Artigo Científico Acesso fechado A abordagem da Educação Sexual na BNCC: uma analise documental a partir da interface com a área das ciências da natureza(2022-12-07) Neves, Talita MachadoA sexualidade é uma dimensão do ser humano e ao longo da vida acontece uma Educação Sexual não formal, influenciada pelo meio na qual cada indivíduo vive. Na escola, por meio do convívio dos colegas, é o espaço onde ocorre maior manifestação da sexualidade, principalmente entre adolescentes, por isso, torna-se importante sua abordagem de forma intencional. Entretanto, na última década, o Brasil enfrenta um fortalecimento de movimentos fundamentalistas e repressivos, que buscam cercear direitos conquistados no campo da sexualidade ao longo da história. Um desses reflexos, foi a retirada dos termos “orientação sexual” e “gênero” da Base Nacional Comum Curricular, sendo esta atitude capaz de influenciar a atuação docente em abordagens intencionais de Educação Sexual. Então, por meio disso, o presente estudo investigou como a sexualidade e a Educação Sexual são abordadas, particularmente na área de conhecimento das Ciências da Natureza, nos anos finais do ensino fundamental, na Base Nacional Comum Curricular do ano de 2018, à luz das vertentes pedagógicas. De natureza qualitativa, configurou-se fundamentalmente em uma pesquisa documental, de caráter exploratório descritivo, que utilizou o método dialético de análise da realidade. E a análise seguiu os passos da análise de conteúdo pautada em Bardin (2014). A elaboração dos indicadores derivada da análise das vertentes pedagógicas cunhadas por Nunes (1996). Como resultado foi possível registrar que há o predomínio da vertente médico-biologista como paradigma orientador da Educação Sexual proposta pelo documento; ocorre restrição aos profissionais da Ciências Biológicas como docente responsável e autorizado por esta ação formal; porém, que há “vestígios” que possibilitam, pelo aporte legal, a abordagem da Educação Sexual formal pautada na vertente dialética e política com vistas à emancipação dos sujeitos envolvidos e na transformação da realidade concreta.Artigo Científico Acesso fechado Adaptação de Base Ecossistêmica para a pesca na Área de Proteção Ambiental da Baleia Franca, SC(2021) da Silva, LaraEstudos demonstram as correlações existentes entre ações humanas, e os maiores níveis de alterações climáticas. A interface entre terra e mar é um local de intensas pressões ambientais, permanecendo constante a ameaça às comunidades humanas. Na zona costeira, a elevada complexidade das dinâmicas de desenvolvimento convive com os saberes de pescadores artesanais, os tornam parte integrada do ambiente. As coletas foram realizadas em três comunidades tradicionais de pescadores artesanais, localizados na Área de Proteção Ambiental da Baleia Franca, litoral sul do Estado de Santa Catarina, região historicamente povoada por comunidades de pescadores artesanais. Houve a aplicação de entrevistas semiestruturadas e reuniões em pequenos grupos, em que nas análises se destacavam parâmetros de mudança no clima e nos pescados, além de relatos sobre as possíveis causas destas alterações e indicadores de ações de mitigação. Através da abordagem da Adaptação de base Ecossistêmica (AbE), um diálogo entre conhecimentos tradicionais e científicos, promove-se e elaboração de medidas adaptativas para as alterações climáticas, visam ações que promovam o monitoramento participativo e a elaboração de um banco de dados integrado; a fiscalização efetiva dos órgãos gestores ao longo do perímetro terrestre e náutico da APA; o fomento para criação e fortalecimento de associações de pescadores nas comunidade; e o reajuste na aplicabilidade de áreas de exclusão frente ao avanço da pesca industrial. Desta forma, esta abordagem pretende ser incorporada na revisão do Plano de Manejo da APA, promovendo uma reclassificação do debate sobre os eventos climáticos extremos como sendo de alta prioridade, objetivando a ampliação da capacidade de resposta das comunidades às mudanças no clima.Monografia Acesso fechado Analise de possíveis resíduos de formaldeído dos ovos comercializados na região da AMUREL provenientes do processo de desinfecção utilizado nas granjas aviárias(2018) Garcia, Nícholas Tavares KoeppThe chicken egg is a low cost food, easy to prepare and can be consumed daily by the entire population. In addition to the use of egg whites and egg yolks in feed, the eggshell is also used as a base for other products. It is composed essentially of Calcium Carbonate, serving as a protective barrier against microorganisms, but it is absorbent, requiring this way of hygiene, in order to