Dissertação Acesso aberto Ações de inovação social no terceiro setor: o caso do Centro Cultural Escrava Anastácia(2018) Corseuil, LouiseThe purpose of this is study is to analyze how Social Innovation actions are defined and implemented at Anastacia Escrava Cultural Center. Specifically, to identify the actions of Social Innovation and the related authors, describing the process of definition and implementation of these actions. As guiding question, this study had: How is defined and implemented the actions of Social Innovation in a Third Sector organization? The practical reference to the study was given at the Escrava Anastacia Cultural Center, that is an organization considered as pioneer and largest associations in Florianópolis / SC, over than 20 years of existence. In order to elucidate the thematic, it was followed the perspective from the International Manual of Social Innovation (MOULEART; MACCALLUM; HILLIER, 2013), which states that Social Innovation actions tend to be located in the so-called "Third Sector" and seek to meet the social needs not provided neither by the state, nor by profit-making organizations. In this way, Social Innovation emerges as a social and collective phenomenon, resulting from a stress between the necessity felt by actors in a such context and the social aspirations, to achieve through innovative social practices the improvement of living conditions in the economic, social, cultural and political (ASSOGBA, 2010). However, these organizations require a differentiated approach, because they present distinct structural and operational aspects and feel the influences of the other two sectors. As for methodological design, the study can be characterized as qualitative approach, in single case study, with a descriptive and exploratory approach. Several sources of evidence were used to collect data, such as documentary research, participant observation and semi-structured interviews, followed by data analysis, by using the content analysis technique. The results indicate that the CCEA projects are considered as Social Innovation actions, since they promote the empowerment, emancipation and inclusion of the young beneficiaries, and it is possible to perceive a significant improvement in the living conditions of the young people and their families. At least six types of actors involved in the organization's actions were identified: beneficiaries, volunteers, employees, other civil society organizations, and first and second sector. In the daily routine of the organization, the "middle" activities and the "end" activities were manifested in different ways, the last one being called by the actors as "cutting edge activity", since it involves volunteers and beneficiaries. In the daily routine of the organization, the elements of substantive rationality (rational action related to values) as self-realization and emancipatory values are manifested more emphatically. In the "middle" activities (administrative and management) it is possible to identify the conducts of the instrumental logic (rational action in relation to the ends) as utility and profitability. It was possible to observe that both actions are manifested in the organization, however, sometimes they complement each other and sometimes they are intended, and it is up to the leaders to have the skills to deal with the conflict in the organization.Dissertação Acesso aberto As ações de sustentabilidade com potencial de redução da pegada de carbono de uma instituição de ensino federal como estratégia para um Green Campus.(2023-05-25) Silva, Liziane Araújo daO objetivo deste estudo foi identificar as principais ações e projetos de sustentabilidade implementados no Campus Florianópolis do Instituto Federal de Santa Catarina (IFSC), fazendo um levantamento das ações sustentáveis que poderão auxiliar na redução da pegada de carbono institucional, analisando o impacto ambiental dessas ações e os caminhos para a potencial redução da pegada de carbono como meio de alcançar um campus mais verde. Com base nos Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) e ênfase na mitigação das mudanças climáticas, a presente pesquisa buscou identificar as principais ações sustentáveis com potencial de redução da pegada de carbono institucional, para assim auxiliar em estudos futuros que busquem efetivar o cálculo da pegada de carbono no Campus Florianópolis do IFSC. O caminho metodológico da pesquisa percorreu um paradigma interpretativista/construtivista, apresentando uma abordagem qualitativa, através de um estudo de caso no Campus Florianópolis do IFSC.Dissertação Acesso aberto As ações dos projetos de extensão do Instituto Federal de Santa Catarina como inovação social(2020) Reis, Rodrigo BalbinotThe actions of the Extension projects of the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina (IFSC) enable differentiated connections, between students and teachers, with the community, in their conditions of greatest social vulnerability. In this context, this study proposes