Dissertação Acesso aberto A ead nos cursos de graduação no brasil: argumentos favoráveis e desfavoráveis à oferta(2019) Teixeira, Roseane FernandesThis dissertation had as object of study an analysis of Distance Education in undergraduate degrees in Brazil in relation to the favorable and unfavorable arguments to its offer, being the research problem thus delimited as: what are the favorable and unfavorable positions to the offer of undergraduate courses to distance in Brazil? Its purpose was to develop a comparative study from the perspective of understanding the optimistic (favorable) and skeptical (unfavorable) arguments regarding the offer of Distance Education in Brazil. A bibliographic and documentary study was carried out, in the context of the research were the distance learning undergraduate dregrees. Data were collected through documents, books and a survey of scientific production on the theme from 2000 to 2017, in which it was possible to realize that compared to the expansion of the distance modality, there is little updated research on the subject. The investigative course was guided by two problematizations: what are the arguments in favor of offering distance learning degrees? And what are the unfavorable arguments for offering distance learning courses? The theoretical foundation of the study had as its analytical-interpretative horizon the dialectic. The main conclusions regarding the object of study show that both offerings have their limitations and possibilities, and referenced scholars often raise defense questions about attacks from positions contrary to their arguments, without analyzing the real advantage or disadvantage that offering distance learning will provide. In this sense, comparing and analyzing both arguments, it is concluded that Distance Education is here to stay, but it is extremely important that this type of teaching is a tool to complement the offer of classroom teaching and not a solution to the process of learning. teaching and learning. Keywords: Distance Education. College education. Distance Degree. Educational Politics.Dissertação Acesso aberto Escola sem partido sob a crítica de uma perspectiva democrática de educação(2019) Nunes, Sílvia ÁvilaThis paper aims to understand the ideas about school education of the School Without Party movement as opposed to a democratic conception of school, in order to elaborate a brief history about the right to education and freedom of education in Brazilian legislation, to identify the origins, the reasons for which it appeared and the propositions on School Without Party movement education, to analyze the social function of the school in a critical-democratic perspective, and to compare the arguments favorable to and contrary to the implementation of the ideals of that movement. In order to achieve these objectives, the method of dialectical approach is used, and as to the type of research, this work was of bibliographic and documentary nature. The study pointed to a growing awareness of the ideals proposed by School Without Party movement in the educational scenario, which has inspired the proposal of several national, state and municipal law projects that bring relevant discussion about the role of the teacher in the classroom, as well as the limits of performance. School Without Party movement claims to represent parents and students who oppose what they call abuse of the freedom to teach, or rather, “ideological indoctrination” in schools. Its advocates find grounds in the constitutional principles of freedom of conscience and belief, students' freedom to learn, pluralism of ideas, political, ideological and religious neutrality. Another favorable point raised by these is the right of the students' parents to the religious and moral education of their children, supposedly carved out in the American Convention on Human Rights. However, opponents of the School Without Party claim that this is a setback, because it imposes silence on the debates and debates held in the classroom, on thinking and on diversity, and reproduces the economic and social model of the classes that seek greater domination, this being a movement intentional, therefore ideological (political and religious), because under the banner of promoting a neutral education, intends to prohibit the teacher from approaching in the classroom themes such as: differences in religions and genres, political ideologies, etc. In addition, critics of the School Without Party movement deplore the unconstitutionality of law projects because of the constitutional rights of freedom of expression and freedom of education, which guarantee a plural and democratic school environment, since the teacher is free to expose all the theories that they deem pertinent to the discipline ministries, in order to ensure the formation of citizens with capacity to think and act consciously in society. Another contrary point is the overlapping of the ideals of each family over what in fact needs to be taught in schools, in order to confuse public and private spaces.Dissertação Acesso aberto O estado da arte das políticas de formação inicial de professores para a educação básica no Brasil no período de 2004 a 2014(2021) Espíndula, Júlia MaccariThe present dissertation aims to present the State of the Art on initial teacher education policies for Basic Education in Master's dissertations in the area of Education from 2004 to 2014 in Brazil. The themes of these surveys are analyzed in relation to the educational policies of education in force from the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education, Law 9.394/96. The objective was to identify the themes and objectives of Master dissertations defended in the above mentioned period from the LDB / 96, from a materialist dialectical bias. It was evaluated how much the research followed the political propositions of the field of teacher training, as well as the subjects and objects of study of them. The methodology of the research consisted of searching the databases of theses and dissertations of CAPES and IBICT research that fit the intended scope. The first search, which occurred through nine seekers, was made in the CAPES theses and dissertations bank in September 2015, but it was not efficient. The CAPES website was under renovation and only the 2011 and 2012 surveys were available for consultation. The BDTD (Theses and Dissertations Bank) website was then chosen for research bank and through it 2,588 theses and dissertations were found through seven keywords (Training Policy, Teacher Training, LDB Training, Teacher Training, Training For the Basic Education, National Curricular Guidelines for Teacher Training and National Curricular Guidelines and Training). After analyzing the 2,588 researches, only 32 MSc dissertations fit within the intended cut. The first research was on the theme of these dissertations and their relationship with initial teacher education policies. After careful reading, the 32 dissertations were classified into four categories: Curriculum, Distance Education, Training and Work Policy, and Initial Training Policy and Teaching Work. Another aspect verified was the geographic region in which the PPGEs in which the dissertations were developed were located. 