eliminate possible microorganisms that can penetrate the egg. There are several methods of disinfection, some of which are more effective than others for combating microorganisms. The most effective method is fumigation with Formalin and / or Paraformol, but they are not approved by several health agencies because they are carcinogenic. This study aimed to analyze the presence of possible formaldehyde residues from eggs marketed in the AMUREL region, from the disinfection process used in poultry farms. Therefore, contributing to the production of information and understanding of the need to produce safe eggs for consumption. The extraction of the contaminants was carried out according to the Environmental Protection Agency of the United States (U.S. EPA), method 1667 of the year 1998, which uses the principle of solvent extraction. Analysis of the data was adequate according to the reference article Determination of Formaldehyde in Cosmetics by HPLC Method and Acetylacetone Method of WU et al. (2003). From the analysis of 8 brands of eggs marketed in the region of AMUREL, it was possible to prove that there are traces, being that the highest concentration of the toxic is in the shell and could be harmful if used in large quantities in other products, the residues in the albumen are relatively low, presenting no problem related to the intake in short periods of time.Monografia Acesso aberto Análise documental da BNCC, BCC e proposta curricular de Santa Catarina(2020) Frasson, Liliane GhessiThe school is an institution that aims to train citizens who act critically and be aware of their rights and duties so that they act in a transformative way in the society in which they live. One of the means to achieve this goal is the school curriculum, which needs to be restructured according to current needs, based on the LDB and the documents that come from it. Thus, this study aimed to analyze the points of convergence and divergence between the guiding documents of Santa Catarina's education: BNCC (2017), BCC (2019) and PCSC (2014). In order for the proposed objective to be achieved, a descriptive research was carried out, using the comparative method between documents guiding education in the State of Santa Catarina. Regarding the approach, this study is characterized as qualitative. To make the data collections, after the intense reading of the documents, based on the principles that underlie three documents, some descriptors were chosen: integral training, training path, diversity, competences, skills, object of knowledge and curriculum. As a result, it can be seen that the three documents converge on the understanding of the formative path and integral training. However, they differ as to their theoretical and methodological basis, and the PCSC has its epistemological base in sociointeractionism; BNCC is a content writer; the BCC is a mosaic of the two documents, highlighting the importance of the training path for integral training, as provided by the PCSC, but ends with the content base of BNCC.Monografia Acesso aberto Análise dos processos avaliativos externos dos anos finais do ensino fundamental e ensino médio da rede estadual de ensino do estado de Santa Catarina(2020) Modolon, Cristina LongoQuality in education concerns not only educators, students, the school community, but society, politics as a whole. In Brazil, there are evaluations in order to serve indicators in relation to student performance. These assessments are presented at the federal, state and municipal levels. In the final years of elementary and high school, the assessments are derived from the Basic Education Development Index (IDEB) and the Basic Education Assessment System (SAEB), coordinated by INEP. Thus, the present study aims to analyze whether the goals proposed by the external evaluation processes of the final years of elementary and high school in the state education network of the state of Santa Catarina were achieved and whether the results of these external evaluation processes denote concerns regarding the teaching quality. In order to achieve the proposed objective, an exploratory research will be carried out, with a quantitative and qualitative approach. The database of the National Institute for Educational Research Anísio Teixeira (INEP) will be used to search for the results of IDEB and SAEB and Plataforma Educação in Palma da Mão. The identification of IDEB and SAEB indexes from the state school system in the state of Santa Catarina, referring to the final years of elementary school and high school in 2017, it was found that these rates in most schools were not achievable and did not obtain