Monografia Acesso aberto Acessibilidade espacial e inclusão escolar: estudo de caso dos blocos cettal, cettalzinho e centec, Unisul - campus Tubarão/SC(2017) Fernandes, Jéssica VitórioThe right to accessibility is governed in Brazil by the Brazilian Standard 9050, of the Brazilian Association of Technical Norms. The right to citizenship for all human beings is indispensable. People with disabilities or reduced mobility should not be exposed to situations with little or no accessibility, as this may interfere with their social and personal development. In 2008, Brazil began to guarantee the inclusion of students with some kind of deficiency in the regular network of education, requiring school inclusion in common class, in municipal schools and private individuals. Before this date, the University of Southern Santa Catarina - Unisul, had already joined the school inclusion system in all the courses offered, creating the Accessibility Promotion Program in 2002. Based on this context, the objective of this research is to analyze the physical structure of the Cettal, Cettalzinho and Centec blocks, UNISUL - Campus Tubarão / SC, focusing on the spatial accessibility conditions set forth in NBR 9050/2015, aiming to provide better user comfort for the inclusion of schoolchildren with disabilities or mobility reduced. Through the qualitative research, with exploratory approach and case study analysis of the space physical space of the CETTAL, CETTALZINHO and CENTEC blocks and of the Unisul -Tubarão / SC Campus Master Plan, regarding the physical accessibility of the internal and external accesses, there were several constructive divergences in the current physical space and vague treatment regarding the requirements to the theme in the Campus Master Plan. This situation indicates the need for adjustments and remodeling in the buildings and external environment between the blocks, proposing technical solutions foreseen in NBR 9050.Monografia Acesso aberto Acessibilidade espacial em escolas municipais: estudo de caso da escola de educação básica Elizabeth Ulyssea Arantes, no município de Laguna(2018) Carneiro, Maria Rute IzidoroIn this conclusion work can be perceived the importance of social inclusion in schools, since it is in them that we learn personal principles that we adopt for life and also, in them that we learn to live in collectivity. Onwards, from a case study done in one school sample in Laguna city in Santa Catarina, was possible to diagnose that our schools are still poor talking about the spatial accessibility. Furthermore, catalogue a research guiding the patterns of the ABNT Technical Standard – NBR 9050, nowadays the 13.146/2015 law, together with a research done in loco in the Basic Education Elizabeth Ulyssea Arantes School, to identify the barriers and constructions flaws about the lack of suitable accessibility, after that realizing a design recommendation of the spatial accessibility readjustment. With these changes, suggested to improve the school atmosphere, hopefully none disabled person or with restrict mobility, be it whatever it is, feel not able of moving, horizontally or vertically in external as internal spaces, without help of others to access the school environment.Estudo de Caso Acesso aberto Acessibilidade no espaço público para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida: o caso de vias públicas – Tubarão/SC(2019) Floriano, Luís Fernando da Silva; Vargas, Taís CachoeiraIt is a vitally important that in contemporary times the rights of people with reduced mobility and special needs go attended, for that adaptations to accessibility to public roads would bring comfort and safety to those. However, the defects on the sidewalks and the lack of consideration for these types of people become an obstacle and cause more difficulties for them to move around in public places. The objective of this work is to submit a realistic point of view so the people with special needs could gain greater representation and be included with more relevance, presenting the existing regulatory standards of accessibility and analyzing the present sidewalk situation in the municipality of Tubarão. The procedure used to develop the research was an exploratory bibliographic study, that covers concepts and regulatory standards about the current theme. The research method used was a case study with qualitative approach and exploratory level, using photographic records, questionnaires and checklists applied to identify possible problems encountered in public sidewalks. Was possible, from that, provide suggestions based on standards NBR 9050:2015 and NBR: 16537:2016 and on the opinions of the citizens interviewed. In this way, the people who have access to this study, will be able to obtain more knowledge of the subject “Accessibility”, and if it is possible, to adapt the places, guaranteeing more social inclusion. It is concluded that public sidewalks need more attention, common sense and inspection regarding accessibility and safety, and that the current standards aimed at the adequacy of accessibility in the roads are followed in a proper way, and that the implementation is more accurately surveyed of works of public sidewalks.Monografia Acesso aberto Análise comparativa da viabilidade técnica e econômica de vigas armadas e protendidas(2019) Patrício, João PauloThis work aimed to present the main differences between reinforced and prestressed