to analyze the actions of the extension projects carried out by IFSC, as social innovation practices, seeking to identify in the IFSC extension portfolio projects that can be characterized as Social Innovation practices and their reflections on the life of the scholarship holders of the projects, as well as, in the scope of knowledge and in the strengthening of public policies aimed at extension. The research is characterized as a case study with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through documentary research and interviews with coordinators and fellows of extension projects of five IFSC campuses. Concomitantly and with more emphasis at the end, a content analysis was carried out. The researched projects have characteristics of Social Innovation, highlighting social needs, social innovator, bonds and empowerment. In addition, positive contributions were identified in the evolution of the participating fellows, through empathy and learning, such as responsibility, dedication, overcoming problems and scientific initiation. Through research, it was possible to start a reflection on the arrangement of the characteristics of social innovation and their contributions so that the practice of extension can help to develop the participating fellow. In addition, there was a reflection on the learning presented by the fellows, both in their perspectives and in the views of the coordinators of each project.Dissertação Acesso embargado Alinhamento entre planejamento estratégico e a execução orçamentária em uma Instituição Federal de Ensino(2020) Reisch, Osni CristianoPublic institutions are increasingly required to develop strategies so that resources - material, financial or human - are used in the best way and that, in return, citizens are satisfied with the services offered by public agencies. To make sure that the objectives proposed in the planning achieved the desired performance, whether through initiatives or projects, it is necessary to analyze whether there is correspondence in budget execution, that is, whether there is alignment between Strategic Planning and Budget Execution. Thus, this study aims to verify the level of alignment between strategic planning processes and budget execution at the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina - IFSC. In this way, the research made a qualitative approach to the problem, of an explanatory and descriptive nature. The bibliographic research served as a parameter to identify factors that provided the diagnosis, through the case study, of how the institution seeks to align the processes of strategic planning and budget execution. For this, data collection, document analysis, interviews and file registration were used. The results obtained demonstrate that, of the 15 factors analyzed, 11 can be considered as partially present in the institution, in disagreement with what the literature presents to positively influence the alignment between strategic planning and budget. Thus, we can understand that the link between the budget and strategic planning occurs partially in the researched institution. However, in the managers' perception, the implementation of the strategic planning and the annual work plan - PAT brought significant advances to the institution's strategic management. It is concluded that there is still a need for further consolidation of the budget linking process with strategic planning, since, with the lack of alignment, the institution will not be able to fully implement the objectives contained in its strategic planning. In addition, this situation should encourage the institution to review the factors presented and develop strategies to minimize its negative effects.Dissertação Acesso embargado Análise da relação entre a cultura organizacional e o ambiente propício ao desenvolvimento de inovações: estudo em uma instituição de ensino(2019) Souza, Luiz Fernando deAn institution that analyzes your organizational culture as a facilitator for innovation development can make it a valuable factor for achieving your goals and fulfilling your social function. Organizational culture is an important factor for making changes in institutions by encouraging innovative and entrepreneurial behaviors. Innovation within educational institutions is highly demanded because it is inserted in a society in constant transformation and through it there is the insertion of the citizen in their work environment. Creating an environment that favors innovation is complex, since it goes far beyond the availability of material or financial resources, it is important that the staff members of the institution have this practice internalized and develop them naturally in the performance of their activities. Thus, the general objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between organizational culture and the environment conducive to the development of innovations, with the object of study an educational institution. To analyze this relationship, the model proposed by Machado and Carvalho (2013) was used, which interrelate the organizational culture with the environment conducive to the development of innovations. Thus, in order to meet the general objective of this research, it was decided to conduct a quantitative approach study, defined as the objectives as descriptive, cross-sectional, and survey method. Data treatments were performed through descriptive analysis to characterize the institution to which the sample was composed and to verify the distribution of data for each research construct, using frequency analysis. Subsequently, Cronbach's Alpha reliability, Composite Reliability and Extracted Average Variance tests were performed and the adjusted model considering the indices proposed in the literature. Finally, Structural Equation Modeling was performed using the SPSS software with the AMOS extension, in order to verify the relationship between the model constructs and to test the hypotheses. As a result, the research showed that the servants perceive that the Institution's culture is more collectivist than individualistic and with a short distance from power. They also noticed the presence of the results, processes, leadership, autonomy, internal relationship of the innovation group, dependence, formalization and effectiveness in the relationship as present in the favorable environment for the development of innovations, thus verifying that the model used including the dimensions of innovation and innovation. The dimensions related to culture organization is adherent. The results show a positive relationship between the research constructs, except regarding the relationship between the Organizational Culture group and the External Dimensions of the innovation groups on the Results.Dissertação Acesso fechado Análise das práticas de avaliação de desempenho de gestores técnico-administrativos: um estudo multicaso nas universidades comunitárias da região Sul do Brasil(2021) Souza, Rosimeri Vieira da Cruz deThe purpose of this study was to analyze how community universities south region of Brazil evaluate the performance of their technical-administrative managers. After the theoretical exploration, the data was collected, being divided into two moments. First: a semi-structured interview with those responsible for the human resources sector of the four community institutions surveyed. Secondly: the application of an electronic questionnaire to the technical-administrative managers was conducted. The results showed that, given the professionalization of university management and the changes in the ways higher education is offered, the community institutions for higher education not only use performance management by evaluation but also seek to constantly improve the technique. It is possible to conclude that the most used model is the evaluation 180 degrees. In general, the competencies evaluated are sets of technical and behavioral competencies, which are mapped out by consulting, by groups of employees from different sectors of the institution, and even by the description of positions of the employee. It was noticed that, although performed in the institutions surveyed, the technique of performance evaluation is either not well defined or unknown by the technical-administrative managers. A pesquisa desenvolvida foi quantitativa, descritiva, tipo levantamento, com questionário HEdPERF adaptado com 35 itens, utilizando a escala de diferencial semântico de Osgood, amostra final de 197 respondentes, confiabilidade e índices de ajuste em linha com a literatura, e análise por meio de estatística descritiva, ANOVA, e teste Post-Hoc de Tukey. Foi possível concluir que há diferença de percepção de qualidade dos cursos de acordo com as variáveis Período (turno), Sexo, Escolaridade, Número de filhos, Semestre e Faixa de Renda dos estudantes. Estes achados estão parcialmente de acordo com a literatura anterior. Por outro lado, foi possível concluir que não há diferença de percepção de qualidade dos cursos de acordo com as variáveis Curso, Cor ou Raça, Estado civil, Faixa etária, Número de Dependentes e Natureza da Escola do Ensino Médio. Estes achados estão parcialmente de acordo com a literatura revisada.Dissertação Acesso embargado Análise de um curso técnico integrado em uma instituição de ensino com o uso da escala Servqual(2019) Smania, Giovana RochaThe Profissional Technical Education of High School (PTEHS) is part of Profissional and Technological Education, based on the integration of science, technology and culture. The target audience for this education service is young people from generation Z. The purpose of this research was to analyze which factors influence the expectations and perceptions of quality of the service in an integrated technical course based on the Servqual scale. Methodologically, the research was characterized as a quantitative approach, using as a research instrument the Servqual scale, applied to students of two campuses of an integrated technical course in electromechanics of