corporal.
The aim of this study is understanding the effects that sleeping and eating schedules have on obesity in adults. To this end, an integrative review was carried out, selecting studies with the chosen descriptors. A total of 5 were selected, meeting the criteria of population, date of publication and methodology. From the analysis of the results, a greater tendency towards weight gain with late meals and sleep was noticed. From the comparison of the results obtained with articles with a similar focus, it was noted that the influence of late meals on weight, compared to daytime meals, is more likely to increase body mass and decrease Estimated Energy Requirement in people with obesity. Larger studies are required analyzing the long-term impact of sleep and dinner times on body weight, in order to design nutritional interventions