beams, both in technical and economic aspects. For this, a research of the exploratory type was approached, aiming the comparison of the two mentioned techniques, under some aspects and behaviors. From the obtained data, it was observed that as the cross section of the beam is reduced as a function of the increase of the resistance, the immediate deflections tend to increase. However, in this aspect, the prestressed beams presented better results as the spans were increased. As for the steel consumption, the beams presented proportional results, for all spans, as the resistance increases, the required steel area increases, however, the prestressed beams also presented higher steel consumption. In the general context, under the technical analysis, for the analyzed spans, the prestressed beams were preferable, however, as for the material economy, the prestressed beams became less viable, since steel consumption was higher.Monografia Acesso aberto Análise comparativa de sistemas de aquecimento de água para uma unidade residencial unifamiliar(2018) Garcia, Igor Cardoso; Lima, Murilo de OliveiraDue to the concern with the reduction of costs and mainly the need of sustainable means in the civil construction sector, the present work aims to propose a comparison between different water heating systems. It does its application in a unifamily residence in the city of Tubarão - SC. The objective of this work is to demonstrate between three methods of water heating the most viable system for the application project: electric, solar or the LPG gas. The research is characterized as exploratory and descriptive, through sources that delimit and direct the content through technical standards, consumption rates of concessionaires and works of different authors, however, it was possible to analyze the cost paid by consumers to the concessionaires, verify the viability of the systems applications, to know the project needs, estimating operating costs and execution costs and, finally, to arrive at the result of which means becomes more interesting to the needs of the final consumer. The search for alternative energy sources has as a differential the solar heating, through solar plates, means of a high initial investment cost, but with a more attractive and non-polluting return expectation, electric heating demonstrated the initial investment low, however, less attractive, due to the cost passed on by the concessionaires, together with the LPG gas system that has a high investment of application, besides being polluting and necessitating the frequent refueling of LPG containers. The determining factor in the choice was the time of return and the consumer comfort, these factors were delimited by calculations and sustainable indicators that result in the quality of each product, resulting in the choice of the photovoltaic system as the most efficient in the group of the factors such as: time of return, sustainability, application and maintenance.Estudo de Caso Acesso aberto Análise comparativa do custo benefício de execução das estruturas de casas geminadas entre concreto armado com alvenaria e estrutura metálica com Drywall(2019) Medeiros, Felipe Gomes; Pacheco, Rodrigo SoaresThis monograph makes a comparative study between a reinforced concrete structure with masonry fence and a drywall-sealed metal structure of four row houses located in the city of Tubarão - SC, aiming the costs comparison of supplies, workforce and the time of completion of the project by both methods. To carry out the study, we used a budget from company “A” responsible for the construction of semi-detached reinforced concrete houses with masonry fence, and a budget from company “B” corresponding to the construction method of the drywall metallic structure. With the accomplishment of the study it was possible to analyze that the constructive method of reinforced concrete with masonry is more economically rentable than the one of metallic structure for construction of residences due to the high price of the steel used in the execution of the metallic structure, but the speed of the execution of the metallic structure is superior to the traditional method and it is one of the main attractions to reach out new markets. Remembering that for the choice of the construction method must take into consideration the use and the location of the project to be built.Estudo de Caso Acesso aberto Análise comparativa do uso de ICF e tijolos cerâmicos a partir das propriedades térmicas e acústicas(2021-12-14) Oliveira, Joao Vitor BeckCom o decorrer de cada ano o ser humano tem um avanço em seu conhecimento, cada vez mais são descobertas novas tecnologias que melhoram e facilitam o trabalho das pessoas. O método construtivo ICF, embora no Brasil é pouco citado, em outros países já se tem grande utilização, por ter como matéria prima principal o EPS, ele tem demonstrado bom desempenho no quesito conforto nas obras utilizadas. Para que a edificação proporcione ao usuário um bom conforto, seja ele térmico ou acústico, necessita de materiais que possuem baixa condutividade térmica e tenham uma baixa transmissão sonora. Como no estado de Santa Catarina apresenta uma grande variação de temperatura, é necessário de obras com maior tecnologia para que proporcione aos moradores um melhor conforto térmico. O estudo tem como intuito apresentar o método ICF para o uso em Santa Catarina, através de análises comparativas com o método