results. Regarding the dropout rate, it can be seen that it shows concern, mainly in high school and that this refers to the low index or absence of IDEB indexes. Regarding the enrollment rate, it can be seen that it is showing increasing rates, mainly in the municipalities of Laguna and Tubarão.Monografia Acesso embargado Análise sobre a abordagem do conteúdo HIV/AIDS nos livros didáticos de biologia do ensino médio triênio 2018, 2019 e 2020(2019) Rosa, Renata TolentinoThe aim of this study was to appraise if biology textbooks, offered by the Ministry of Education and Culture, within the scope of the National Program of Didactic Book for the triennium 2018, 2019 and 2020, suggested by the same program (PNLD 2018 ) communicate in their content an adequate and abundant approach to HIV / AIDS for high school students with information about the infection caused by the human immunodeficiency virus as well as the value of worldwide dissemination of this virus. Regarding the methodology, and its purpose, this research is classified in descriptive and exploratory, with qualitative approach. As for the collection of data, it is a documentary research. From the perspective of analysis of the information related to HIV / AIDS content, it was manageable to perceive that there is a concern about the development of contents related to these informations, especially the avoidance of diseases. Biology.Monografia Acesso embargado Áreas prioritárias para conservação da biodiversidade no município de Pescaria Brava (SC): elementos da paisagem e educação ambiental(2021-12-15) Flores, Nícolas FirmianoA fragmentação florestal decorrente da ação humana vem crescendo consideravelmente nos últimos anos. A presente pesquisa descreveu as características ambientais da paisagem de um município localizado no sul do Estado de Santa Catarina (Pescaria Brava) com base no Código Florestal de 2012, determinando as áreas prioritárias para conservação da biodiversidade estabelecidas por meio de produtos gerados pelo software QGIS 3.16. As áreas prioritárias para conservação foram definidas pela mensuração das áreas de preservação permanentes (nascentes e cursos d´água) e fragmentos florestais de vegetação nativa. O município tem em seu território 74.730m² de cursos d´ água que se originam de nascentes, e uma área prioritária para conservação de 3.514.103m², que se refere ao maior fragmento de vegetação nativa encontrada. Considerando que o município não possui plano diretor estabelecido, os resultados desta pesquisa deverão subsidiar os gestores municipais nas ações de planejamento socioambiental. Sugerimos que as ações nas áreas indicadas estejam voltadas para o planejamento de unidades de conservação visando promover a Educação Ambiental e a conservação da água potável. Os mapas temáticos produzidos subsidiaram atividades interdisciplinares em e para Educação Ambiental, que resultaram na sensibilização dos estudantes da rede pública do Estado de Santa Catarina acerca da cobertura da terra e da paisagem de onde residem.Monografia Acesso fechado Aspectos epidemiológicos dos acidentes com aranhas no estado de Santa Catarina, Brasil, entre 2015 e 2019(2020) Bernardo Júnior, Lorival JoaquimAccidents with venomous animals are considered a public health problem in Brazil, and spiders are responsible for many cases, mainly in the southern region of the country. The objective of this study was to analyze the epidemiological aspects of araneism Santa Catarina state and associated factors, between 2015 and 2019. It is an ecological, epidemiological, cross-sectional and descriptive study, with quantitative analysis. The data were obtained from the banks of the National Disease Notification System (SINAN), by the TABNET of DIVE - abbreviation for the Directorate of Epidemiological Surveillance of the State of Santa Catarina, tabulated and analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 program, with statistical and temporal analysis of the occurrences. There were 29,209 accidents recorded over the period of time analyzed. The average annual incidence rate was 83.5 accidents / 100,000 inhabitants. It was observed that the cases are concentrated in the North and West regions of Santa Catarina and in urban areas (55.1%). There is a partially homogeneous distribution of accidents between sexes and age groups, with a slight female predominance, and occurring in the age group of 20 to 39 years, with an increase over the analyzed. The incidence of accidents with species of the genus Phoneutria was higher for males, and with the genus Loxosceles, for females. The most affected occupations were farm workers, housewives and