability of this leavings which, reacting with the cement, constitutes the pozzolanic activity. Thus, the present work aims to prove, based on literature and performed tests, the efficiency of the studied material.Artigo Científico Acesso aberto Investigação dos problemas patológicos mais incidentes manifestados no prédio da unidade tecnológica da Unisul de Tubarão (Cettal)(2018) Coelho, Gabriela Souza; Santos, Vinicius Nicoladelli dosThe emergence of pathological manifestations, in their various forms, in a building is due to the great carelessness of often simple problems. Because construction is always advancing technologically, such anomalies are more easily detected and repaired, even in older buildings. Being a work widely used because of its purpose, the Center for Food Technology (CETTAL) of Unisul in Tubarão was chosen as the basis for the perception of this subject. This work aims to propose the technical repairs of the pathological manifestations found in CETTAL in order to present solutions of necessary adjustments and corrections. Based on the case study done in each room of the G block of Unisul, totaling 34 rooms, were explained the manifestations found, possible causes, mechanisms of occurrence and possible repairs. Also, a questionnaire had been applied to the professionals who use the building daily requesting the opinions about the structure of this one. With the observations made through this data collection, it was possible to conclude that the structure of Technology Center the Unisul of the Tubarão (CETTAL) building has deteriorated over the years, necessitating superficial reforms of the detected anomalies. The present study presented the pertinent restorations for each pathology found, seeking to facilitate future repair by those responsible and thus contribute scientifically and socially to the longevity of the CETTAL block, as well as to the well being of the people who use the space daily.Artigo Científico Acesso fechado MW License - licenciamento ambiental em loteamentos(2019) Maiato, Arthur Domiciano Fernandes; Warmling, Alcides AlvesThis study presented a proposal for a technological tool that will help the management of environmental management, especially during the environmental licensing process, in allotments. Technology is an instrument intrinsically linked to society. While its evolution represents a profound milestone throughout history, the way we use it always brings benefits and challenges. The aim was to highlight innovation and address a current problem in the management of allotments through access to data, monitoring of administrative processes and the processing of bills. The software proposal has been incorporated for allotments and becomes relevant as it seeks to enable and optimize the environmental management of allotments. The methodology used in this proposal was developed through appropriate procedures for each specific case to obtain the expected result. The methods used were the functional requirements, which allowed a better organization for the project design, the use case diagram, which allowed to associate each activity to its respective user and, finally, the prototyping, being responsible for the construction screens to use the software.Artigo Científico Acesso aberto Projeto arquitetônico de edificação multifamiliar visando a certificação do selo azul da CAIXA(2020) Favaro, Danrlei PatelThe civil construction sector is characterized as an activity of great economic importance, however, also one of the most impactful from the environmental point of view. In this context, the incorporation of strategies that provide the development of more sustainable enterprises is essential to minimize these impacts and to provide a better quality of life for the communities involved. The present work was carried out in order to design a multifamily residential building, adding elements that have a more sustainable character. To this end, the Sustainable Construction Seal - Casa Azul da Caixa was analyzed, the first classification system for sustainable housing projects offered in the country, with a view to obtaining it for the building. The project for a multifamily residential building in the municipality of Tubarão / SC was carried out, adding to it, sustainable practices and in accordance with current legislation. During the analysis of the Seal and adequacy of the project to it, some impasses were found, which throughout the development of the project were solved with instructions given by the certification itself. This situation points to the need to carry out a new revision of the Casa Azul CAIXA Seal manual, aiming at analyzing the mandatory criteria, making them more flexible in view of the difficulties encountered in submitting projects from different regions of the country, each with its own peculiarities. It is concluded that despite the impasses found the project reached the graduation in gold level meeting 40 criteria, thus obtaining the seal. Finally, the project proves the importance of its application for any type of building, given the benefits it provides not only in encouraging the rational use of natural resources and reducing environmental impacts, but also providing comfort to its users.Artigo Científico Acesso fechado Proposta de produção industrializada de fôrmas de plástico para estrutura de concreto(2020) Souza, Rafael ZacariasThe civil construction sector has undergone a considerable transformation in the last few decades, with some areas being more visible their evolution as projects, construction method of buildings and engineering, inputs, human resources, the outsourcing of specialized labor, day-to-day equipment, among others. In carrying out reinforced concrete structures in residential, mixed or commercial buildings where, in Brazil, the use of formwork systems with wooden or mixed mold prevails. As technological advances came with the hypothesis of looking for engineering