construtivo de tijolo cerâmico, comparando o conforto térmico e acústico, custo e produtividade. Tendo com referência para as análises estudos bibliográficos. Nas análises comparativas em grande maioria o método construtivo ICF se fez melhor por conta das características físico-químicas dos materiais utilizados em sua construção.Monografia Acesso embargado Análise comparativa dos custos de execução de edifício residencial multifamiliar entre alvenaria estrutural e convencional(2018) Silva Júnior, Manoel Gonçalves; Velhos, Guilherme SilveiraThis monograph presents a comparative study of structural masonry and concrete structure with reinforced masonry, in order to compare the costs related to the workmanship necessary for the execution of the structure and masonry of a multifamily residential building located in the city of Tubarão - SC. The research was limited only to the structure and masonry, since the other services executed in the work are very similar in the two constructive systems studied. In order to make the research possible in the available time, for the construction system in structural masonry, it was followed the execution of a pavement like Vivence Residencial, which is being executed with the construction system. Monitoring was important in measuring productivity and obtaining the actual costs paid by the construction company to the outsourced company responsible for the workforce. For the construction system with structure in reinforced concrete and masonry of ceramic block sealing, productivity indices were obtained through the SINAPI table and the costs also extracted from the SINAPI table were applied. In the studied building, the structural masonry presented its execution 3.28 times faster and with costs fifty-six percent cheaper than the reinforced. With the highly competitive market, the price factor is of paramount importance for the survival of companies today, and to sell at more attractive prices it is necessary to produce at lower costs, although structural masonry has limitations on form and free spans, for the It has proved to be much more economical in relation to reinforced concrete, with faster and cheaper execution, claiming to be the correct choice for the execution of the building. Labor costs.Monografia Acesso aberto Análise comparativa dos sistemas construtivos alvenaria convencional e Light Steel Frame: um estudo de caso em residência unifamiliar(2017) Frasson, Karine Crozeta; Bitencourt, MarcosIn order to increase productivity, reduce losses and meet growing market demand, the construction industry is seeking new constructive methods to replace traditionally used methods. The Light Steel Framing- LSF system is one of the alternatives used and consists of a structure made up of steel profiles, cold galvanized, drywall, cement boards and OSB (Oriented Strand Board), among others. Although Brazil is one of the largest steel producers in the world and this constructive method is characterized as industrialized and offers several benefits compared to the conventionally used systems, it is still a system little used in Brazil. Thus, this study, through a bibliographical survey and a case study, aims to present the main differentials of the Light Steel Framing construction system in relation to the conventional masonry construction system in single-family dwellings. The results of the bibliographic survey showed that the LSF system is an industrialized system, and as such, it has a clean, dry, fast and sustainable construction, in addition to presenting low weight. In relation to the cost of the work the case study presented the LSF system as less advantageous when compared to conventional masonry. However, the term factor was lower for the LSF system, since this is an industrialized system that presents higher productivity. By making a relation between the results, and considering that the LSF is only 5% more expensive than the conventional system, it is concluded that the LSF has a greater viability of execution, because its deadlines are significantly reduced, compensating for the cost difference. Feasibility.Monografia Acesso aberto Análise comparativa entre casas de madeira e casas de alvenaria(2019) Souza, LeonideIn Brazil, the wooden house is still a product few used, in the case of being a natural resource and abundance in nature, after its process in wished form, having a beauty that provides an exquisite environment. The kind of wood used in construction is classified as dicotyledonous is usually a kind of wood with a high mechanical strength that gives an excellent durability. Its main advantage is in the time of construction, because it is a case of a product that it is bought in prefabricated form. The most construction method used in Brazil is the brickwork. By the way, in house construction, the most remembered among Brazilian people is the brickwork, because this way of building passes truth to them, besides their materials get strong resistances and they are more durable and stable. This research will be delimited to the comparison of the build method between the brickwork house and the hardwood house, a kind of wood that Brazilian people called “angelim”, whose it is easy to buy at the local timber companies. And compared the cost of each building which presents different materials. The data showed in this study will come from price surveys at building material stores around the city of Laguna – SC. The