Monografia Acesso aberto Aspectos e causas comuns nos acidentes e incidentes aéreos ocorridos entre o litoral Sul Fluminense e Baixada Santista(2017) Machado, Charles Roberto GarcezThis research had as general objective to understand the human factors contributing to the occurrence of aeronautical accidents and incidents between the southern fluminense coastal belt and the santos baja region. It is characterized as an exploratory research with bibliographical and documentary procedure through the final reports of aeronautical accident investigation and prevention, specialized books on the subject, journalistic and scientific articles, official aeronautical regulations and publications. The approach used was qualitative. The analysis of the data was done by means of tabulation of the obtained data, analyzed according to the theoretical basis. The three main contributing factors to the accidents found in the region were adverse weather conditions, indiscipline and loss of situational awareness of the flight. It was possible to realize that these factors do not act in isolation, but are connected to each other facilitating the occurrence of accidents. The proposed mitigation measures include awareness and prevention programs for pilots and aircraft owners and private aviation companies; focus on training and specific training considering the characteristics of the region; availability of tools that assist in flight safety and the fulfillment of the flight pilot's psychosocial needs.Monografia Acesso aberto A busca de resultados como fator primordial na quebra de padrões e procedimentos de segurança na aviação civil(2019) Lopes, Thiago VitorioThis work aimed to raise the question of how financial factors can overlap safety in air operations, and how this attitude is very expensive. The nature of the research was exploratory, its content being based on the most diverse documents on the subject. Some of the most famous examples are mentioned, of general knowledge, in which the breaking of air procedures caused accidents of great proportions and of great media impact. Commercial aviation provides the safest means of transportation in the world, but this is only possible thanks to several layers of security that set rules and regulations to be respected by all personnel that make a flight possible. Even so, there is still a very big field in which to intervene, regarding the elements associated with the issue of Human Factors related to this job. Human factors have been receiving constant investigations of researchers and scholars in recent years, mainly due to the aeronautical accident statistics that point them as the main contributing factors in these events, the main objective of this study is to investigate the possibilities of reducing accidents aeronautics due to human factors. As for the methodological procedures, this study is characterized by a bibliographical research, from articles and documents published in computerized databases and some online collections of Universities. The data collection was also done through documentary analysis of the final accident reports investigated by the Center for Research and Prevention of Aeronautical Accidents (CENIPA). Regarding the objectives, this study is characterized as a descriptive research, because it describes and classifies aspects and conditions. The most relevant conclusions are that human errors that cause accidents are present not only in the cockpit, but in all sectors of the organization, and that organizational and institutional defensive measures should be developed at all levels of aviation in the to reduce the occurrence of errors and further stimulate aeronautical safety throughout the world. Therefore, the importance of the institutional commitment with human factors is reflected, positively motivating the degree of operational safety of the organizations.Monografia Acesso aberto Influência de fatores internos e externos na segurança de voo(2019) Camargo, GuilhermeO objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar fatores que são determinantes para que ocasionem acidentes aeronáuticos e que, consequentemente, afetam na segurança de voo. Para atingir esse objetivo, foi utilizada a pesquisa descritiva com abordagem qualitativa. Os acidentes aeronáuticos sempre geraram preocupações no ramo da aviação. Quando ocorridos causam uma grande fatalidade, logo, deve-se ter um conhecimento mais amplo e consciente sobre as possíveis causas que podem ocasioná-los, sobre os órgãos responsáveis que trabalham para solucionar o motivo de sua ocorrência, além das medidas que devem ser tomadas para precaver este fato. A partir da análise dos dados, foi possível verificar que os fatores determinantes para que ocasionem acidentes aeronáuticos e que consequentemente afetam na segurança de voo podem ser divididos em fator operacional, material e humano, sendo este último o principal fator, correspondendo cerca de 80% dos casos.Monografia Acesso aberto Melodias interrompidas: análise comparativa de acidentes aéreos envolvendo cantores brasileiros(2023-06-12) Souza, Jose DaviA monografia "Melodias Interrompidas: Análise Comparativa de Acidentes Aéreos Envolvendo Cantores Brasileiros" investiga os acidentes aéreos que abruptamente encerraram a carreira de vários cantores brasileiros nas últimas décadas. Este estudo analisa qualitativamente acidentes notórios, identificando padrões, circunstâncias e fatores de risco comuns, a partir da perspectiva da legislação aeronáutica brasileira e internacional. A pesquisa avalia a eficácia das regulamentações e fiscalizações da aviação civil no Brasil, além de examinar as estratégias de prevenção de acidentes vigentes. Os resultados apontam falhas sistemáticas, como manutenção inadequada de aeronaves, falhas humanas, condições climáticas adversas e negligência quanto às normas de segurança. Baseando-se nas conclusões, são propostas recomendações para aprimorar a segurança na aviação civil brasileira. The urban agglomeration without planning in airport areas has given rise to several problems with great risks for the air operations. Thus, the general objective of this work was to understand the risks caused by the presence of dumps near the airports to flight safety. The methodology used was the bibliographical and documentary research, with a qualitative exploratory approach. Authors such as Arana and Hespanhol, (2015); Costa (2016); Freire, (2009); Lenharo (2015) and Luigi (2016); laws as no 12,305, of August 2, 2010 and nº 12,725, of October 12, 2012; decrees as nº 21.713, of August 27, 1946, nº 69.565, of November 19, 1971 and nº 87.249, of June 7, 1982 and documents of organs like ANAC, CENIPA etc. The results indicate the importance of the human, material and operational factors in the occurrence of air accidents or accidents, since all could be avoided, through the execution of corrective measures of the existing faults. The final disposal of solid waste improperly directly on the ground, without any previous treatment, planning and / or technical criteria, serves as food and stimulates the presence of birds, consisting of increased aviation risk. The research is characterized as exploratory, with bibliographic and documentary procedure and with both a qualitative approach. The research approach was qualitative, as it was based on reality in order to understand a unique situation. Data analysis was performed using graphs and charts, analyzed according to the theoretical foundation. At the end of the research, it is concluded that it is of the utmost importance that the crew members are fit in their aircraft through a good training program by the air operators, and the inspection of this training must be done in a more effective and systematic way observing always the safety limits, contributing in an efficient way to mitigate the occurrence of accidents and aeronautical incidents in civil aviation in brazil.Monografia Acesso aberto O táxi-aéreo irregular e a vulnerabilidade da aviação comercial na região amazônica como fatores de acidentes(2019) Castro, Jessica Espíndola da RochaThis research aims to demonstrate how difficult transportation and transportation in the Amazon region, which requires the use of air transport in almost all locations, coupled with the situation of the population, lack of investment in the state and difficulty to perform in the region, assist in irregular air taxi practice and how this practice in turn provides for air crashes. A research conducted is descriptive, with qualitative approach. To collect data and information that was used, reports, articles, reports in various newspapers. With the data collected, it can be seen how an Amazon region allows the use of autonomous services and mostly irregular, and how this facility to operate clandestine aircraft in the region, leaving the population vulnerable and in some cases not knowing how to use or use a Regular and safe shipping.
