dc.description.abstractA reflexão proposta por esta pesquisa pretende analisar os impactos jurídicos decorrentes do surgimento e da utilização da inteligência artificial no dia a dia dos seres humanos, com enfoque principal voltado a entender questões jurídicas relacionadas ao tema da responsabilidade civil. Deste modo, o estudo traz a discussão de qual seria a cadeia de responsabilidade em casos de eventuais danos causados por uma inteligência artificial. Para discutir acerca do assunto, tem-se por base a legislação brasileira atual, em especial o projeto de lei em andamento no Senado Federal n° 2338 de 2023 e subsidiariamente o entendimento do direito comparado europeu.pt
dc.description.abstractThe reflection proposed by this research intends to analyze the legal impacts resulting from the emergence and use of artificial intelligence in the daily lives of human beings, with a main focus on understanding legal issues related to civil responsibility. Therefore, the study brings a discussion which would be the chain of responsibility in cases of possible damages caused by a artificial intelligence. To discuss the subject, the research relies on the current Brazilian legislation, especially the ongoing Federal Senate n° 2338 of 2023, and, subsidiarily, the understanding of European comparative law the understanding of Brazilian law compared to European.pt
