When analyzing the results obtained from the research, it is concluded that the miscommunication is due to non-compliance with standard phraseology of use of rules and the lack of training with updated and standardized material world, in the pilots and air traffic controllers’ training schools and also in the airlines and air traffic control people.Monografia Acesso aberto A importância da fraseologia padrão na prevenção de acidentes aeronáuticos(2016) Zatesko, Leônidas MirandaThis final paper aims to understand how the lack of standardization between the aeronautical communications affects the flight safety and why, in despite of the ICAO regulation (MCA 100-16, 2016), still umpteen are the cases of lack standardization in the aviation phraseology. It is characterized as an exploratory analysis, with bibliographic and documentary procedure by books, manuals, regulations and aircraft accident reports. It has been used a qualitative and quantitative approach. Through the official data analysis, it has been concluded that the use of aeronautical non-standard aeronautical phraseology stands for a contributing factor in many of known Brazilian and international aviation accidents and still reveals itself as a big villain when used indiscriminately. So, it is urgent and necessary for everyone involved with the aeronautical radio transmissions to receive an appropriate training for the proper use of these skills and also to police theirselves, whereas the practice of aeronautical standard phraseology is itself an effective mitigation action for preventing the occurrence of aircraft accidents.Monografia Acesso aberto A importância da prevenção de substâncias psicoativas na aviação civil – pilotos de aeronaves(2016) Giuntini, Fábio PauloThis work was generally intended to identify the importance of prevention of psychoactive substances for aircraft pilots. For development, the methodology included exploratory research with the collection was made through bibliographic and documentary survey related to the topic. Among the findings was possible to identify the relationship of man with the job is always stressful, but you can minimize such wear with certain working conditions that increase the feeling of job satisfaction of the individual. However, when comparing the working arrangements under which are the flight pilots were noted several shortcomings to raise the level of job satisfaction thereof, which according to the literature involves the use of alcohol and other psychoactive substances for immediate relief from fatigue and other grievances arising from inadequate working conditions. As it can be assumed, this implies further a loss of driver's quality of life impact on their physical and cognitive health compromising flight safety, in response to anac created the standard rbac 120 which provides a series of measures such as drug tests, programs educational and recovery when necessary to eliminate the use of these substances through awareness, guidance and appropriate monitoring to the individual's recovery and return of full activities safely. Therefore, preventing the use of psychoactive substances benefit professionals covered by the rbac, the aviation system, airlines and passengers. In addition, the families of these professionals or same passenger families benefit indirectly because the risk of accidents and incidents by substance use is reduced or eliminated.Monografia Acesso aberto Riscos às áreas de segurança aeroportuárias(2016) Costa, Maria Joseana SousaAccording to CENIPA, the growth of the Brazilian population associated to the disordered occupation of the urban soil, to the inefficient collection systems, to the demand for locations for the destination of solid waste and to the still inadequate conditions of basic sanitation are, in most cases, the conditions found in the Brazilian cities. This urban agglomeration, especially in the proximity of the aerodromes, without previous planning, brings big risk to the aerial operations because the garbage accumulation in these areas attracts birds and terrestrial fauna, which divide space with the aircrafts. The study was conducted at the Ribeira Landfill, located in São Luis – MA, and that existed 7 km away from the Marechal Cunha Machado International Airport. With this study, we can avert the direct connection between the avifauna collision cases and the dumps in the Airport Security Areas – ASA. In 2000, according to IBGE, 52,8% of Brazilian cities deposited their residues in dumps. With this, around 66,150 thousand tons of trash were being deposited in Brazilian soil every day. Such conditions, beyond causing the proliferation of diseases, attract significant amounts of birds looking for food. In this aspect, the birds, the true owners of airspace, have constituted a problem to the aircraft traffic. An exploratory research, with bibliographical and documental procedures, was realized utilizing books, documents, news reports and laws concerning duties, obligations and supervision of each body responsible for enforcing the norms, recommendations and international treaties, in a qualitative approach. Data were analyzed using content analysis. This work has as its objective analyze and comprehend the risks that the dumps/landfills in the Airport Security Areas - ASA – bring to the operational security of the aerial activities, principally in critical phases, landings and take-offs; and yet compare the statistical data of before and after the deactivation of the Ribeira Landfill in the reduction of the collisions between birds and aircraft.Monografia Acesso aberto Softwares domésticos de simulação de voo como complemento à prática de pilotagem(2016) Filho, Júlio Maria RodriguesThe general objective of this work aimed on discussing the possibility of homemade flight simulators use as source of real pilots learning. The data analysis procedure was given by straight contact with the analyzed environment. The research results conclude that flight simulators can be used as source of real flight practice learning since the current legislation is in accordance and it’s known the benefits and risks to learning construction referred to these devices.Monografia Acesso aberto Adequação da instrução de voo inicial à modernização dos métodos de navegação, procedimentos e estrutura do espaço aéreo no Brasil(2016) Muzzi, VitorThe aim of this study was to describe the process of adaptation of the initial flight instruction to the needs of the aviation market in general, in a context of rapid modernization of the navigation methods, procedures and structure of the airspace. Additionally, explaining the difficulties of adapting the education system to this context, in what concerns aircraft and other teaching platforms, instructional programs and bureaucratic barriers. This is characterized as a descriptive research, with documental procedure through documents, regulations and laws. The approach used was qualitative. The analysis of data was based on the procedure of data content analysis, and the data was collected by documentary and bibliographic review. Analyzing the results obtained in the research, one can conclude that the current flight instruction system does not support the adaptations necessary to update the current instruction model. It is necessary to change the structure of the system, seeking alternatives compatible with the characteristics of Brazilian educational institutions, such as MPL (Multiple Crew License), already regulated in Brazil. It was also possible to observe during the work process, that the approached theme lacks of literature, and a greater number of researches about the modernization of the flight instruction system is primordial to the adoption of measures to this end by the competent authorities.Monografia Acesso aberto Gerenciamento de crise em operadores aéreos: plano de resposta à emergência(2016) Costa, Andressa Mara dos SantosThe general aim of this research was to comprehend which are the directives airliners have to adopt to elaborate an emergency response plan in order to identify the regulations and best practices that are being used with the purpose of to mitigate the mismanagement related to attendance of victim´s families of air accidents. It is characterized as an exploratory research with documentary procedure through documents, regulations and laws cited. The approach used was qualitative. Data analysis was performed using the registration, reading and laws interpretation, regulation, standards, measurement and transcription of books, magazines, publications, specific legislation that have had relevance and that were evaluated according to the theoretical fundamentals.
