Therefore, the need to plan and control the project schedule, in order to avoid delays, becomes essential. In this way, the main objective of the research is to evaluate the control of the methods and techniques performed during the execution period of the project, which guarantee the delivery of the project, respecting the agreed timetable without incurring additional costs . Planning .PDCA cycle.Monografia Acesso aberto Matriz de transportes brasileira: análise dos benefícios do modal ferroviário e uma breve comparação a países desenvolvidos(2017) Medeiros, Luiz Felipe MenegazNowadays in Brazil, the transportation matrix is strongly dependent of the modal road, what is not a good perspective for a country so territorially big like ours. This strong dependency becomes a problem when we take in consideration the logistic costs for big distances, and when we put the wear we have in our road mesh. The solution to those logistic bottlenecks would be migrated to other matrices, like the one this work is article is about, the rail transport matrix. This modal could be economically viable to companies that make long distances transportation. It has as a differential, the environmental issue, because the emissions of carbon dioxide (C02) and carbon monoxide (CO) from the freight trains are way inferior when compared to the trucks. This article talks about the railway matrix, its characteristics, a comparison among Brazil's modals and developed countries, the methodology used, the discussion and about the theme.Monografia Acesso fechado Avaliação de bens de imóveis: estudo de caso de imóvel comercial localizado em Tubarão/SC(2017) Rahim, Rafael Bittencourt; Hulse, GabrielAssessment engineering is characterized by being a growing segment in the market, mainly due to the need to evaluate goods according to scientific technical procedures. In this way, a bibliographic review was made, citing succinctly the procedures and methodologies of real estate appraisals based on NBR 14.653 (2011) and other legislation pertinent to the theme. In order to illustrate the methodology, a case study of a commercial warehouse located in the city of Tubarão / SC was carried out, applying the valuation procedures, with the purpose of determining their values and denoting their situations in the current real estate market by means of an appraisal report. It is concluded that, through statistical procedures, it is possible to evaluate a commercial property reaching degrees of precision and maximum substantiation, despite the limitations imposed by the professionals of the area.Monografia Acesso aberto Estudo comparativo entre sistemas construtivos industrializados: Light Steel Frame e Light Wood Frame(2017) Zehnder, Luan; Corrêa, Daiane FernandesThe environmental issue is a subject that has been taking forward in recent years, with the concern of the population in maintaining the environment a preserved place, it emerges every day new technologies that can contribute to this happening. Light Wood frame and Light Steel frame construction systems enable this issue to be maintained, where its applicability is made through sustainable materials and there is no waste of materials, as well as a significant reduction of pollutants. This monograph has the main objective of describing the characteristics of the Light Steel frame and Light Wood frame construction methods, making a comparison between the two systems. The study develops from a bibliographical survey supported by the case study method, where it was possible to compare which of the two systems would be more advantageous economically in construction. Faced with the results obtained, for a constructed area of 60, roadway above ², the most viable method is Light Wood Frame, resulting in a smaller expense relative to the other method.Monografia Acesso aberto Aplicação estrutural do vidro na construção civil: fachadas estruturais com pilares de vidro(2017) Custódio, Fernando Corrêa; Aguiar, Guilherme SanutoBy presenting a bibliographical character, the following study is designed to construct a content in which it seeks the specific deepening of the glass in a structural dimension, something little used in the Brazilian civil construction, giving possibilities for the development of new researches where they can heat a sector in our current market. In this way the information contained in this work will be largely focused on the design of glass facades being these structural and with the help of glass pillars, this forming the structural basis of all the elements that connect the glazed facade. Not only will the technical aspect of the respective theme be highlighted, the research will also highlight a set of information that provides enlightening data on normative principles and on any market that encompasses the glass field, thus creating a greater set of information to compose a theoretical enrichment of what is addressed within the delimitations imposed on the work. In addition, it will become indispensable to highlight the characteristics of the material in a study where a clarification will be provided in the historical development, reaching its main properties that give it its advantages of employment in the construction sector. Due to the Brazilian standards still do not approach in an objective way in relation to this type of application, it was necessary to resort to the international norms to obtain more information for the elaboration of this type of project. In general, the theme stands out for the purpose of clarifying and providing information of a constructive technique that performs a good performance to what will be imposed as the consequent requests of efforts that will be submitted and also demonstrate that the glass can be used for purposes as long as care is taken