Monografia Acesso aberto Avaliação de egressos: o impacto dos egressos exclusivos certificados pelo SENAR AR/SC em 2015(2017) Pedrozo, Rodrigo JoséThe National Rural Apprenticeship Service (SENAR) has been providing more than 25 years of improvements in the quality of life and income for rural people. More than 60 million rural producers and workers have been served at the national level. This Business Management course internship report was developed with the purpose of verifying what is the impact of the rural vocational training - FPR and social promotion - PS actions in the lives of farmers and rural workers who received certificates issued by the regional administration of Santa Catarina, SENAR AR / SC, in the year 2015. To answer the question, a survey of the satisfaction and evaluation of the graduates was made by means of a telephone call following an electronic form with questions strategically elaborated so that at the moment of interpretation of the obtained data the desired points are found. This is a basic and descriptive research, and a resolution of the ideal sampling formula was carried out, where a minimum amount of interviews were completed for each of the aspects, FPR and PS. The research also improves the communication between SENAR AR / SC and his clients, making them feel more integrated and valued, will verify if the training is being applied well. Currently know what the client thinks and wants, becomes essential to succeed in organizations. Based on the results obtained, it was possible to measure the benefits generated by the trainings carried out with the graduates, to observe the change and professional impact, the applicability of the courses, the suitability to the local demands and to evaluate the impact of the actions in the market and state agribusiness.Artigo Científico Acesso aberto De bolsamania à bsm bag store: a transição das marcas e a construção do novo branding(2017) Fonseca, Thais FagundesThis ressearch emerged from the practical necessity that Bolsamania had of reinserting itself in the market through another brand, wich before the current economy scenario and also for being one of the basic premises of the innovation brand, was seen the necessity of change, by constructing a study on Branding. Considering this, some researches and other kinds of studies were carried out about different subjects on business administration, wich were studied throughout this course, such as SWOT Matrix, Marketing Research and 5W2H, always maintaining the concern of correlating with the real needs of the company. And so, along with the company's characterization, its history, data and information transition of brand and concept, the diagnosis was elaborated, where the tools to execute the projects were developed parallel to their practice. Through this article, it was possible to analyze the transition of the Bolsamania brand to BSM BagStore in a more in depth and technical way, as well as improving its marketing and market notion.Monografia Acesso aberto Óptica Mondadori LTDA: redefinindo público alvo e planejando o marketing da empresa para o futuro(2017) Mondadori, KarolTrata-se do desenvolvimento de um planejamento de marketing, e a redescoberta do público-alvo da empresa Óptica Mondadori. Foi analisado o perfil dos clientes, utilizando-se de ferramentas para análise de mercado, como entender os 4P’S, investigar o macro e microambiente, e conhecer a intensidade das 5 forças de Porter. No relatório consta os procedimentos metodológicos necessários e uma fundamentação baseada nos temas estudados, marketing, gestão de preço, de praça, produto e promoção, análise SWOT, 5 forças de Porter e plano estratégico de marketing. E assim, junto da caracterização da empresa, consta o histórico da mesma, dados e informações sobre sua gestão e organização, chega-se ao diagnóstico, onde foi desenvolvido as ferramentas que tem como objetivo, o estudo de mercado e avaliar o conjunto de fatores que podem ser melhorados, bem como as oportunidades e ameaças que compõem o cenário da organização. Com todas essas informações elaborou-se o plano de ação, que consta de 6 projetos com sugestões de melhorias e agregou novas técnicas de ação. Only a market survey could answer this question. The purpose of this internship report is exactly this, to study the neighborhoods of Florianópolis Island and to prove through indexes, reports, surveys and questionnaires which region and public will be more rewarding for the construction company. The concepts used adress topics such as quality of life in the neighborhoods, population growth, personal data of the interviewees and their particular opinions about where they reside. Population growth information was collected from all neighborhoods of the city, so it was possible to delimit the survey to the 4 neighborhoods with the most tendency to this aspect, analyzing aspects such as security, health and real estate market. After studying this information, one arrives at the most appropriate region to build an enterprise and from this will be applied a questionnaire with the residents of this neighborhood, and through this information will be studied the opinions, needs and desires of this public. The methodology used in this report covered data collection techniques of primary and secondary character using bibliographic, documentary and survey sources, the same has as an interpretative character the quantitative variables and as to the object its classification is exploratory and descriptive. The general objective of this work is, through a market research, to know which is the most rewarding enterprise, considering aspects such as: Location, standard, number of units, types of units, price and public. The result of this internship report proved how OMMAR Incorporações Ltda. was already on the right direction, installed in the Campeche neighborhood and seeking to reach the middle class and high public, but revealed some details that had not been explored until then, such as the preference of the public to live at house even with the majority having an interest in acquiring an apartment as an investment if he had the opportunity. Another point that emerged with the results were the preferred common areas of the interviewees: swimming pool, gym and reception hall, in addition to the need for at least two dormitories and two parking spaces per apartment.