budgets prepared were elaborated by acquired knowledges at the college classes and with a help from the professors and civil construction professionals through the bibliographical researches it is a time whose can be obtained by estimating the durability of each project, such as considerating their advantages and disadvantages. The project will demonstrate by the charts the prices of materials, doing a comparative budget of each stage. At the end of this study, a comparative of a house executed in masonry which it has a better financial cost than a hard wood.Monografia Acesso aberto Análise comparativa entre laje pré-moldada treliçada e pré-laje em obras de alvenaria estrutural(2021-12-02) Braga, Gustavo SanchoteneEste estudo aborda a padronização e a racionalização entre a alvenaria estrutural e ao tipo de laje utilizada, que através do processo construtivo conhecido como construção modular, facilita a execução da edificação, ou seja, os materiais são fabricados em determinada fábrica e consequentemente transportados para a obra e posteriormente montados de acordo com o projeto. Em vista disso, o trabalho tem como objetivo comparar a laje pré-moldada treliçada e pré-laje em obras de alvenaria estrutural, com destaque para a racionalidade e custo. A pesquisa inicialmente apresenta os princípios básicos sobre o assunto através da revisão bibliográfica que expõe os parâmetros de projetos, as características e individualidades dos métodos adotados e, posteriormente necessitou de buscas e consultas com empresas e engenheiros para obter os quantitativos do objeto de estudo, os quais formam os índices estabelecidos para a comparação. Com a planta do pavimento tipo foi possível comparar os custos entre a pré-laje (laje painel) e a laje pré-moldada treliçada, que por intermédio de um software foram feitos os cálculos para o levantamento de materiais e consequentemente obtidos os valores de cada insumo. Assim, o custo total de cada laje foi de R$ 64.122,67 para a laje painel e R$ 47.430,40 para a laje treliçada, obtendo uma diferença significativa de R$ 16.692,27 por pavimento. Com isso, chegou-se à conclusão que para o empreendimento obter um rendimento em relação ao tempo de execução, racionalização e organização na obra a alvenaria estrutural juntamente com a laje painel, seria a melhor opção. Porém, financeiramente o valor será mais elevado.Estudo de Caso Acesso embargado Análise comportamental de estrutura pré-moldada de concreto e as deformações sofridas em decorrência dos recalques diferenciais oriundos do uso de fundações híbridas(2018) Goulart, Leonardo Berti; Machado, Guilherme TomazThe present study deals with soil densification in a precast concrete structure, a case study carried out in Block D, at the University of Southern Santa Catarina, where it was predicted through conceptual calculation models, the total soil densification and the time for it to occur. After the elaboration of the conceptual models, from the application of the Nspt methodology, measurements were carried out in the buildings in order to make possible the comparisons between the densification anticipated and those occured in the structure. The measured deformations approximated to those predicted, validating the proposed methodology. In parallel, building inspections were carried out in order to realize the preliminary diagnosis of the building, considering the deformations undergone by the foundations due to the densification to which it was submitted. The work is based on an analysis of the use of BIM 3D, 4D and 5D, making use of software for such as management tools. Be a cutting edge, current marketing with planning tools without a technology and a future market projection for the use of BIM tools. The great capacity to realize new technologies in the construction processes, through the use of BIM systems, it is possible to reduce costs, increase productivity and quality in projects in the civil construction sector.Monografia Acesso embargado Análise da qualidade das rodovias estaduais e sua inter-relação com o custo do transporte rodoviário no estado de Santa Catarina(2017) Pereira, Thainara RobertoDue to the importance of the road modal for the Brazilian economy, this work sought to analyze through a bibliographical research, the infrastructure investment needs in what refers to highways in Santa Catarina. Although Brazil is diversified for transportation systems, which contributed to economic development, the highway modal is the most used, but the lack of investment in the sector harms economic growth throughout the country. The cost of transportation is essential in the formation of prices of a commodity, so being of low quality will influence the whole society in general. With the results obtained, it was possible to observe that Santa Catarina has a significant road network to be paved, but what stands out is the proportion in which it is distributed in the state, currently there are roads in expansion works, and the region that is receiving more investment is the western and southern region, transportation infrastructure is a very significant element for the economic and social development of a country, because the flow of goods and people depend on its quality, currently the investment has not been enough.Monografia Acesso fechado Análise da relação tensão x deformação em relação à diferentes profundidades ao longo do eixo de implantação de uma rodovia hipotética