Resumo
Como Objetivo Geral o presente trabalho busca identificar os desafios presentes na instrução aérea, seus impactos sobre a segurança operacional e possíveis medidas de mitigação. A metodologia presente carrega teor descritivo com procedimentos documental e bibliográfico, com abordagem tanto quantitativa como qualitativa. Existem diversas barreiras para a boa execução da instrução, sejam elas físicas ou pessoais, dessa maneira pode ocorrer um decréscimo na qualidade dos futuros pilotos, assim como sérios impactos no âmbito da segurança Operacional. Mediante isso o presente trabalho tem como foco ressaltar o papel do instrutor, debater sobre quais os principais obstáculos para um voo seguro e eficiente e oferecer possíveis medidas corretivas e mitigadoras das mazelas identificadas, principalmente sobre aquelas do cenário humano e suas barreiras intangíveis através de conceitos de áreas do conhecimento como a psicologia. Como principais resultados da pesquisa, afirma-se que a instrução é vítima de diversas barreiras as quais comprometem a qualidade e principalmente a segurança de voo e como solução existem técnicas baseadas em psicologia e pedagogia que são capazes de mitigar tais problemáticas.
As General Objective, this work seeks to identify the challenges present in air training, their impacts on operational safety and possible mitigation measures. The present methodology carries descriptive content with documentary and bibliographic procedures, with both a quantitative and qualitative approach. There are several barriers to the good execution of the instruction, whether physical or personal, in this way, there can be a decrease in the quality of future pilots, as well as serious impacts in the scope of Operational safety. Through this, the present work focuses on highlighting the role of the instructor, debating the main obstacles for a safe and efficient flight and offering possible corrective and mitigating measures for identified ailments, especially those in the human scenario and its intangible barriers through concepts areas of knowledge such as psychology. As the main results of the research, it is stated that the instruction is victim of several barriers which compromise the quality and mainly the flight safety and as a solution there are techniques based on psychology and pedagogy that are capable of mitigating such problems.