retirees. When the spider genus was identified, the majority of accidents occurred with Loxosceles (31.9%), followed by Phoneutria (15.2%) and Latrodectus (0.1%). Ignored, blank or caused by another spider cases account for 52.6% of the notifications and there is a large number of cases of mild classification (87.3%). The places most affected by spider bites are feet, hands and legs. The lethality rate was low (average of 0.03%), with a higher incidence of death in individuals up to 19 years old. The seasonal variation shows the influence of climatic pattern among the different regions of the state, with a predominance of accidents in the warmer months, attributing the higher frequency of cases to the increase in temperature and to the reproduction period of the species. Many aspects could be analyzed, but there is still a need for further and complementary studies to better approach and understand the factors involved.Monografia Acesso aberto Assembleia de besouros escarabeíneos em um gradiente ambiental de floresta atlântica no Sul de Santa Catarina(2019) Da Silva, Bryan GoulartThe Atlantic Forest is one of the richest but most threatened biomes, especially due to habitat fragmentation and modification that affects their heterogeneity and, consequently, species richness and abundance. Scarab beetles (Coleoptera: Scarabaeinae) constitute a group considered bioindicator for having species susceptible to environmental changes. The present study evaluated how changes in habitat heterogeneity alter the composition and structure of assemblages of scarab beetles along an environmental gradient in southern Santa Catarina, Brazil. The study was conducted in six sample sites, were habitat structure was evaluated in order to define the disturbance levels of each site, creating an environmental gradient, being categorized as: preserved, intermediate and disturbed levels. For the collections, 18 baited fall traps (human feces and fish carcass) were used, arranged intercalated each sampling site. Three collections per site were performed between October 2018 and March 2019. Were collected total of 4,219 individuals distributed in eight genera and 22 species. Dichotomius sericeus (Harold, 1867) was the most abundant species at all levels of environmental disturbance. The results showed a 27.3% reduction in the richness of the scarab assemblages in the disturbed environment when compared to the preserved one. The presence of Dichotomius assifer (Eschscholtz, 1822) and Canthidium aff. trinodosum Boheman, 1858, were associated with preserved environments. The preserved and disturbed level environments were the ones that presented the biggest difference in the composition of the assembly. The intermediate level presented similarity in its composition with the other disturbance levels. With this study it was possible to describe the composition of the scarab beetle assemblage along a gradient of environmental disturbance, in the south of Santa Catarina, Brazil.Monografia Acesso fechado Avaliação da atividade larvicida de sais imidazólicos sobre Aedes albopictus (Skuse, 1894) (Diptera: Culicidae)(2019) Gonçalves, Douglas ZelingerThe Aedes albopictus (Skuse, 1894) mosquito is considered a vector of medical importance because it has vector capacity in the laboratory for 22 arboviruses, including dengue, chikungunya and yellow fever viruses. The present study aimed to evaluate the larvicidal activity of the imidazolium salts (IS) C16MImMeS and C18MImCl against A. Albopictus larvae. For this, larvae of Ae. albopictus of 3rd final instar and/or 4th initial instar were exposed to 11 different concentrations (ranging from 0.5ppm to 10ppm) of C16MImMeS and C18MImCl. The bioassay was performed in triplicate, containing 20 larvae in each replicate and using purified water as control. It was conducted at a temperature of 25°C with a relative humidity of 80% (± 10%) in a climate chamber. Larval mortality was evaluated at 24 and 48 hours of exposure of the larvae to the solutions, being considered dead larvae that did not move when touched. For the results analysis, the variance test (ANOVA) was performed, with significant values of p≤0.05. Lethal concentrations, those that caused 50% mortality (LC50) were calculated by the Probit program. The IS C16MImMeS and C18MImCl showed larvicidal activity against A. albopictus at 24 and 48h exposure. At the lowest concentration (0.5ppm) of C16MImMeS and C18MImCl, mortality was 6.6 and 23.3%, at the highest concentration (10ppm) mortality was 85 and 100%, respectively. The 50% lethal concentrations (LC50) of IS C16MImMeS and C18MImCl at 48h exposure were 2.35ppm and 