Resumo
O blecaute elétrico mais importante da história florianopolitana, o Apagão, repercutiu também no fornecimento de água à grande parte dos bairros insulares. O acontecimento social foi um marco midiático à história catarinense pela intensa cobertura jornalística das emissoras radiofônicas CBN Diário e Guararema, ambas de amplitude modulada - AM. O acontecimento social discursiviza-se quando as emissoras passam a fazer a cobertura praticamente ininterrupta por cinquenta e cinco horas. A situação também foi de apagão midiático porque somente as duas emissoras mantiveram-se no ar. Com base nos estudos pecheutianos da análise do discurso, no entremeio com o Jornalismo, buscamos nesta tese compreender como os sentidos movimentaram-se durante o Apagão florianopolitano. A partir da escuta discursiva da cobertura jornalística do evento, nosso recorte pauta-se na relações de interlocução e autoria como forma de procurar entender o funcionamento discursivo do rádio informativo. Para tal, mobilizamos os conceitos de memória, reversibilidade, interação e interlocução, em confronto com os acontecimentos jornalístico, discursivo e enunciativo. O movimento teórico-analítico propicia algo novo, pois o evento Apagão resulta em acontecimentos discursivos e enunciativos, mas que se mantém em latência na interdiscursividade até estabelecer uma nova discursividade na década posterior à cobertura jornalística da pane elétrica ilhoa
The most important electric blackout in the history of Florianópolis, the Apagão, also affected the normal water supply in many insular neighborhoods. The social event was a media framework to the Catarinense history by the intense journalistic covering of the following AM radio stations: CBN and Guararema. There was a discursive social occurrence when radio stations started covering the issue for 55 hours in a row. There was also a media blackout because only two radio stations were working live. Based on Pêcheux studies of discourse analysis in the journalistic environment, the present thesis aims at understanding how senses behave during the blackout. Starting from the discursive hearing of the media, the research is related to interlocution relations and informative radio authorship as a way to understand how they work. Thus, it is necessary to use the concepts of memory, reversibility, interaction and interlocution in opposition to enunciative, discursive and journalistic facts. The analyticaltheoretical movement offers something new since the event Apagão results in discursive and enunciative occurrences. However, they are latent in the interdiscursivity until establishing a new discursivity one decade after the journalistic coverage on the island's blackout
