Artigo Científico Acesso embargado Avaliação da aceitabilidade e adesão da alimentação escolar oferecida por uma semana aos escolares de uma escola pública municipal de Tubarão(2018) Teixeira, Gabriela FragaIntroduction: school feeding comprehends every food served in the school environment, apart from its origin, during the school year, and should be in accordance with the law Nº 11.470/2009 and resolution Nº 26/2013. Objective: to evaluate the acceptability and adherence to the school feeding menu offered to students of a public school in the city of Tubarão. Methods: the present study consists in a observational, transversal type of descriptive work, that uses primary data. It was conducted in a public school in the city of Tubarão, counting with 138 students. The study included the evaluation of acceptability by the waste and intake method, wich must reach at least 90% of acceptability, according to resolution Nº 26. Adhesion was measured through the number of students present at the school and the number of students who consumed the offered meal, wich should reach at least 70% of coherence. Results and conclusions: the results showed that the school meals offered obtained an average of acceptability and adherence of 96,65% and 69,16% respectively, concluding that there was high acceptability and medium adherence of the school meals offered, not occurring waste of food.