3.61ppm, respectively. Imidazolium salts C16MImMeS and C18MImCl have larvicidal potential against A. albopictus, being the first study to demonstrate the use of these IS to control A. albopictus. Further studies are necessary to understand its behavior in pupae and mosquito adulthood, its mechanism of action, and possible resistance factors.Monografia Acesso fechado Avaliação da eficácia de diferentes repelentes comerciais contra Aedes albopictus e Aedes aegypti(2019) Costa, Felipe Allan da SilvaThe use of repellents as a form of individual protection is stimulated to reduce the number of interactions between hosts and vectors and consequently the spread of pathogens. This study evaluated the efficacy of different commercially used repellents against Aedes albopictus and Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. Methodology: Three commercial repellent formulations containing DEET, Icaridina and IR3535 as active principle were evaluated. The test consisted of the application of 4mg of the product on the hands of volunteers and the introduction of hands in cages containing 20 female mosquitoes each. The sting attempts were counted for 10 minutes in all tests, and the repellents were evaluated 30 minutes, 2 hours and 5 hours after application. Results: The performance of the three formulations of repellents was similar in Aedes albopictus, reaching> 98% in the repellency indexes at all times. In the tests carried out with Aedes aegypti, the DEET content presented a low performance, reaching 42% in the 5 hour test repellency index, followed by repellents containing IR3535 and Icaridina, which obtained 66% and 77.5%, respectively. Conclusions: The formulation containing Icaridina obtained 100% in the index of repellency against Aedes albopictus, while no formulation offered 100% in the index of repellency against Aedes aegypti, during the times specified in the labels. Therefore, tested repellents containing DEET, Icaridina and IR3535 as an active principle offer the potential to reduce bites and not necessarily to provide full protection, allowing consumers to use unprotected insect repellents from several arboviruses.Monografia Acesso aberto Avaliação da música no desenvolvimento do sistema nervoso: implicações no aprendizado e memória(2019) Peretti, Eduardo de MedeirosEm diversas culturas a música é utilizada como forma de tratamento para diversas condições físicas ou mentais. Entretanto, ainda não se sabe ao certo como a música afeta o corpo humano, principalmente num sentido fisiológico. Mais desconhecidos ainda são os mecanismos neurais afetados pela música. O objetivo deste estudo foi investigar os efeitos da exposição pré-natal a distintos estímulos auditivos, em ratos Wistar com diferentes idades. Foram acasaladas 12 fêmeas com 4 machos para obtenção da prole. As fêmeas foram divididas em quatro grupos experimentais e expostas aos protocolos intermitentes de enriquecimento ambiental, sendo eles: Silêncio; Ruído Branco; Música Clássica; e Música Clássica Retrógrada. Para avaliação do desempenho cognitivo na prole, foram utilizados os testes de reconhecimento de objetos e esquiva inibitória, para avaliação das memórias declarativa e aversiva, respectivamente. Os resultados mostraram que a exposição pré-natal a música clássica promoveu melhor desempenho cognitivo em animais avaliados com 70 dias de vida quando comparados ao desempenho de animais mais jovens. Desta forma, este estudo sugere que a exposição pré-natal a música clássica pode auxiliar na formação de novas memórias e desenvolvimento cognitivo, facilitando o aprendizado em período pós-natal.Monografia Acesso fechado Avaliação da percepção de docentes e discentes da unisul sobre a doação voluntária de corpos para estudo e pesquisa em anatomia humana(2019) Cruz, PetersonThis study aimed to evaluate the perception of teachers and students of the courses of the Academic Unit of Health and Social Welfare of the University of Southern Santa Catarina, at campus Tubarão, on the voluntary donation of bodies for the study and research in human anatomy. The methodological approach of this research was characterized as quantitative, as the objectives, descriptive research of transversal character. Data were collected through two instruments, a sociodemographic questionnaire and another aiming to understand the perception of Unisul’s teachers and students. The questionnaire was applied to a total of 9 teachers who teach Human Anatomy classes. The students, in a total of 282, study in courses related to the Academic Unit of Health and Social Welfare of the University of Southern Santa Catarina, campus Tubarão, on the 2019/2 