sobre banco sedimentar de argila mole: análises em nível de engenharia geotécnica conceitual(2017) Pian, Marieli AparecidaIn Brazil, deposits of soft soils are located along a large part of the coastal region, including the state of Santa Catarina, where it is frequent to observe recharge due to the high compressibility of these soils. Nowadays, with the advancement of technology, through scientific research, and the great expansion of the road network, the areas of compressible soils, previously avoided for the implantation of works, have been used as viable alternatives and becoming more and more common. Thus, this research aims to contribute to the scientific advance through the knowledge of local soil stratigraphy, geotechnical parameters, and soil softening behavior, located in the city of Tubarão - SC. The geotechnical parameters were obtained through field tests of SPT probes. These surveys present in their results a visual tactile characterization of the studied soil, which was used to construct a correlation with soils with the same HBR classification, from a region close to the one where the highway will be built. The stratigraphy of the local soil is composed of layers of clay, being that only the first layer, defined up to 4.45m deep, was studied. Predensing of the soft and cc soils ranging from 0.042698 and cr of 0.04638 to 0.18615 was observed. Most of the geotechnical parameters obtained are within the behavior trend of the other Brazilian and Santa Catarina soils studied. In this way, it was verified that there is a tendency of stabilization of the settlements in the place of study.Monografia Acesso embargado Análise da tensão x deformação e suas possíveis inter-relações no leito estradal da rodovia de acesso norte do município de Tubarão, a partir de carregamentos limítrofes(2019) Moraes, Juliana GoulartThe work presented refers to the analysis of the stress and deformation of the soils of the neighboring region of the Tubarão North Access Highway and the possible consolidation that may occur if the region surrounding the highway is occupied immediately at the end of the work. With access to characteristics of the study area, it was found that the soft soil found in the region, formerly occupied by rice cultivation and pasture, now gives way to the construction of an extensive highway, which in addition to releasing the car flow, will facilitate traffic and will bring great regional development to the locality. In order to analyze the behavior of this type of soil in relation to the change of occupation and type of load, compressibility characteristics, their densification, shear processes and the possibility of consolidation were studied. Thus, by means of an investigation of quantitative and qualitative approach, the field research type with bibliographic basis and exploratory level were carried out the loading studies for the surrounding soil, using the Terzaghi Consolidation Theory, stratigraphic profile, survey reports and municipal landfill deposits, together with the height variation of the clay layer present in the soil, to calculate the consolidation. Through the necessary calculations and checks, it was concluded that before constructing in the region bordering the highway, a geotechnical loading plan should be prepared and the undrained behavior of the clay to be maintained in order to maintain the stability of the surrounding soils and minimize possible consolidation. Not compromising thus the stability of the North Access Highway of the City of Tubarão as well as its full use and the regional development that it will provide with the occupation in its surroundings.Monografia Acesso aberto Análise da viabilidade construtiva e econômica: comparação entre a aplicação de bloco de solo-cimento e bloco cerâmico estrutural em habitações populares(2019) Machado, Ana Paula Medeiros; Luciano, Marielen BenedetIn order to serve the minimum housing needs for the low-income population, and the development of construction, new products have been developed by industries, therefore intending to implement building systems different from conventional ones, aiming at sustainability and efficiency, and as main objective to result in a lower environmental impact through the decrease of wastage, aiming to provide comfort, speed and a better value for money to the low- income population. Based on these factors the present research was developed, comparing the construction system in soil-cement block and structural ceramics block, therefore analyzing the technical and constructive viability of both blocks implemented in popular housing. The main objective is to analyze the construction viability comparing soil-cement block application and structural ceramic in popular dwellings. To achieve this objective, all the phases were analyzed from the manufacturing processes of these blocks to the implementation process of these same blocks. In order to prepare this report, were used as bibliographic sources: guidelines, technical articles and referenced websites. In addition to that, technical visits were made to two companies that manufacture both blocks, in order to obtain the technical file, funds and other information that were necessary for the comparative budget planning. The soil-cement and structural ceramic blocks were deliberately chosen because they are modular and have similarities in the constructive process, therefore requiring a great decrease