in the process of project design and execution. Obtaining these concepts is expected a possible increase of this area of study for our market, this one that does not have many criteria for a good elaboration of a project, where much of it is oriented in foreign standards. It is concluded that at the end of each written body of the work with its delimitations proposed to the subject, we have the possibility to provide a content that generates the knowledge for the calculations and methods necessary for the proposal of the idealization of a structural façade based on glass, which obtained a theoretical enrichment where a degree of discernment regarding the definitions of the vitreous material was added.Monografia Acesso aberto Pavimento rígido como alternativa para pavimentação estudo de caso: Rua Padre Dionísio da Cunha Laudt - Tubarão/SC(2017) Gonzalez, CarolinaThe objective of this research is the elaboration of a technical and economical analysis of the substitution of the existing parallelepiped pavement for rigid pavement (pavement concrete of Portland cement), with the purpose of intervention in the urban road characterized by heavy traffic, to improve the conditions of the bearing surface. Emphasizing the concept of analysis of the cost of maintenance, comfort and safety of these pavements for a period of 20 years. In order to develop this study, a data collection was performed, including traffic counting and analysis of pathological manifestations in the Padre Dionísio da Cunha Laudt Street in the city of Tubarão/SC. Some geotechnical tests were analyzed to obtain soil characteristics of the region for the final phase of the research, the dimensioning of the rigid pavement by the PCA/66 method and the budget were carried out. As a conclusion of this research, from the technical and economic analyzes carried out, the results indicated that the alternative of replacing the existing pavement for rigid pavement, proved to be advantageous in terms of cost and benefit. This type of pavement distributes more uniformly the requesting tensions, transmitting smaller deformations to the lower layers of the pavement. Rigid pavement is the best alternative for situations where traffic is excessively high, such as bus corridors, and highways with high-traffic of heavy vehicles. The high initial cost of implementation would be offset by the maintenance practically null in the period of 20 years and by the comfort and safety generated to the users.Monografia Acesso aberto Unidade de pronto atendimento (UPA I): uma análise do custo orçado e executado da obra de construção civil, no município de Tubarão - SC(2017) Córdova, Patrícia PedrosoIn 2011, the bidding tender was launched in competition mode, with the lowest overall price referring to the construction of Upa 24 hs in Tubarão / SC, aiming to relieve the urgencies and emergencies of the Hospital Nossa Senhora da Conceição. For this to become reality we will know the processes that were carried out to make the unit ready for service, as well as the bidding, contract, budgets, planning. With the purpose of comparing the costs budgeted with those made, through documents obtained at the city hall. The bidding company was evaluated according to the terms of Law 8.666 / 93 to legitimately pursue the process. The budget method was adhered to the analytical or detailed to be less errors, and how the projects and budgets were made available prior to being followed in the proposed budgets of the bidders. Demonstrating the characterization of the work, which will be a building with 6 observation beds and will focus on the emergency services of the population. Finally, it was verified that in the middle of the construction, there was the addition of the contract of licitation, since it was not foreseen that the extreme constructions could suffer earthquakes, with the foundation predicted in the budget of spiked prewrapped stake, being thus legally evaluated and authorized for the substitution in propeller-type continuous cutting so that there is no aggravation of cracks that already existed in the buildings. When evaluating the cost variations, the measurements made by the inspection were analyzed, reaching the result of 4.39% of expenses not foreseen to the budget. Evidenciating that the budget is of great importance for the accomplishment of a work to arrive at the objective.Estudo de Caso Acesso embargado Pegada hídrica: estudo de caso sobre telhas cerâmicas(2017) Ribeiro, Ricardo Sypriano; Silvestri, EdvaldoIn observing the global panorama where water, a valuable asset, becoming increasingly scarce, it is necessary to improve the management of water resources in all human activities in order to make their use more sustainable. Water is one of the most important products in the construction sector and the Water Footprint, which measures the appropriation by mankind of water resources related to freshwater, should be considered in a relevant way. In this sense, this study aims to approach on the Water Footprint in the manufacture of ceramic tiles, especially the Portuguese ceramic tile, demonstrating its production processes and exemplifying those in which there is water consumption. It was possible to demonstrate from the calculations that the Water Footprint for the production of a specified ton of tiles was 0.381 m³ / ton and that the Water Footprint of a ceramic tile was 0.91 liters / tile, and the greatest contribution to achieving these values was generated by the Blue component of the Water Footprint.Monografia Acesso aberto Revestimento de argamassa convencional e de gesso reciclado projetado: um estudo comparativa(2017) Fernandes, João Clever Vieira; Beltrame, Luizi FerreiraThe present theses intend is to analyze the viability of the replacement of conventional