Relatório de Estágio Acesso aberto Análise de Clima Organizacional na Divisão de Desenvolvimento de Pessoas localizada no Tribunal de Justiça de Santa Catarina(2020) Peynaud, Maria Eduarda AlvesThe organizational climate is the psychological atmosphere contained within the organization at a given moment, as it has a transitory character. It cannot be seen or touched, but it is perceived by the people who experience it. The work aimed to apply a climate survey at the public institution known as the Court of Justice of Santa Catarina, more specifically in the Division of People Development, sector contained in the Court's organization chart, to assess the factors where there is satisfaction/dissatisfaction of the employees. The methodology used to develop this study, is characterized as to the type of research as qualitative and quantitative, as to the objectives as descriptive and exploratory and as to the strategy as survey and bibliographic research. To perform the data collection, the questionnaire was chosen as an instrument, one of the most used techniques for climate research. The questionnaire was elaborated through a refinement made by the author in the dimensions already proposed by Luz (2014), which resulted in seven different dimensions. As for the data collected, the work was based on data considered primary and secondary and in the analysis and data collection, statistical and content analyzes were used. As a result, it was possible to observe that the organizational climate prevalent in the division was characterized as favorable. However, some points deserve attention, for example, physical and technological working conditions, the opportunity for professional growth, autonomy, the relationship between the division's employees and the volume of work.Relatório de Estágio Acesso aberto Plano de negócio: viabilidade de implantação da rede social "academic pitch"(2020) Schmitz, Hudson ContiThe main objective of this report is to analyze the feasibility of implementing the Academic Pitch social network. It is an application and a social network that aim to solve doubts about technical terms of all areas of higher education, such as, for example, what it means “downsizing” in the administration area. The social network works in a "pitch" format, where teachers will record short videos, from 1 to 3 minutes, to explain a term and students can evaluate the video by recommending or negating / refuting. After a video is published, it can be viewed anywhere, regardless of the student's age or place of origin. In addition, the social network aims to publicize the work of teachers, helping them to publicize their websites, books and publicize their potential in teaching to hire other educational institutions. The work is exploratory, bibliographic and uses secondary data, in addition to a questionnaire applied to the target audience. In this business plan, the macro and micro environment will be analyzed, using the SWOT and 5W2H tools. By analyzing the results of the questionnaire, it was possible to identify the interest of students and teachers in the use of this social network and to establish the feasibility of implementation.