methods to develop a prototype for the main elements of a building, beams, columns and slabs, with respect to formwork designs used for their execution, and that meets the technical specifications of civil construction. A bibliographic search of formwork systems to recognize the most used types and an analysis of the proper use of formwork in terms of plume, level and geometry of concrete structures. A theoretical evaluation was made on the requesting efforts in formwork, where it was possible to demonstrate the various criteria of pressure exerted on them, the use of the increase and reduction coefficients of the Brazilian standard NBR 7190/97, the design criteria at different structural pieces measures adopted by the ACI (American Concrete Institute), as well as the German standard DIN 18218. Through conventional and unconventional 3D printing techniques, it was possible to conceive the manufacture of a formwork prototype for fresh concrete in acrinonitrile-butadienocyte-sterene (ABS) a polymeric material. Representing an operational model that is easy to assemble and at the same time light and resistant to loads submitted to it, and mechanical tests on the prototype were carried out with the appropriate technical specifications.Artigo Científico Acesso embargado Proposta de um método de dosagem racional para argamassa colante(2017) Pereira, Beatriz AnselmoThis study was performed with the aim to propose a dosage method for adhesive mortars, once we noticed out the lack of studies in this area, and the main pathological problem in this type of coating is due to the mortar. Thereunto, an orthogonal arrangement type L9 (3³) was carried out using the Taguchi’s statistical method, where the parameters water cement factor, cellulose ether (HEMC) percentage and redispersible powder (EVA) percentage were considered in three different level for each one. This orthogonal arrangement enables to establish 9 mortar dosages, reducing the number of tests when compared to a traditional experimental Project. These mortars were submitted to open time tests 15 and 20 minutes (NBR 14081-3), normal cure adherence, submerged and inside drying kiln – as established by the NBR 14081-4, determination to sliding (NBR 14081-5), water retention – according to NBR 13277 – and initial adhesion, this last one a non-standardized method. The results obtained were statistically treated using the Taguchi’s method sequence, in order to develop the dosage diagram, this one the final result. Further the exposed the method adopted enables to evaluate the influence in each level for each parameter adopted in the characteristics presented by the mortar after the tests perform. In this study, we could conclude the relation water/cement was the parameter with higher influence on the results obtained. The dosage diagram confectioned enables to choose the best combination of factor levels in order to obtain o product with the expected characteristics.Artigo Científico Acesso aberto Resort Rural Pinheiral, Braço do Norte/SC(2018) Warmling, Alcione Alves; Damiani, Ana Paula FrecciaThe Rural Resort was presented a proposal to implantation at city Braço do Norte, in the state of Santa Catarina. The intention is to bring something new and show the community that it’s possible to have radical activities for fun and distraction to adventurers people besides they can do some activities to relax and forget about their routine. The Resort’s idea was incorporated to broad and easily accessible place with a leisure and entertainment infrastructure with attractions to receive tourists of all ages. Before this place can be able to this project, an analysis was made with objective to exploring which tourism potential and economic growth that it's possible to have there. Also a visit was made at Rio do Rastro Eco Resort based on two references for knowledge about lodging, at Costão do Santinho Resort and at Fazzenda Park Hotel. This resulted in the elaboration of the preliminary project and the program of activities of the Pinheiral Rural Resort, with the proposal of an innovative concept for the state, incorporating the sophistication of a five star resort with activities of leisure and rest, in direct contact with the charms that nature offers.Artigo Científico Acesso aberto Sistema construtivo Wood frame na região sul de Santa Catarina: barreiras na entrada no mercado da construção civil e comparação de custo com um sistema tradicional(2020) Heidemann, Paulo SantosThe building sector in Brazil is living a huge transformation period, with the goal to seek effective solutions in terms of productivity, decrease operating costs, environmental commitment and to innovate in the construction sector as a whole, the Woodframe stands out as a constructive system. In this context, the Woodframe is based on the use of wooden uprights and closing panels linked with thermo-acoustic isolation, besides to be a constructive system that minimizes waste on the construction site is also a way to reduce the impacts against the environment. Although this system in Brazil is considered new, this technology has been consolidated for over 100 years in a bunch of countries like Canada, Germany, United States, and Chile. This academy research proposes a certain analysis applied in the southern region of Santa Satarina in order to point out the barriers to the widespread Woodframe in the construction sector. Therefore, was made bibliographic research of the theme, data collection and surveying about the building market in the southern region of the state of Santa Catarina, specifically in the cities of Tubarao and Criciuma. As a result, it can be seen that the adoption of this construction system instead of conventional construction depends mainly on a change of habit, deep knowledge about the theme and economic issues, but it is known that the system offers numerous benefits such as ease, engineering agility, and performance.