mortar coating by projected recycled plaster. The construction sector is constantly perfecting and creating new methods and procedures in the execution of works in order to improve the performance and materials used, especially in environmentally responsible ways. The most commonly used internal coating system is that of conventional mortar, however gypsum has been conquering its space in the construction due to its peculiar characteristics and similarities to cement as a binder. In view of this, a comparative study was carried out in the south of Santa Catarina, where aspects of productivity, quality, time and costs were considered. The monograph was descriptive, with data collection through primary and secondary sources, and the results, analyzed qualitatively based on a bibliographical and quantitative to compare the productivity and cost of both systems. Lastly, the results obtained were: in terms of costs the projected plaster stood out being a cheaper option; in terms of productivity, plaster also became a more effective solution; however, by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages, the conventional coating system stands out due to the culture of the region. Nevertheless, it is concluded that the projected plaster has more benefits than the conventional method.Artigo Científico Acesso embargado Proposta de um método de dosagem racional para argamassa colante(2017) Pereira, Beatriz AnselmoThis study was performed with the aim to propose a dosage method for adhesive mortars, once we noticed out the lack of studies in this area, and the main pathological problem in this type of coating is due to the mortar. Thereunto, an orthogonal arrangement type L9 (3³) was carried out using the Taguchi’s statistical method, where the parameters water cement factor, cellulose ether (HEMC) percentage and redispersible powder (EVA) percentage were considered in three different level for each one. This orthogonal arrangement enables to establish 9 mortar dosages, reducing the number of tests when compared to a traditional experimental Project. These mortars were submitted to open time tests 15 and 20 minutes (NBR 14081-3), normal cure adherence, submerged and inside drying kiln – as established by the NBR 14081-4, determination to sliding (NBR 14081-5), water retention – according to NBR 13277 – and initial adhesion, this last one a non-standardized method. The results obtained were statistically treated using the Taguchi’s method sequence, in order to develop the dosage diagram, this one the final result. Further the exposed the method adopted enables to evaluate the influence in each level for each parameter adopted in the characteristics presented by the mortar after the tests perform. In this study, we could conclude the relation water/cement was the parameter with higher influence on the results obtained. The dosage diagram confectioned enables to choose the best combination of factor levels in order to obtain o product with the expected characteristics. Emphasis was placed on the importance of using appropriate methods and techniques during the project's inception phase and implementation, as a way to prevent pathologies' onset, or to delay them in case of manifestations of natural occurrence. In order to deepen and apply the knowledge acquired during the bibliographic research, two case studies were made with a structural recovery specialized professional. The analyzed structures are located in Santa Catarina, in the microregion of Tubarão, and already had advanced stage pathologies. As part of the case study, first, the visual pathologies in the structural elements were listed, then a problem's cause identification analysis was made, and, ultimately, a solution was proposed and, in one case, the structural recovery was implemented. Finally, as a result of this work, an organization chart was generated by the authors with the intention of indicating easily understandable good practices that, if adopted, reduce the risk of human failures during the project's early stages and execution, consequently reducing the reinforced concrete structures' risk of developing pathologies.Monografia Acesso fechado Edifica + Verde: selo ambiental para edifícios residenciais - uma proposta para certificação(2017) Silva, Sheila Mendes; Guerino, Igor ÁvilaThe environmental impact of construction activity has gained increasing importance in recent years, with this it is necessary to develop new technologies and constructive processes that aim at the economic, social and environmental sustainability. Brazil in sustainable construction is still undeveloped as it becomes necessary programs that encourage market especially in environmental certification for buildings. In this sense, the objective of this work is to propose a methodology for the elaboration of two environmental certification seals for residential works, one for the application during the construction phase of the building and the other for the use phase of the work by the client. The study is presented in two chapters, the first dealing with a bibliographical review on civil construction and environmental sustainability, and the second chapter addresses the methodology and proposal for the two seals to certify buildings. The seal proposed methodology for building certification has simple criteria and parameters and objectives for the development of projects and evaluation of the work. While the seal of certification of condominium is a seal that proposes nothing more than an action among residents of the building, making sustainability as a reference within the condominium which contains criteria for the condominium to follow and ensure certification.Monografia Acesso aberto Elaboração de check list para implantação de obras residenciais multifamiliares