91% of the bibliographic publication analyzed in this work was produced in the South and Southeast regions and in the North region no relevant production for this research was produced. The nature (public, private, community, etc.) of the Higher Education Institutions in which these researches were developed were also analyzed, as well as the regions of the country in which they are located. The initial teacher training was discussed within this work since its beginning in Brazil, going through political and locus changes throughout history. Besides the historical approach, there is a political reflection on the implications of teacher education and the laws and guidelines that legitimize it. The predominant theme, present in 50% of the dissertations, was related to the teaching work, which discusses the implications of precarious teacher training in classroom work. The study concluded that, although there is a representative academic production on initial training policies in the proposed period, some topics are likely to be further developed, such as education by distance and the curriculum of initial training.Dissertação Acesso aberto A formação do professor alfabetizador de crianças com deficiência na rede pública estadual de ensino de Santa Catarina(2021) Mendes, Rita de Cássia CardosoThe aim of this dissertation is to understand the initial and continuous training of teachers working in the literacy cycle: 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of Elementary School, with children with disabilities, and Global Developmental Disorders - TGD, in public schools of Regional Management of Education - GERED de Tubarão, organ linked to the State Secretariat of Education - SED, in the state of Santa Catarina. It is a bibliographical, documentary and empirical study of an analytic-interpretative nature. Through the application of a questionnaire to teachers of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd years of Elementary School, through Google Forms, teachers were able to answer questions related to their education. In addition to the application of the electronic questionnaire, we adopted another data collection procedure, the SISGESC online system - an electronic school management system that SED uses for information related to the profile of its teachers and students. This research made possible the reflection about the policy of teacher training to act in the literacy of children with disabilities in the public schools of Santa Catarina, specifically the GERED of Tubarão. The analysis allowed us to conclude that, even with initial and continuing training in the area of activity, most of them are not always sufficient and meet the demands of the literacy cycle to literate all children up to eight years of age, especially children with disabilities and / or TGD. The PNAIC training, which deals exclusively with literacy and literacy training for children in the literacy cycle in an inclusive perspective, was unable to reach most of the teachers in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of Elementary School in the GERED schools in Tubarão. In a deeper analysis of the SISGESC system, on the Second Teachers, Bilingual Teachers and Interpreter Teachers in Santa Catarina, the state public network currently has a total of 5,469 teachers hired, mostly ACT, to work in the area of Special Education, in the attendance of 13,377 students with disabilities and / or TGD enrolled in 959 school units. Only in Tubarão's GERED, composed of 40 school units, there are 158 Second Teachers, 08 Bilingual Teachers and 03 Teacher Interpreters. Of these, only a Second Teacher is effective. The other teachers are ACT. In the field of training, the majority of teachers in the literacy cycle (62.5%) have a degree in Pedagogy, with completion between 2006 and 2018. Postgraduates (62.5%) in the Specialization modality (62.5% %), held in the period from 2010 to 2016. Graduation and Post-Graduation were funded with own resources (71.4%), and in the areas of expertise, the following emerged: Special Education; Pedagogical Knowledge and Practices of Early Childhood Education, Elementary and Special Education; and, Institutional Psychopedagogy. The data also revealed the fragility of the State of SC regarding issues related to the lack of public tenders for literacy teachers and professionals working in the area of inclusion, as well as the lack of provision of Undergraduate, Graduate and Advanced Courses , free, for the areas of Literacy, Literacy and Inclusion. Dissertação Acesso aberto O perfil docente nas disciplinas a distância em cursos de graduação presenciais(2017) Teixeira, Tatiani FernandesThis dissertation had as object of study the profile of professor of Superior Education, whose research problem was thus delimited: What is the profile of the training and functions of the teachers who work in distance subjects in undergraduate courses at a higher education institution in the South of Santa Catarina. Its purpose was to understand the profile of teachers working in distance subjects in face-to-face undergraduate course in Private Institution of Higher Education. The data were collected from teachers and the distance education coordination of the institution. The investigative path was guided by two questioning: In what context is distance education immersed? What is the teaching profile of distance education teachers in face-to-face undergraduate courses? The theoretical basis of the study had as an analytic-interpretative horizon the dialectic. The main conclusions regarding the object of study are those that deal with teachers who have graduated unanimously in the face-to-face modality and most of whom are trained to master level having obtained the title recently and who have taken refresher course / improvement of Distance Education. They are professionals with experience in Higher Education, but most of them have little experience in disciplines in the distance modality. In addition, most work longer hours in other professional activities than as teachers.Dissertação Acesso aberto A política de educação inclusiva nas instituições de educação superior da região sul de Santa Catarina(2016) Della Justina, Júlia GrazielaThis dissertation is a study on Inclusive Education policy in Higher Education in the South Region of Santa Catarina. Then questionnaires were applied with representatives of the sectors of infrastructure and teaching of each institution. With this study, it was concluded that directly or indirectly all institutions looking to work inclusive education. Still it is known nowadays many are the barriers encountered for inclusive education becomes effective. These barriers with regard to lack of infrastructure and lack of teaching aids among many other research commented above. What in a way not done in different institutions we studied. Many issues such as lack of funds and the lack of interest that often goes unnoticed by the institutions emerge on inclusive education in higher education, however, warned that without involvement, without the watchful eye and want inclusive education becomes effective Universities and the commitment to train skilled professionals to meet the social demands and respect for differences will not have cultural changes in the concepts and practices historically developed in higher education. It is seen that there are differences between the inclusive look of the institutions, this we believe that inclusion is one and the way forward is to get there too, so the search for inclusion to be constant with all involved. The findings of this study reinforce the struggle for inclusive institutions requires concrete changes in the context of the wider interpersonal and social relations, and in the process of decision-making, so that there may be democratic institutions is necessary effort and effective participation of all stakeholders in the community university.