semester. The results showed that, regarding gender, the distribution in teachers is 1:1, while most participating students are women. Both teachers and students demonstrated to know or have heard about the voluntary donation of bodies, but when asked if they knew the legislation 66.67% of teachers said yes and more than 90% of students said no. On the question whether they would donate their own body or relatives’, in both cases most would not donate for various reasons, from preferring to be buried - which is what occurred in most questionnaires -, to the family that, for cultural reasons, do not accept or are afraid of being recognized. The subject of death is still a taboo in local culture, causing discomfort in some people. Thus, we conclude in the present study that most teachers and students would not donate the body, but studies show that younger people are less likely to volunteer. It is noticeable that people non-related to health care feeling motivated to become useful after death or in gratitude to science are most susceptible to voluntary donation. However, there is a need for this theme to be more publicized, not only in academia but also in society in general, since the lack of human cadavers for studies is imminent and one of the efficient ways to combat this scarcity of material can be through voluntary body donation programs. Many universities, both in Brazil and in other countries, are already using this type of program with positive results.Monografia Acesso fechado Biomarcadores genéticos identificados e mapeados que podem auxiliar no diagnóstico da Doença de Alzheimer: uma revisão narrativa(2021) Souza, Danielle EspindolaInúmeros estudos apontam que a expectativa de vida está aumentando no decorrer dos anos, por conseguinte, o número de doenças relacionadas com a idade avançada, como os quadros de demência, apresenta o mesmo padrão de aumento. De acordo com a Organização Pan americana da Saúde (2019), entre os anos 2000 e 2016 as mortes devido a demência dobraram tornando-se a 5ª principal morte global no ano de 2016 em comparação com o 14º lugar no início do século. A principal doença que afeta a parte cognitiva dentre as demências é a doença de Alzheimer (DA). Assim, o presente trabalho tem por objetivo levantar os principais biomarcadores genéticos identificados e mapeados que podem auxiliar no diagnóstico da doença de Alzheimer, bem como sua e eficiência. A pesquisa tem cunho de revisão narrativa, documental, exploratória e qualitativo. Desse modo para que o objetivo do estudo fosse alcançado ocorreu a seleção de 6 artigos, no total, escolhidos a partir dos descritores Doença de Alzheimer, biomarcadores e Marcadores genéticos. Os estudos selecionados foram de publicações do ano de 2021 das seguintes bases de dados: ScienceDirect, SpringerLink e Pubmed. Como principais resultados obteve-se que os biomarcadores genéticos (APOE, APP, PSEN 1 e PSEN 2) são eficientes no diagnóstico, entretanto, por serem relativamente novos e a ciência ainda estar em processo de desenvolvimento, necessita-se de outros marcadores, como os de imagem, para que o laudo seja conclusivo. Por isso, incentivar a pesquisa nessa área tornou-se algo imprescindível para melhor conhecimento da DA e para aplicação de possíveis tratamentos de atraso do aparecimento dela.Monografia Acesso fechado Como as pessoas interpretam a presença de capivaras (hydrochoerus hydrochaeris) às margens da região central do Rio Tubarão, Tubarão-SC(2020) Souza, Marcos FelipeCapybara live near bodies of water and feed on low growing and aquatic vegetation. Hence, the aquatic environment is crucial for the permanence of this species in the area. As the capybaras' habitat in the city of Tubarão mixes with urban centers, they are forced to scavenge in anthropized places. In 2014, actions were taken to count the animals and research the environmental conception of the residents about the capybara, a project that made it possible to place information and passage of wild fauna roadsigns in the places with the highest concentration of capybaras in the riverside region, near downtown. Thus, we aim to observe the changes on the course of 5 years concerning the perception of the resident population on capybaras on the banks of the Tubarão river, and what are the impacts of the environmental education work executed, to propose new advertising strategies within the scope of environmental education involving capybaras and citizens. One hundred eleven polls were applied through questionnaires with twelve questions and the counting of establishments in the four quadrants in the downtown region siding the Tubarão River. The