Artigo Científico Acesso aberto Análise da satisfação de clientes de uma academia de musculação localizada na cidade de Capivari de Baixo (SC)(2021-11-23) Souza, Luiz Henrique de; Matos, Philipe GuedesAs academias acabam servem como uma boa opção para aqueles que desejam praticar atividade física e atingir seu objetivo, seja aspecto físico, qualidade de vida ou até mesmo performance. Elas acabam se tornando uma boa opção por questão de segurança, números de equipamentos, profissionais qualificados e estrutura. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar o nível de satisfação de clientes de uma academia de musculação localizada na cidade de Capivari de Baixo (SC). Trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo, onde teve uma amostra de 86 indivíduos com a idade média de 31,8 anos, sendo analisado a estrutura física e equipamentos, serviços, pessoal (funcionários), conforto e conveniência, preços e condutas de segurança contra o COVID-19. Os resultados mostraram que os clientes ficaram satisfeitos de modo geral, tendo como a menor média (3,99±0,85) a Estrutura física e equipamentos. Conclui-se que, de modo geral, os clientes estão satisfeitos com a academia.Artigo Científico Acesso aberto Avaliação dos conhecimentos a respeito de nutrição e exercício físico de praticantes de musculação(2019) Oliveira, Davi da Silva deThe aim of this study is to investigate the knowledge about nutrition and physical exercise of bodybuilders who go to a gym located in Gravatal/SC. This is a cross-sectional study, conducted with 43 bodybuilders of both sexes, aged 19 to 59 years. The research instrument was a questionnaire adapted based on the following authors: Pereira and Cabral (2007) and Diniz Junior et al. (2010). The collected data were transferred to IBM SPSS software and analyzed through descriptive statistics. The main objective of the practitioners was to increase muscle mass (53.4%), being the source of dietary guidance of 55.81% of them on their own. With regard to weight loss associated with physical activity, 62.7% stated that it is better to combine aerobic exercise with anaerobic exercise to lose weight, and in relation to the amount of sweat loss being directly linked to the amount of fat loss, 57,1% believe that both are unrelated. Regarding the distribution of macronutrients in a diet to gain muscle mass, 74.42% stated that the distribution of macronutrients in greater proportion is protein, carbohydrate and fat. The study showed that most practitioners of both sexes presented regular results regarding weight loss and muscle mass issues. It is noteworthy that most do diet guidance on their own, creating taboos, and, depending on how it is interpreted, can undermine your training goals and your health.Artigo Científico Acesso fechado Índice de lesão em praticantes de musculação da cidade de Tubarão/SC.(2020) Klein, Paulo RigoOBJECTIVES: To verify the injury index of pratitioners of a weight training gym in the city Tubarão / SC. METHODS: Cross-sectiona study with a quantitative a approach.The sample consisted of 67 students of both sexes, aged between 18 and 52 years old fron na aademy in Tubarão / SC. Results: Of the 67 students who answered the questionnaire, only thoe who have already suffered some type of injury were selected with 24 students remaining and the region where the injury rate was highest was the shoulder region 54.1% and knee 20.8%. CONCLUSIONS: Considering the results presented it is concluded that the injury rate in bodybuilding practitioners is high 35.2% (24) students have already bad some injury within the bodybuilding environment.
