Monografia Acesso embargado Prototipação de aplicativo para comunicação entre médicos e pacientes para a clínica Pró Cuore(2019) Benitez, Liz Michely SilvaWhen the patient goes to the doctor for answers about their illness and treatment, and all the emotional burden, they need to deal with a wealth of information about their health problem, what they can and cannot do, among other things. This generates many doubts, especially outside the consultation, sometimes fear or insecurity. But doctors need to take care of many patients at the same time, repeat the same guidelines over and over, always seeking the best for patients, but not having so much time to follow up with all cases with quality. This project's goal is bring empowerment to the patient and agility to the doctor, making their relationships closer, beyond the consultation. Used the Design Thinking methodology (model proposed by the Hasso-Plattner Design Institute in Stanford of five steps: empathise, definition, ideation, prototype and test), the UX Design approach and tools such as: Personas, Empathy Map, User Journey, Insights Cards, Requirements List, Mind Map, Brainstorming, Ideal User Journey, Blueprint, Content Inventory, Sitemap, User Flow, Sketch, Wireframes and Workflows, generating a prototype of a mobile application, where the patient can make their appointments, follow up their treatment, send their questions to chat at any time with your doctor, forward exam files, etc. - and where the doctor can manage their schedule, track each patient's steps, determine how many exams or returns will be needed, clear small questions and avoid having your patient travel long distances unnecessarily. It is a way to improve people's quality of life without losing the most important thing: their personal relationship.
