Despite its excellent theoretical approach, it is in real life that all ordinary people delight in their uniqueness. Mathematics also provides relevant support to Pension Funds - in the management of assets and liabilities, in the projection of incomes, in the optimisation of investment returns and on the mitigation of risks, among others. Preserving a sustainable environment, where the supply of resources is equally possible for living beings of the present and the next generations, constitutes one of the primary focus of a Pension Funds organisation. In this direction, its board concluded that efficiency in electricity and water consumption would prove beneficial to all stakeholders. Either in satisfying the institutional mission, improving socio-environmental sustainability and increasing financial return. Such that, the participant's mathematical programmed savings would progress. Then, raising data, defining metrics, assessing performance and comparing them to benchmarking should enhance management performance and correct deviations, as well. This is the essence of this work. Establish a mathematical model for future assessments of water and electricity consumption of commercial real estate buildings which are part of the Pension Fund's portfolio of assets and thus contribute to better efficiency levels that prove compatible with the socio-environmental responsibility policy defended by the organisation. Demonstrating, therefore, that mathematics has powerful tools to support the management processes of institutions.