vast majority of interviewees in Tubarão have said to feel good about the presence of capybaras, a feeling that has remained positive when compared to previous studies. The frequent sightings of the rodent in the city by the interviewees demonstrate the capybara need to move around the urban area in search of food and resting places. In some interviews, the issue of using population control methods was raised, possibly reflecting the fear of transmission of Spotted Fever. Therefore, the study on the reality of the disease in the Tubaron population is suggested in order to evaluate the predominant successional stages of ticks of the genus Ammblyomma sculptum (responsible for the transmission of the agent). Regarding the effectiveness of informational roadsigns, the vast majority of interviewees considered the measure to be efficient, however, some are located in poorly lit places, so performing the maintenance of signs and continuing the community's environmental education is of fundamental importance. Consequently, the development of the Instagram page capi-tuba is offered as an environmental educational proposal, being a social network under development that will feature posts on several data involving the capybara in the city of Tubarão. A análise corresponde a interpretação de uma avaliação formativa anônima realizada entre os anos de 2017 e 2021 com os/as acadêmicos/as participantes. Trata-se de uma pesquisa documental, exploratória e descritiva. Os dados foram explorados à luz das categorias a priori Educação Emancipatória, Humanizadora e Sensibilizadora. Foram utilizados os relatos dos estudantes para investigar se no modelo didático-metodológico efetivado houve ocorrência de processos emancipatórios, assim como de habilidades de pensamento complexo, crítico, reflexivo e dialógico, considerando o contexto vivido em cada ano. Pelas análises, poder inferir que os movimentos pedagógicos e didático-metodológicos da UA foram intencionalmente orientados por uma concepção crítica e progressista. For the execution of this research, we analyzed the contributions of the supervised internships: Teaching Placement in Elementary School - Final Years and Beginning of Teaching Placement in Secondary School on the preparation of teachers in formation in the course of Degree in Biological Sciences of Unisul. This research was descriptive and bibliographical, since the project analyzed and correlated aspects involving some factors without altering them, besides having developed methods to answer the problematic, from several published sources. The instruments used for data collection were the semi-structured interviews, the bibliographic survey, and for the analysis of the collected data was used the Microsoft Exel program, where all the information was transferred for a quantitative analysis of the data through the graphs and for qualitative analysis, the Microsoft Word program was used, where all questionnaires and their answers were placed. In this sense, the development of initial training programs offered to undergraduates for quality improvement in public basic education is important. Thus, the objective of this research was to evaluate the contribution of the Pedagogical Residency Program to the initial formation of future teachers of Science and Biology from the perspective of the participants of this program, developed by the University of Southern Santa Catarina. Respecting the legislation, the project was submitted to Unisul's Research Ethics Committee (CEP) and approved with opinion number 3.641.686. As for data collection, a field research was used in the form of a descriptive case study with a qualitative and quantitative approach. Data collection was done through questionnaires: for resident fellows, for preceptors, for the advisor teacher and for the institutional coordinator at the university. Each quiz contained three open questions and four closed questions. The questionnaires were applied to all twenty-one residents of the Biological Sciences course who are part of the Pedagogical Residency Program at Unisul, with their respective preceptors (five in total), with the advisor teacher representing the Biological Sciences Course and with the institutional coordinator of the University's Pedagogical Residency Program, adding a total of twenty-eight participants. For the analysis of the collected data, the Microsoft Exel program was used, in which all the information was placed for a quantitative analysis of the data, through graphs and tables. For the qualitative analysis, the Microsoft Word program was used, in which all the questionnaires with the answers were placed. The open questions were categorized and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Through this study it can be verified that the actions foreseen in this program are being developed and are contributing to the teacher education. As weak points for the development of the program were the precariousness and lack of materials, both by a resident and preceptors, and the lack of qualified teachers in the various areas of knowledge of the field schools.Monografia Acesso aberto Contribuições para interface ciência-política em áreas marinhas protegidas brasileiras: o caso da área de proteção ambiental da baleia franca (Santa Catarina).