Artigo Científico Acesso embargado Possibilidades pedagógicas do ensino da capoeira na escola(2020) Silva, André Luiz SalvalaggioThe current bibliographic review starts to outline the purpose of the pedagogical possibilities of teaching Capoeira at school. This text enters through the diverse approaches that capoeira allows, it can be expressed in the form of a game, fight and dance, of great corporal expression, which also helps in the development. This research will present the conditions for exposing the legal, scientific and artisanal bases of capoeira teaching in a format of theoretical fomentations, as well as the importance of confronting violence through this practice consistent with well-being at school and in society in general. The studies of this research project are focused on the pedagogical possibilities of teaching capoeira at school, having as a specific object, the relationship between teaching capoeira at school and the basic curriculum of early childhood education and elementary education in the territory of Santa Catarina. It is intended to question whether there is, in fact, this coherence between the teaching of capoeira at school and the basic curriculum of early childhood education and basic education in the territory of Santa Catarina. Taking into account the “Basic Curriculum of Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education in the Territory of Santa Catarina, capoeira is addressed in elementary education, in the thematic unit“ Lutas ”. In the initial years, 3rd to 5th year, it is in the thematic unit: struggles and the object of knowledge: mixed distance struggles. In the final years, 6th and 7th years, it is in the thematic unit: fights and in the object of knowledge: medium distance fights. Therefore, we can affirm that there is coherence between the teaching of capoeira at school and the basic curriculum of early childhood education and primary education in the territory of Santa Catarina, in addition to the possibility of using capoeira to build diversification of interdisciplinary study.