the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina. The population was 299 students and the sample was 259 respondents on both campuses. As data analysis method we used: frequency distribution, regression analysis and Mann-Whitney U test, besides the analysis suggested by the Servqual scale itself. The conclusions indicated that the intention to take the entrance exam was a determining factor that raises the students' expectations and quality perceptions of the course. The intention to pursue a career in the area was also relevant, although less frequently than the desire to take the college entrance exam. Regression analysis indicated that respondents of the Araranguá campus had lower perception in two items and higher perception in one of the 44 investigated. The dimensions that presented the largest gap were reliability in the Araranguá campus and safety in the São Miguel do Oeste campus.Dissertação Acesso aberto Análise do desempenho do Fundo Soberano do Brasil no período de 2009 a 2012(2014) Darosi, Gilberto Carlos MonteiroEsta pesquisa tem como objeto de investigação o desempenho do Fundo Soberano do Brasil (FSB) durante o período de 2009 a 2012. Utilizando as abordagens da Avaliação do Desempenho, Teoria da Carteira e a metodologia do CAPM visando apontar considerações sobre o desempenho do FSB em comparação a outros fundos soberanos de riqueza e indicadores financeiros. Fundo Soberano ou Fundo de Riqueza Soberana vem sendo definido como uma modalidade de investimento estatal que é adotada em países com objetivos financeiros e estratégicos. Com o aumento de investimentos estrangeiros e elevação nos preços das commodities, vários países emergentes acumularam uma grande quantidade de reservas internacionais, o Brasil por sua vez criou uma estratégia que vários outros países adotaram para investirem seus recursos financeiros. Para esta pesquisa, a metodologia adotada é a seguinte: quanto à abordagem é quantitativa, quanto aos objetivos é exploratória, quanto ao horizonte de tempo é longitudinal de fontes bibliográfica e documental, os dados foram coletados dos relatórios de administração dos fundos soberanos disponíveis em seus sites oficiais. As principais considerações foram: aporte inicial do Fundo Soberano do Brasil de 14 bilhões em 2009 e no final do período pesquisado (2012) encerou com 15 bilhões, rendendo acumuladamente 7% em quatros anos, com muitas variações e mudanças de estratégias de investimento (renda fixa e renda variável), o fundo possui pequena diversificação na carteira de investimento em comparação com os outros fundos soberanos de riqueza e o desempenho negativo em relação à meta de retorno quando comparada com a TJLP, Ibovespa e formação de poupança públicaDissertação Acesso embargado Análise do desempenho econômico-financeiro das universidades comunitárias de Santa Catarina, por meio de índices-padrão(2020) Rosa, Amerci Borges daThe present research had as main objective to measure the economic-financial performance of the community universities of Santa Catarina, through standard indexes, in the period from 2010 to 2017. For the accomplishment of the research, the accounting statements of the Community Teaching Institutions were considered Superior - ICES, adopting a quantitative approach. It is, therefore, a descriptive research, in which a multiple case study was adopted as a strategy. As for the period referring to the collected data, this research is considered as longitudinal; and as for data collection, it is considered a documentary research. As for literature, a bibliographic survey was made, for bibliometric research, on international bases, using ProKnow-C, and for national bases, this survey was made using the same selection criteria as international literature. As for the definition of the sample, it was structured from the entities linked to the ACAFE system, selecting those considered public foundations, resulting in 13 universities, for presenting the same accounting characteristic, making it possible to compare the accounting statements. The data for the composition of the research were collected in the financial statements of each institution, considering all the statements of the 13 selected universities. As for the treatment of the data, these were initially tabulated in Excel spreadsheets, and then the calculations of the indicators were carried out and evaluated according to the company valuation methodology, defined by Matarazzo (2017). The results showed that these institutions operate with an average of 45.90% of third-party capital, 112.24% of fixed assets, and 87.62% of fixed assets of non-current resources. They also pointed out that liquidity indicators have been operating with an indicator above 1.00, and profitability indicators have been operating with positive profitability, although entities with negative profitability have been observed. The study also pointed out that ICES have been operating with satisfactory indicators, even though there are entities with unsatisfactory indicators. As a conclusion, it