Artigo Científico Acesso fechado Pesquisa de clima organizacional: uma análise de sua importância(2019) Domingues, Dery LuanThe objective of this article was to perform an analysis of the importance of the research of the organizational climate of a company, as well as the impacts of this research on the organizational reality. The methodology used was the integrative review of literature, based on the consultation of materials already published and available and databases and diverse data. Organizational climate research suggests a strong influence on the level of commitment of the worker to the company. The results of the study have some practical implications, which can be used by HR managers and managers to build a positive or congenial development environment that promotes high employee commitment to improve individual and organizational performance and productivity. In the highly competitive business environment of the 21st century, human resource is the key to sustainable competitive advantage, the satisfaction of working in a company, of integrating with it's satisfaction of being a part of a corporation is crucial to motivation and for the promotion of the quality of life of the individual, a condition that exceeds the professional sphere, for this, crucial is the offer of a counterpart by the company, such as employee appreciation, space for participation, optimized salaries, benefits, security, factors that contribute to the promotion of an effective and productive organizational climate.
