dc.description.abstract	OBJECTIVE: To verify the figure of the Friend of Criminal Law in the specific case of Paulo Salim Maluf and in other cases of similar impunity. RESULTS: it was possible to find and point out the Friends of Criminal Law within the political sphere, although the author of this research does not rule out that there are also, as entrepreneurs of high social level and high purchasing power, who can also configure in this same species. METHOD: As for the level, it is an exploratory research, with a qualitative approach and, as a data collection method, is documentary and bibliographic. CONCLUSION: indeed, economic power combined with social power, in the course of the activity, is essential for the characterization of the Friend of Criminal Law. By analyzing the specific cases, it was found that by the economic power of these individuals, there is a facility to appeal to the last degree of jurisdiction, consequently delaying the process of penalization, which may lead to the prescription of the action, and ultimately generating the impunity of the agent.	en
dc.description.abstract	OBJETIVO: verificar a figura do Amigo do Direito Penal no caso concreto de Paulo Salim Maluf e em outros casos de semelhante impunidade. RESULTADOS: foi possível encontrar e apontar os Amigos do Direito Penal dentro do âmbito político, apesar de que o autor da presente pesquisa não descarta que fora deste também há, como empresários de alto nível social e de grande poder aquisitivo, que também podem configurar nesta mesma espécie. MÉTODO: quanto ao nível, é uma pesquisa exploratória, de abordagem qualitativa e o método da abordagem é indutivo, como método de coleta de dados, é documental e bibliográfico. CONCLUSÃO: realmente, o poder econômico aliado ao poder social, no curso da atividade, é imprescindível para a caracterização do Amigo do Direito Penal. Ao analisar os casos concretos, pôde-se constatar que pelo poder econômico destes indivíduos, há uma facilidade para recorrer até o último grau de jurisdição, consequentemente retardando o processo de penalização, podendo levar à prescrição da ação, e, por fim, gerando a impunidade do agente.	pt_BR
