PRP is an autologous preparation, that is, performed with the patient's own blood, so the chance of adverse effects is minimal. This treatment has been used as a way to accelerate the processes of wound healing, tissue regeneration and skin rejuvenation. Conclusion: Plaque Rich Plasma is a product with the ability to stimulate skin regeneration, wound healing, repair and bone formation, also showing its high potential in aesthetic treatments for skin rejuvenation.Artigo Científico Acesso aberto Cuidados e tratamentos estéticos realizados por mulheres antes e após realização de cirurgia plástica na região abdominal(2019) Pacheco, Patrícia PiovezanAbstract: The incessant search for a well-formed body contour has increased the number of plastic surgeries performed for corrections in a fast and effective way, especially in the abdominal region. When the question was about the existence of concern about signs and spots regarding the risk of skin cancer, 43% of urban volunteers said yes, while in rural areas this figure was 32%. The occurrence of skin cancer was 3 cases for the rural environment and 1 case for urban environment, and in 4 cases the volunteers are over 56 years old. In this way this study concluded that the knowledge and the use of solar protection in the rural environment is smaller in relation to the urban environment. Therefore, educational measures and awareness strategies are necessary in order to avoid injuries and skin cancer. Artigo Científico Acesso aberto Ferramentas da cosmetologia e da estética para o tratamento do fibro edema gelóide: revisão atual da literatura(2019) Santos, Fernanda dosThe Fibro Edema Geloid (FEG), known as cellulitis, is a multifactorial disease that affects the dermis and subcutaneous tissue causing changes in the appearance and architecture of the skin, which may affect self-esteem.
