The arrival of Revolution 4.0 characterizes the exponential technological evolution. Even if technology is initially intended to assist in human labour tasks, the results often turn out to be worrying, putting occupations at risk and, consequently, the protection of workers, forcing them to fit into questionable working conditions. Labour law therefore has the capacity to promote such protection, covering those who are within the limits of rights in the exercise of their functions, but this is not what is observed in reality. As the advancement of technology, which is hope for some, becomes nightmares for others, let sub-employment, for example, move forward together. There is also a new phenomenon, the “uberization”, characterized by the individualization and “invisibilization” of professionals, distancing them from legislation and exploiting them, with the sole aim of generating capital. There is thus the need to strengthen human qualities, the recognition of the employment link and, moreover, the re-adaptation of professionals affected by Revolution 4.0 (those of low income, schooling and who perform mainly manual functions).
