Monografia Acesso fechado Impasses sobre a licitude do ensino domiciliar, ministrado pela família, no ambiente familiar(2018) Aguiar, Danielly MachadoIn Brazil the modality of home teaching, given by the family, in the family environment, is still novel, although it is authorized in at least sixty countries in the world. A few Brazilian families show interest in the modality and, because of legal controversies about the subject, they resort to the Judiciary to carry out their practice. The problematic of the present monographic study involves the analysis of the concepts, principles and definition of home teaching, taught by the family, in the family environment, questioning whether it is possible to use the home teaching modality as a legal means of formal education in the current legal system Brazilian. In the north, studies have been undertaken in order to substantiate their regulation and application, while the bills, also referred to in this study, are processed in the National Congress, since, although currently few families are interested and seeking this authorization, in the long term there is the possibility that this number will increase and the prior knowledge about the pros and cons of the modality will be of great relevance. Thus, this monographic study may serve as a guide for researchers, not only lawyers, psychologists, psychologists, and so on. For the development of this work, it is pertinent to mention that the research, regarding the level or objectives, is exploratory, as far as the approach is qualitative. In relation to the procedure used for the collection of data was bibliographic and documentary, through a technique of textual recording.
