Monografia Acesso fechado A (des)criminalização do aborto: uma análise sobre os direitos do nascituro contraposto com as consequências que a restrição legal causa à vida e à saúde da mulher(2017) Gonçalves, Anderson da SilvaThe present monograph will treat about abortion, bringing an analysis about the perspective of the point of view of the maintenance of the criminal type with emphasis in the rights of the unborn child, opposed to the possibility of the descriminalization the light of woman`s rights. The methodology used was the bibliographical and documentary research. The main question of the work is, if the abortion refers to a conduit that it must keep criminalized with base in the right to life, or, it must be discriminated against, analyzing the consequences that a restriction brings to life and health of woman. The objective is to analyze the two perspectives, bringing arguments of both views, for better reflection about the subject. We understand through this work, the evident occurrence of abortion on a daily basis, and that women pass for various problems when it comes to this situation, both physical and psychological, causing them devastating consequences. However, it`s done necessary analyze the two lives, both the woman´s and the fetus´s, being treated so as subject of remote consensus, evidencing the big difficulty to arrive to a common point. In this sense, it will be up to the state realize a depth study about all questions involved in the theme, with the objective to search a better solution, however extremely important.Monografia Acesso embargado Legalização do aborto: argumentos a favor e contra(2019) Bonfanti, Thaize BentoThis paper aims to expose the arguments for and against the legalization of abortion, starting from the premise of when life begins, for this ground is much discussed by those who are against. Thus, the theories of the beginning of life were approached, showing which currents are defended by those that are "pro-life" or "pro-choice". The paper presents the arguments used by the church, which stands as the greatest defender of the right to life and, therefore, contrary to the legalization of abortion, and the arguments used by the church, which stands as the greatest defender of the right of women to decide about the body itself. The work also brought the social, medical and legal views on the subject, analyzing the positions regarding this issue that has generated controversy in our society. As methodology, the bibliographic and documentary research was used.
