The crime of rape of the vulnerable is the target of discussions about its relativization. The absolute or relative presumption, which fits effectively in that crime. Society's advances in relation to sexual crimes. The ineffectiveness of condemning a person for having sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 14 even with the proper consent. Adolescents aged 13 and 14 are no longer vulnerable to sexual intercourse, due to an increasingly proven understanding. The danger of sentencing based solely on the victim's word, being that absolute. Other means of evidence are necessary to prove the criminal act.