appears that the scenario of the ICES in Santa Catarina deserves attention from the managers, considering that the liquidity ratios, even presenting above 1.00, are very close to 1.00. The indicators pointed out that there is a downward trend on the part of the capital indicators; increase by the liquidity and profitability indicators, and that only the asset turnover indicator showed a downward trend.Dissertação Acesso embargado Análise do desempenho econômico-financeiro de hospitais com a utilização de índices-padrão: um estudo nos hospitais privados de Florianópolis(2021) Lira, Clarisse Andrade deThe present dissertation aims to analyze the economic-financial performance of private hospitals in Florianópolis through standard indexes from 2013 to 2015. The model proposed by Matarazzo (2010) was used to construct a standard index to compare the Performance of the private hospital sector. From there, to calculate the same indexes of the main private hospitals of Florianópolis in order to compare the performance of these with the performance of the sector. In the first phase of the research, the quantitative phase, the research strategy adopted was the bibliographic research, based on secondary data - the financial statements of hospital institutions. From this, a statistical analysis was performed for calculations and tabulations of the standard indexes. In the second phase of the research, which involves qualitative data, semi-structured interviews were conducted with hospital managers in Florianópolis in order to generate validation of data from the first phase. Regarding the analysis and treatment of data, the main results found indicate, for the great majority of the indices, a wide difference between the standard indices of the private hospital sector and the indicators of the hospitals of Florianópolis. When measuring a global score for the performance of hospitals in Florianópolis in 2015, this classification was considered Deficient. The scenario pointed out in the research reveals a critical economic-financial scenario, capable of compromising the sustainability of the Florianópolis private hospital sector.Dissertação Acesso aberto Análise do processo de inovação em empresas de base tecnológica: estudo no pólo tecnológico de Florianópolis(2013) Duarte, Antonio Cesar CostaInnovation is a key strategy in innovative entrepreneurship, but requires a structured, managed and evaluated appropriately. The study investigates the characteristics of the innovation process in technology-based companies, incubated and graduated, located in the Polo Tecnológico de Florianópolis. Data collection was performed in two stages. The first involved exploratory research, with in-depth personal interview (semi-structured) with 03 elements selected by judgment and convenience. The second stage involved descriptive research, not conclusive, in the form of field survey (survey), with a structured questionnaire was pre-tested in 33 technology-based companies that agreed to participate. The results indicate that innovation is strongly associated with the business strategy of organizations and the types of innovation strategy most commonly used are offensive and defensive. As for the performance evaluation of innovations, the results indicated that the majority of companies surveyed do evaluation of innovations after the development process, but few companies using performance indicators previously established.Dissertação Acesso aberto Antecedentes de inovação e a escola como uma organização de aprendizagem(2021) Alvarenga, MarianaO objetivo deste estudo foi analisar as relações entre os antecedentes de inovação de uma pequena empresa e as dimensões de uma escola como uma organização de aprendizagem. Com base na literatura escolheu-se o Framework Comportamental de Inovação elaborado por Silva e Di Serio (2019, 2021a), o qual analisa os antecedentes de inovação nas pequenas empresas e que enfatiza o papel que o gestor/dono exerce na geração de inovações. Para compor a análise dos antecedentes escolheu-se o modelo de análise de uma escola como uma organização de aprendizagem desenvolvido por Stoll e Kools (2016), Kools, (2020) e Kools et al. (2020). O modelo foi escolhido por contemplar especificamente a análise de uma organização de aprendizagem escolar, além de ser um modelo integrativo que oferece oito dimensões de análise envolvendo vários níveis de aprendizado (individual, equipe e organizacional). Definidas as bases de análise, buscou-se responder a seguinte pergunta de pesquisa: como os antecedentes de inovação estão relacionados ao desenvolvimento de uma escola como uma organização de aprendizagem? Diante disso buscou-se primeiramente identificar os antecedentes de inovação, após caracterizar a escola como uma organização de aprendizagem e por fim buscou-se as relações e aproximações dos antecedentes e das dimensões propostas. Para tanto utilizou-se da abordagem de pesquisa qualitativa e como estratégia o estudo de caso realizado em uma escola na cidade de