The relationship of people with their work environment has taken on new proportions covering physical, psychological, social, intellectual and professional issues. This study aims to analyze how the quality of life at work affects the satisfaction of employees in a technological company. The results demonstrate that the benefits of a good quality of life at work program are: the improvement of professional and family life; self-esteem rising; employees more satisfied and motivated; better environment within the organization. Thus, a quality of life at work program becomes an instrument for the company to face the challenges of competitiveness in the market in which it operates.Estudo de Caso Acesso aberto Principais mudanças ocorridas com a aplicação da técnica de feedback: um estudo de caso no meio empresarial(2018) Ortolan, Renata SacconWith the constant change and evolution of the organizational environment, it is imperative that companies invest time and resources in order to stand out from employees and customers. In this context, the present study deals with the technique called feedback, whose literary translation is "comments", that is, they are perceptions given to something accomplished, pointing out positive and negative points, in search of constant improvement. In the pages that follow, concepts and forms of employment will be presented, as well as difficulties and resistances found in the application of feedback, in order to know the changes perceived in the work, due to the use of the technique, by employees of a medium-sized company, through an applied questionnaire.
