Artigo Científico Acesso embargado Os benefícios da aplicação da luz intensa pulsada como tratamento do melasma: uma revisão de literatura(2018) Moura, AmandaThe present bibliographic research aimed to provide an overview of the benefits of the application of intense pulsed light as a treatment of melasma. In order to reach this objective, the methodology used was an integrative review, selecting scientific articles published between 2007 and 2017, in Portuguese, with the key words Intense Pulsed Light, Benefits and Melasma, which portrayed the proposed, published and indexed themes in the Bireme and Scielo databases. It was concluded that melasma, characterized by the appearance of dark spots on the skin, can be prevented with regular use of sunscreen. However, in cases where treatment is required, high intensity pulsed light has the benefit of assisting in whitening the pigment itself through intense heat, leaving the skin unblemished and with natural shine.Artigo Científico Acesso aberto Benefícios da argila em procedimentos estéticos(2018) Guisoni, Taise Della GiustinaThe study aims to analyze the benefits of clay in aesthetic procedures.