(2023-12) CANDINHO, Eduardo da Silva; SILVA, Maytara Márcia da; MARCON, Pedro SlongoO estudo teve como objetivo investigar o perfil das produções científicas abrangentes da Área de proteção ambiental Baleia Franca (APA-BF), localizada na costa de Santa Catarina. Visando facilitar o acesso de pesquisadores a trabalhos científicos publicados referentes ao tema tratado, foi empregada a metodologia de revisão integrativa da literatura para analisar a produção do conhecimento já existente disponibilizados nas seguintes base de dados: Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo), ResearchGate, Google Acadêmico e o Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) entre os anos de 2003 e 2023. Os trabalhos foram sistematizados considerando o ano de publicação, a área de conhecimento, as instituições de ensino e o Qualis/CAPES de revistas com publicações. A amostra foi constituída por 83 artigos acerca da temática investigada. Foi constatado um déficit de publicações referentes às Ciências Sociais que representaram apenas 6% do total de publicações na APA-BF.Monografia Acesso embargado Decomposição de serrapilheira e atividade da fauna edáfica em diferentes fragmentos de Mata Atlântica(2019) Nandi, Marcos VieiraThe litter is an important component of the cycling of nutrients, essential for the maintenance of forests, especially in environments with weathered soil as in tropical forests. The ecosystem processes are regulated by biotic and abiotic factors directly dependent on the edaphic community, composed especially by invertebrates. The objective of this study was to estimate the litter decomposition rate in two soil matrices (cambisol and clayey) in fragments of Atlantic forest; as well as describing the functional diversity of soil fauna present in the process. This study was conducted in forest fragments with different ground matrices in the cities of Lauro Müller (28º21'S; 49º27'W; height: 220 m, cambisol soil matrix) and shark (28º27'S; 49º03'W; height: 6 m, clay soil matrix) in the southern state of Santa Catarina, Brazil. For the capture of individuals, pitfall traps type without the presence of baits were used. The captured organisms were identified at the lowest possible taxonomic level and grouped into functional groups. The sampling protocol in each area consisted of 20 fixed points, being carried out in two campaigns for each soil matrix. To evaluate the litter decomposition, senescent leaves of Rheedia gardneriana Tr. & Planch. (Clusiaceae), confined in nylon bags (Litter bags). Were used bags with 8 mm mesh, allowing the access of the edaphic fauna and bags with mesh inferior to 2 mm, representing the exclusion of edaphic fauna; these bags were then packed in overhang and buried portions, distributed in 15 sample points. To collect this material, it was stipulated a period of stay in the field 30, 60 and 90 days. A total of 3,161 individuals of soil fauna was recorded in the two soil matrices studied. A pattern of dominance of functional groups in these two soil matrices, represented by sapphagus, followed by sapphagogens predators and predators was observed. The observed pattern of bed decomposition rate in soil matrix types showed a high degree of proximity. The breakdown was faster in the first 30 days of exposure; between the periods 30 and 60 days there was a breakdown in the stability and between 60 and 90 days there was a resumption of the litter decomposition cycle. These results suggest that the soil fauna along with the microbiota are the main characters in the decomposition of litter, but the physical and chemical agents are also relevant for this process. In the two matrices surrounding soil there was a decomposition of 35 and 58.4%, demonstrating the high capacity of nutrient cycling of the Atlantic. Found that the presence of the roots 60 and 90 days confirming the litter as an important agent of nutrient cycling, making it essential to the aid of the litter seed bank system and forest management and reclamation.
