Resumo
O presente trabalho tem por objetivo falar sobre a composição de orçamentação, as suas variáveis e condicionantes que envolveram a elaboração do custo estimado para construção de uma casa residencial unifamiliar na cidade de Cachoeirinha/RS, além de falar sobre os métodos empregados para controle e gestão de custos na construção civil. O correto estudo sobre as causas que geram distorções, sendo elas, positivas ou/e negativas, resulta em melhoria contínua para a empresa que executa suas construções, pois desta forma é possível analisar as diferenças ocorridas entre os custos orçados e os custos realizados, permitindo um estudo aprofundado e assertivo, sobre as razões que geram estas distorções. Desta forma o histórico gerado pelo comparativo de custos, entre o orçado e o realizado deste trabalho, proporcionou para a construtora uma análise das principais diferenças positivas nos itens de as esquadrias em pvc, grama e jardim, granito da escada e areia, brita e saibro, no valor de R$11.425,00 e para as distorções negativas nos itens de blocos estruturais, vigas de baldrame, ferragens, cimento cola e rejunte, que totalizaram o valor de R$ 2.060,00.
The present work aims to talk about the composition of budgeting, its variables and conditions that involved the elaboration of the estimated cost for the construction of a singlefamily residential house in the city of Cachoeirinha / RS, in addition to talking about the methods used for control and management. costs in construction. The correct study of the causes that generate distortions, being them positive or/and negative, results in continuous improvement for the company that executes its constructions, because in this way it is possible to analyze the differences between the budgeted costs and the realized costs, allowing an in-depth and assertive study on the reasons that generate these distortions. In this way, the history generated by the comparison of costs, between the budgeted and the realized of this work, provided for the construction company an analysis of the main positive differences in the items of the Frames in PVC, grass and garden, granite of the stairs and sand, gravel and gravel , in the amount of R$11,425.00 and for the negative distortions in the items of structural blocks, baldrame beams, hardware, glue cement and grout, which totaled the amount of R$2,060.00.
