Resumo
O presente trabalho apresenta uma colocação acerca do papel do serviço social no combate à violência doméstica. Estudar o papel do serviço social no combate à violência doméstica no âmbito da política é uma das maneiras de identificar e analisar os impactos dessa problemática para o município de Limoeiro do Norte, Ceará. Dessa forma, a finalidade dessa pesquisa é analisar o papel do serviço social no enfrentamento da violência doméstica contra a mulher na política da Assistência Social em Limoeiro do Norte/CE. Diante disso, os objetivos específicos são compreender como o Serviço Social atua em relação ao enfrentamento à violência doméstica contra a mulher; verificar os limites e possibilidades de enfrentamento à violência doméstica contra a mulher; Identificar como ocorre o trabalho em rede no combate à violência doméstica contra a mulher. Ressaltasse que como percurso metodológico, optou-se por uma pesquisa descritiva, bibliográfica, documental e de campo, com nuance qualitativa, em que foi aplicado uma entrevista com 3 (três) assistentes sociais que desenvolvem suas práticas profissionais na política da Assistência Social do município e no combate à violência contra à mulher. As análises das entrevistas se deram por meio da análise do discurso do sujeito pesquisado. E como resultado, foi possível constatar que o papel do serviço social no combate à violência doméstica no âmbito da política da assistência social no município de Limoeiro do Norte/CE se dá na atuação de forma preventiva através de ações socioeducativas, esse profissional também atua com o atendimento direto a mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica, onde é realizado um acolhimento e escuta qualificada, identificando as particularidades, visualizando os fatores de vulnerabilidades, dificuldades e tipos de violência, sempre acompanhando as vítimas e orientando para os possíveis encaminhamentos, atuando juntamente com equipes multidisciplinares, realizando uma articulação intersetorial e, assim, assegurando que a vítima tenha seus direitos garantidos e rompendo esse ciclo de violência.
The present work presents a statement about the role of social work in the fight against domestic violence. Studying the role of social services in combating domestic violence within the scope of politics is one of the ways to identify and analyze the impacts of this problem for the municipality of Limoeiro do Norte, Ceará. Thus, the purpose of this research is to analyze the role of social services in dealing with domestic violence against women in the Social Assistance policy in Limoeiro do Norte/CE. In view of this, the specific objectives are to understand how the Social Service acts in relation to combating domestic violence against women; to verify the limits and possibilities of confronting domestic violence against women; Identify how networking occurs while fighting domestic violence against women. It should be noted that as a methodological approach, a descriptive, bibliographic, documentary and field research was chosen, with a qualitative nuance, in whichan interview was applied with 3 (three) social workers who develop their professional practices in the Social Assistance policy of the municipality and in fighting violence against women. The analysis of the interviews took place through the analysis of the subject's speech researchead. And as a result, it was possible to verify that the role of the social service in fighting domestic violence in the scope of the social assistance policy in the municipality of Limoeiro do Norte/CE is acting in a preventive way through socio-educational actions, this professional also works with the direct care of women who are victim of domestic violence, where a reception and qualified listening is carried out, identifying the particularities, visualizing the vulnerability factors, difficulties and types of violence, always accompanying the victims and guiding them to possible referrals, working together with multidisciplinary teams, carrying out an intersectoral articulation and thus ensuring that the victim has their rights guaranteed and breaking this cycle of violence.