Florianópolis. Coletou-se para esse estudo dados primários e secundários. Para os dados primários utilizou-se de entrevistas semiestruturadas e observação direta. As entrevistas foram aplicadas, de forma online, com todos os dez membros do corpo diretivo da escola. O corpo diretivo contempla os cargos dos dois diretores, sete coordenadores pedagógicos e uma coordenação administrativa. A observação direta foi feita dentro da instituição escolar e teve como objetivo coletar informações acerca da integração dos novos professores, a dinâmica de trabalho das equipes e principalmente o comportamento dos diretores durante o evento de capacitação além de observar a estrutura física da escola. Coletou-se os dados secundários a partir dos planos escolares, planejamento estratégico além das mídias sociais. Como técnica de análise de dados escolheu-se a análise de conteúdo. A análise dos dados demostrou que é possível encontrar relações entre os antecedentes de inovação e as dimensões de uma escola com uma organização de aprendizagem. O principal antecede da escola está na figura de sua diretora proprietária, que além de construir, patrocinar e divulgar a visão da escola, promove o aprendizado de todos, alunos e funcionários, em todos os níveis, além de manter ativas as relações externas à escola. Também foram levantados os principais dificultadores à inovação. O estudo contribui com o avanço teórico sobre o tema, além de fornecer um diagnóstico à escola objeto de estudo.Dissertação Acesso aberto AS PREMISSAS DO SISTEMA B E AS EMPRESAS PRIVADAS QUE ATUAM NO SISTEMA PRISIONAL: o caso do Complexo Penitenciário do Estado - COPE(2023-09) SILVEIRA, Gabriel Airton daEste estudo buscou analisar as características de uma empresa do setor segurança eletrônica, redes, comunicação e energia que atua no sistema prisional e seu alinhamento com as premissas de empresas B. A pesquisa foi realizada na Penitenciária de São Pedro de Alcântara (COPE) e no parque fabril da Empresa Delta no município de São José/SC. Entre os sujeitos pesquisados estão cinco colaboradores da Empresa Delta. Como instrumento de coleta de dados, foram utilizados: roteiro de entrevistas e acesso a dados secundários via website, relatórios técnicos e de sustentabilidade, documentos legais e flyers de divulgação. Os resultados da pesquisa evidenciam que: a Empresa Delta juntamente com sua oficina de trabalho no COPE, atingem os cinco pilares de avaliação do Sistema B que são Governança, Trabalhadores, Clientes, Comunidades e Meio ambiente. Estes pilares estão inseridos e muito bem definidos nas atividades da empresa estuda, e da mesma forma na oficina de trabalho dos presos na Penitenciária de São Pedro de Alcântara. Diante dos achados principalmente nos dados secundários que a Empresa Delta possui plenas condições para ser habilitada com a certificação de Empresa B. A principal conclusão do estudo: é que empresas que possuem responsabilidade social como a Empresa Delta, presam muito pela imagem que é transmitida aos seus clientes ante a saúde física e mental de seus trabalhadores; preocupação na emprega de produtos de qualidades a seus clientes; consciência que suas práticas ambientais trarão reflexos positivos para um mundo melhor; preocupação com a comunidade local, implementando práticas de diversidade, equidade, inclusão, engajamento cívico, impacto econômico, doações e caridade; e por último as práticas de governança que são relacionadas com a missão geral da empresa, englobando o engajamento em torno de impacto socioambiental, ética e transparência. The objective of this research is to structure a model for evaluating the bibliographies of undergraduate courses at the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina (IFSC), Campus Florianópolis-Continente (CTE), based on the Multicriteria Methodology for Decision Support - Constructivist (MCDA-C). This is an exploratory research, with a qualitative approach, in the form of a case study, using the collection of primary data (semi-structured interview) collected in the Structuring Phase of the MCDA-C Methodology, and secondary (bibliographic research), collected through the instrument for mapping and analyzing the scientific literature Knowledge Development Process-Constructivist (ProKnow-C). The results achieved demonstrate in the complete model: (i) the identification of 5 Points of Fundamental Views (Regulatory Evaluation, Student Performance, Curricular Alignment, Bibliographic Quality, and Financial Resource); (ii) the construction of 57 descriptors; (iii) the disclosure of the performance profile of the 57 descriptors (status quo), being 04 with compromising performance, 07 with market performance and 31 with excellence performance. Through the built model, it was possible to perceive the performance of each descriptor in the scales ordinarily measured for each one of them, enabling the proposition of improvement actions.Dissertação Acesso aberto Avaliação da gestão do conhecimento em um hospital: proposta de uma estrutura conceitual na