of wastage, which results in a reduction of the environmental impacts of the construction, mainly due to the fact that the soil-cement block does not go through the burning process in its manufacture. All these aspects analyzed, and considering that the modular block is faster in its constructive process, leads us to believe that the soil-cement blocks and structural ceramic blocks are options for the building of popular dwellings, taking into consideration their agility, reduction of the supplies used and generated waste.Monografia Acesso fechado Análise das manifestações patológicas ocorrentes em edificação residencial multifamiliar de Tubarão - SC(2020) Simon, João LuísIn civil construction, pathology is the science that investigates pathological problems in buildings. The most common symptoms founded in projects are cracks, disintegrations, detachments, failures, deformities, stains in general, malfunction of some elements and changes in color, which can be manifested by failure in the design, execution, use or actions of degradation agents. These pathologies can impair the performance and aesthetics of the developments. The main objective of present work is the identification of pathological manifestations in a multifamily residential building in Tubarão-SC. This study was done through the Lichtenstein method for diagnosing pathologies in buildings. Therefore, firstly, an inspection was carried out in the building to collect data, then the diagnosis was made and, finally, the therapies were defined for each problem. This research found that the most frequent manifestation was cracking, followed by moisture stains and only a coating detachment in the entire study area. Most of the cracks founded were caused by hygroscopic movement, which does not present any risk for the building. As well as the detachment, which originated from the lack of adhesion between coating and substrate. Only moisture stains present risks in this case, they can promote the installation of fungal microorganisms, which compromises the health of residents. These stains are mostly caused by lack of water tightness of the masonry. The research achieved its objective, since all pathological manifestations were identified, diagnosed and, also, because it established solutions for each problem. This study highlights the relevance of small construction methods, that might improve the performance and durability of buildings and suggests ways to repair existing problems. Finally, it serves as a subsidize to improve the quality of constructions in the city.Monografia Acesso aberto Análise das principais causas de atraso em obras de edificações multifamiliares da região da AMUREL(2021-06-21) Camilo, Larissa Pascoal; Steiner, LuizaO setor de construção civil no Brasil e no mundo têm experimentado repetidamente atrasos na construção de edifícios residenciais, hipoteticamente, devido a falhas na gestão de projeto, afetando a viabilidade econômica, qualidade e trazendo prejuízos aos empreendimentos. O objetivo deste estudo é identificar e propor medidas para limitar os principais fatores de atraso na construção de edifícios multifamiliares na região da AMUREL, expressar a importância do planejamento e controle efetivo de obra e como isso pode colaborar a cumprir prazos predefinidos, evitar ocorrências durante uma fase de execução de obras e aumentar a lucratividade. Este estudo oferece uma metodologia quantitativa, para a perspectiva dos objetivos a pesquisa é descritiva e exploratória e para a perspectiva dos procedimentos técnicos, é considerada bibliográfica e levantamento. Para identificar as principais causas de atraso foram aplicados questionários, baseado nos estudos de Brum (2015) e Oliveira (2016), aos gestores de noventa e duas (92) empresas de diferentes portes, das quais apenas trinta e duas (32) responderam. As decorrências apontaram que as principais adversidades estão relacionadas a mão de obra, administração da obra, finanças, material e projetos, havendo mais problemas internos do que externos. The search for knowledge through research is of fundamental importance in order to take a step in this way. The use of equipment has been a way to improve the techniques in the construction sites by increasing the efficiency of the employees, which reduces direct and indirect costs, as well as potential material savings. For the purpose of analyze this efficiency, it is necessary to recognize the potential improvement points, seek knowledge of the area and implement the equipment. Nevertheless, for social-economic reasons, many construction companies prefer not to invest, as they can’t see the potential benefits of these improvements. The purpose of this Course Completion Work is to make a case study in an exploratory and quantitative way, where three working activities, leveling, wall cut, and painting, done by traditional methods are compared with techniques in which more modern equipment in the market are implemented in a building construction. These equipments are the self leveling laser, wall cutting machine and airless painting machine. Thus, there is a basis for study and comparison in order to make statistical analysis, if possible, in addition to field observations. It is noted that the implementation of these equipments improved the efficiency of the company's employees, but also reducing their exposure to workplace hazards and, in some cases, the amount of material used.
