Relatório de estágio Acesso aberto Modelagem de negócio de canvas aplicada a uma academia de esportes(2019) Silva, Pamela Stefani do NascimentoThe present work aims to create a sports academy, using Canvas Business Modeling, in Palhoça / SC. Theoretically, topics such as administration, entrepreneurship, business plan and Canvas Business Modeling were discussed. Methodologically, the study is classified as applied, qualitative and quantitative, exploratory and descriptive research. It was used to collect data from bibliographic research, documentary research, questionnaires with potential clients and competitors, focusing on qualitative analysis. The study enabled the realization of the strategic diagnosis to describe the products and services that will be made available to customers. The results demonstrate that well-being, fitness, safety, location, comfort and accessibility are the main reasons why people go to a sports gym. The result of the research applied to potential competitors demonstrated the need for a differential academy, especially one that provides accessibility to all social classes. Strategic diagnostics used tools to better define business, such as the SWOT matrix, with emphasis on SWOT Crusade, identifying the biggest threat to the academy as competitors, and the main strength being the wide variety of equipment and the Product Mix. and Services defined for the business. The main business opportunity is the strategic location where the academy will be installed, as it is a place of great flow of people and easily accessible; also, the ability to fully meet the needs of all social classes. The canvas modeling framework for the academy has as its main results the identification of the value propositions for the enterprise, which will be: quality of life, health restoration, innovation, well-being and cost benefit.