perspectiva de gestores e profissionais de saúde(2016) Machado, Alexandre FelipeThis research investigated criteria for the evaluation of knowledge management in a hospital institution considering the perception of its managers and health professionals. Methodologically, the research was characterized as qualitative, of the case study type. Semistructured interviews, focus group, participant observation and documentary research were used to collect the data. Data analysis followed the coding and mixed categorization procedures. As a result of the research, a conceptual structure composed of 6 areas that represent the participants' concerns regarding the trainers that optimize the implementation and sustainability of the knowledge management processes are presented: (i) Knowledge Management Policies and Strategies, (ii) Organizational Culture, (iii) Organizational Structure, (iv) Leadership, (v) Information Technology, (vi) People Management. These areas of concern were structured in 18 subareas and 42 corresponding themes. A set of possible indicators for each of the themes was outlined. The structure resulting from this study can contribute to the advancement of the practices of implantation and evaluation of knowledge management in hospitals. The objective of this research was to evaluate knowledge management from the perspective of the employees of a federal institute of education. The methodology of the research was characterized by the qualitative and quantitative approaches, with use of the strategies of case study and survey. As data analysis techniques, descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha and the Mann-Whitney U test were used. The results showed the need for improvement actions in aspects related to the organizational culture and people, policies and strategies of knowledge management, structure and organizational leadership and information technology. The perception of the managers is more favorable, followed by the teachers and, finally, the technical-administrative ones that denoted a more negative evaluation of the knowledge management considering the analyzed aspects. We found a statistically significant difference in the perception of managers and technical-administrative and of teachers and technical-administrative. The difference in perception between the groups of managers and teachers was not statistically significant. The study contributed with a structure to evaluate the knowledge management in the educational institution and to identify aspects that need improvement. Os investimentos em serviços de TI por est as instituições são consideráveis, denotando a importância de avaliação da sua efetividade. O objetivo desse trabalho foi avaliar a qualidade de serviços de TI de uma instituição de ensino superior, sob as óticas dos usuários e dos provedores dos serviços. Metodologicamente, a pesquisa caracterizou-se pela abordagem de pesquisa quantitativa, com uso das estratégias de estudo de caso e survey. O instrumento de pesquisa utilizado foi o SERVPERF do modelo SERVQUAL, aplicado a usuários e provedores dos serviços de TI. Como métodos de análise de dados foram utilizados: distribuição de frequência, teste e análise fatorial. Dentre as principais conclusões identificou-se que os colaboradores da IES e provedores de serviços de TI mostram-se mais alinhados em relação à percepção de qualidade do serviço. A lacuna entre as percepções é maior quando se trata de alunos e profissionais de TI. Os serviços provi dos estão correspondendo em maior grau às necessidades dos colaboradores e, em menor grau, a dos alunos. The Balanced Scorecard management control tool presents itself as a possible method of assessing sustainability. In this sense, the objective of this dissertation is to develop a model to evaluate the sustainability performance of a company in the electric sector using the Balanced Scorecard. Using a literature review, in line with the strategic planning of the rural electrification cooperative Anita Garibaldi, the utility's public electricity distribution service. The construction of the adapted BSC structure was validated by the managers, and built from the BSC structure adapted with the construction of the value functions and compensation rates, which enabled the structuring of a strategic map of the Sustainable Balanced Scorecard. The methodology used, according to the nature of its objective, was descriptive, with a quantitative and qualitative approach and, as a research strategy, a case study was carried out. As a result, it was possible to observe that the Sustainability perspective was presented as the one of greater relevance by the manager of CERGAL (50%), presenting a performance of 57.96; the Stakeholders perspective (24%), presented the performance of 45.76; the perspective Learning and growth indicated by the manager with the degree of relevance (18%) presented the lowest performance of 33.86; and perspective Learning and growth (8%), presented the best performance, equivalent to 67.26.