localizadas em municípios da zona costeira de Santa Catarina, em nível de engenharia legal(2017) Mendonça, Fillipe da Silva; Cardozo, Jadson RicardoThe evolution of a city can bring huge environmental impacts if it doesn’t come from a good urban-plan, making it necessary the creation of laws and norms that guarantee collective wellbeing, among other citizen’s rights. Said well-being is directly connected to the environment in which we live and our permanent edifications, our residences. Therefore, the Union seeks an agreement with the states and cities in which activities that cause local environmental impact, as multi-family residential, may be licensed and inspected accordingly by municipal and/or, most of the time, state agencies, providing by laws, decrees and rules the definition and role of each of the public institutions in the process of implantation. Starting from a bibliographical research, it has been sought with the development of this work, the creation of a technical instrument capable of illustrating the implantation process of a multi-family residential located in cities of the coastal zone of the state of Santa Catarina, demonstrating which agencies must be consulted and which document or documents are needed to do the implantation, based on the main laws and rules in force. Civil engineer being a fundamental key in cities’ development, it must be attentive and ready to act always within legality, respecting the environment and the human being as a whole.Monografia Acesso embargado Materiais e técnicas construtivas e edifícios históricos: um estudo de caso(2017) Prestes, Kamila FernandesThe theme of this work deals with the study of historical building materials and techniques. This research had as objective to study the techniques and materials of construction used in the colonial period in Laguna / SC. In order to attend this objective, a literature review was carried out on the theme, which included the evolution of building materials throughout history, the techniques and construction materials of this colonial period, and how the buildings in Brazil and Laguna were at that time. As a second part of the study, a case study was carried out, where a colonial period building in Laguna was selected as the object of the study. As data collection instruments were used site visits, photographic survey of the chosen building, as well as surveys and information contained in documents obtained with IPHAN. From the analysis of the data obtained, it can be concluded that the techniques found in the building were stone masonry and stick-a-pike, and the main materials were stone, wood, clay and glass.Estudo de Caso Acesso fechado Estudo de caso referente à execução dos serviços de pavimento rígido no acesso norte no município de Imbituba/SC(2017) Souza, Diego GabrielAfter the enlargment of the depth to dock on Imbituba’s harbor, the port handling increased considerably, together with the municipal traffic flow. The pavement implanted on the Marieta Konder Bornhauser Avenue colapsed, making it nearly umpossible to traffic on those tracks. Because it is a very important route on the economic point of view, it was opted to apply an inflexible pavement, since this is one pavement with greater durability and lower incidence of maintenance. This assignment has the assignment to analyse, in a conceitual way and taking base on pavement guides, books and articles elaborated by proffesionals that compose the technical team from DNIT (Nacional Infrastructure and Transport Department). It studies if the proposed model will comply with the demands for the road, as well as if the execution of the labor will be the way it’s recomended by the normatives and guides to be, and also if the traffic scenario proposed in project will fulfill the requested one.Monografia Acesso aberto Estudo da eficiência energética no centro de educação infantil cantinho dos anjos em Capivari de Baixo - SC(2017) Luz, Ana Paula Willemann da; Martins, Denise CórdovaThe present work is a case of study that has as priority to evaluate the conditions for the classification of the level of energy efficiency in a school unit, located in the city of Capivari de Baixo, Santa Catarina, Brazil. For this analysis, were used the parameters of the internationally recognized LEED environmental certification and the Technical Regulation of the Energy Efficiency Quality of Commercial, Services and Public Buildings (RTQ-C), prepared by PROCEL - National Program of Conservation of Electric Energy. The LEED for Schools Checklist and an on-line simulation, the Webprescriptive, were used as evaluation methods to verify the possible labeling of the construction under study. In this way, considering all the sample object of the research, it is concluded that, in carrying out a construction, it is essential that sustainability is linked to the project in the initial phase, so that there are no disruptions and expenses with remodeling. It should be noted that, as in the case of the kindergarten under study, the work is already completed, it is possible to apply some proposed items in the regulations, making the building have a better energy performance.Monografia Acesso embargado Resíduos sólidos na construção civil: pesquisa de campo relacionado à Resolução 307 do CONAMA no município de Tubarão(2017) Scarpato, Ismael de Prá; Piucco, Yago BarcelosThe civil construction sector undergoes transformations in its entire scenario, both productive and economical. The growing concern with the environment put bigger challenges for construction companies. Since it is one of the sectors that uses the most natural resources and also one of the largest generators of waste, the destination of these wastes is frequently inadequate, contributing to the environmental impacts.
