Monografia Acesso aberto Avaliação do comprometimento dos instrutores do aeroclube de uma cidade de Minas Gerais com a prática e ensino do CRM (corporate resource management) e do SRM (single-pilot resources management) em seus voos(2019) Alves, Luiz Fernando CarrijoThe main goal of this study consisted in evaluating, through a semi-structured interview, the compromise of the flight instructors of the Aeroclube de Uberlandia with the practice and teaching of CRM/SRM in flights, since safety is primary and prioritary in the execution of the flight training missions. This research caracterizes itself as exploratory, done to the public through a semi-structured interview in a quali-quantitative approach. After a thorough bibliographical research, all flight instructors of the Aeroclube de Uberlandia were invited to participate in the study to answer questions about the practice and the teaching of CRM/SRM in their flights. After having accepted to participate, the interviewees answered a questionaire about their own profile and went through a semi-structured interview with subjective and objective types of questions. The analysis of the data obtained was done through charts, statistics and graphs. The more significant results showed that 58% of the interviewees have witnessed CRM-related mistakes in flight. Their opinion showed that the main factors for said mistakes are high workload and stress of the pilot in command and his/her crew. The research pointed out that 33% of the interviewees had never talked about CRM/SRM practices during their training. In contrast, another 33% of the interviewees talk about this subject in each of their flight lessons. The hindering factors to the teaching and learning of CRM/SRM were the misunderstanding of the matter, the failure of standadization of the resources/tasks and difficulty with interpersonal relations. This study allowed to prove that although the approach to the subject of CRM/SRM is mandatory for the capacitation of new pilots, there are still flight instructors who neglect it. A worrying fact, since the human factor is directly connected to flight safety as seen in the bibliographical revision. Further research is suggested with a larger group of interviewees for a more specific conclusion.
