Monografia Acesso aberto Segurança da aviação no aeroclube de Santa Catarina: uma mudança na abordagem operacional(2020) Picolli, Leandro FellerThe research is on the matter of operational security in aviation instruction, a gateway to those who intend to pursue a career as a pilot. It's evident that this is a high risk profession, where a instructor puts himself to teach someone else to fly an aircraft. So, this research has been aimed to understand how the occurrence checked in the year 2012 at Aeroclube de Santa Catarina, produced reflexes in practical flight training. By approaching the development of the air activity in the institution since its creation, it was known the current scenario and how the institution has performed after the report that year, so that potential dangers that could be sanctioned and amplified the safety standards of security, during the instruction traninig. Bibliographic research is based on monographs, manuals, scientific articles and books, with the purpose of understanding how operating factors – aspects involving man in the exercise of the activity – contributed to accidents. Documental data sources and questionnaire applied to instructors subsidized data collection regarding instructions environment and experienced, occurrences to best clarify the evolution of practices and modification of patterns in the current setting, based on organizational structure. After analysis of the data and with the grant of the graphs collected in the annual operational security report available by ANAC, it was concluded that the main taxpayer agent for the accident in the air club, was the operating factor. Such conclusion was based on the observation of institution and evolution of instruction operations after the accident in 2012, which modified the behavior of the board and instructors for a new line of action, based on measures focused on operational safety.
