Relatório de Estágio Acesso fechado Planejamento estratégico para a empresa Mayara Lopes Studio de beleza(2020) Martins, Camila Angelo BerkenbrockThe theme of the present study is strategic management, which is defined as a continuous process, starting outside the organization and unfolding within it. Strategic management makes it possible to identify the macro and microenvironment in which the organization is inserted and to identify its strengths and weaknesses based on an analysis of the internal environment. Knowing the importance of strategic planning for any type of organization, the purpose of this study is to prepare the strategic planning for the company Mayara Lopes Studio de Beleza, located in the municipality of Palhoça / SC, through an applied, descriptive and qualitative research. Through this case study, data were collected using an interview with the manager. The study provided, based on the carried out analyzes, the definition of the mission, the vision and the values, in addition to the environmental reality of the company, through the analysis of the SWOT matrix (Main strength: Loyal clientele list; Main weakness: It has only one professional for all the services; Main opportunity: Customer search for services other than those it already offers; Main threat: Market with many competitors.) and Porter's Five Competitive Forces, which identified an average intensity of rivalry in the segment. And, finally, an action plan based on the elaboration of a set of strategies through the 5W2W tool, being them the training in hair dyeing, specialization in the treatment of curly and curly hair, inclusion of new employees, improvement of digital marketing and increase the Studio visibility.
